So convenient!Wag N' Wash is my go-to for our dog's food. I love that they have a good supply of Fromm which is the brand of food I have our 3 dogs using.I can swap out several flavors of Fromm and this Highlands Ranch location always has them all in stock.I love that everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful and it is helpful to me that they open at 9am.Bonus ---they always offer to carry my purchases to my car, great customer service!*be sure to join their rewards program, you get some great deals!

After the initial frustration with the duration of the appointment wore off, I am so pleased with our dogs’ hairdos. The groomers were careful and kind to our two extra large poodles, under atypical circumstances. The dogs have gotten lots of compliments this week and look great. Thank you WNW for doing nice work on our standards!

Great selection of pet food and supplies. Prices seem slightly higher than online, but you get to take it home immediately. We brought in our dog to pick a treat for her birthday, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose this specific store because they have a large selection of fresh baked dog biscuits and treats.

Amazing customer service, well organized store, clean bathrooms for humans and washing stations for puppies. An overall gem of a store for your pet with great options for all their needs. Plus their birthday cakes are premade and can last up to a year! So you can quickly grab your pets birthday cake at the last minute or plan ahead for the future. Love it here!

I great little shop! Self serve pet washing with everything you need from brushes, to shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers and towels. Super friendly staff and a well organized, brightly lit store. A good selection of pet supplies, food and other needed items. I will definitely be a return customer!

We've been taking our English Springer Spaniel to Jordan for 2 years for grooming and he always looks great! She knows how to do a field cut. Their selection of toys, accessories, food and food additives are quite good.

This place was great... Nice setup to wash the dogs..they also have a large selection of treats, toys, food, brushes, etc.. the dryer spooked.my dog at first but she got used to it.. I will be back to wash my dog here due to proximity, ease of use and friendly staff.. cool concept that works well.

I’ve been coming in regularly and have noticed a decline in managements interaction, specially the gentleman’s. I would not describe them as friendly, and come off as annoyed by customers. Evidently, one of days I went in the owner (gentleman) thought it necessary to tell me the new rules about coupons in a very matter of fact way, even though I wasn’t using a coupon. I guess others were annoying him off? He talked about having to set up an account to receive the coupons. Idk, whatever. To be honest, this has been my experience most of the time with him and a few others in there. They just seem annoyed as soon as the door opens. For the most, the staff is great and see happy.

New owners won’t accept any coupons for loyal customers. We get our dog groomed there once and month and won’t be coming back. We forgot our coupon that was mailed to us, and when we asked about the coupon, it couldn’t be granted. The owner wouldn’t take our word for having a coupon and told us to “go somewhere else”. We have been loyal customers for 3 years with our golden retriever. We will be spending our hundreds of grooming dollars somewhere else. Terrible and rude ownership. New business owners don’t know how to do business nor keep loyal customers happy and loyal. A waste of time. Off to the next!

I would give 0 Stars if possible. Our poor pup was getting her nails trimmed and was clipped 3 times. The first time she yiped and they apoligized. The 2nd and 3rd time she bled and the powder had to be applied to stop the bleeding. We didnt finish the 4th paw after this had happened. Icing on the cake was still proceeding to charge for the service which wasn't even completed.

Awful groomers!!!! Never will take them there again! They do NOT know what they are doing! They left my dog in the kennel for two hours once and told me it was normal practice to wash them and put them in the kennel to dry before cutting them! My Maltese rubbed his ears and got matted and they SHAVED his ears off and lied to the owner and said they were matted but not that it was because they put him in wet and he rubbed them!! Ugh he looks awful and the owner didn’t care!!!! He still charged me $180!!! They didn’t even get shaved other than ones ears!!! I’ve never been so mad!!!!

Very impressed by this place! Staff was very knowledgeable about all the food, dog wash staff did a great job, got an anesthesia free dental cleaning for our dog that went perfectly, and picked up some fresh baked treats on the way out. Very happy we found this place!

Great service and products are not the only reasons you should come to Wag N' Wash. The integrity and honesty of their employees have earned them a very loyal customer in me!Aslan is our 3rd Old English Sheepdog and for any who know the breed, they're a handful to groom. I decided to take him to Wag N' Wash this time because their grooming area is clean, well-equipped and employees are more than accommodating in taking care of any extra needs of self-groomers. As I dried and groomed my dog, I left behind a pair of scissors. Five days later, I called to see if I had left them in the store . . . hoping against hope someone had turned them in.They were very expensive scissors given me by my mother. She loved dogs as much as me and for as long as she lived, always helped me groom them. She was a terrific asset. I never groom my dogs now that I don't think of her alongside me - as wet and hairy as I was in the process. She passed away 10 years ago.Yes!!! An employee found them and they were still there.It would have been easy for someone to have kept them for themselves but to the person who acted so counter-culturally and cared enough to put them in your Lost & Found, I can't thank you enough! You returned not only a valuable tool but especially allowed me to keep a precious gift from my Mom.

I have taken my boys to a LOT of self dog washes, I used to own my own dog washing company. So when I say this place is incredible, I mean it!! They have a system that injects the soap right into the water, so when you spray them down to soap goes right down to their skin! No need to mega scrub your animals!! I have two giant fluffy boys, it usually takes me 2 hours to wash and dry them both. At Wag N Wash it took 1 hour!! They have self use driers and the staff is incredible helpful and fun!Thank you thank you thank you!!We will be back!!P.S. start a membership to get every 10th bath free!!!

I took my dog in to wash myself. The attendant started to help me wash her and I thought she was just bring friendly. When I checked out the same whoman who helped me asked me if I wanted to tip the attendants in the wash room. I was completely shocked. I am SO sick of everyone expecting a tip. I thought she helped me to be nice..and she asked if I wanted to tip. I won't be back.

John and Jen are people who should not be owning a business. They treat their employees poorly. The owners are also constantly yelling at eachother regardless on if staff or customers are around.Working conditions are borderline illegal and I will never be going back due to the way they talk to their employees and treat them. If there are any people who should NOT be owning a business it is them. Their manager Tammy is also a terrible person who should not be managing people. She is rude to both staff and customers. The abuse that the poor staff has to deal with is so disheartening and I hope none of them have to work there for long.Edit: I've never been employed by any Wag N Wash. I'm a previous customer that won't be taking my dog back to this business.

The store and staff are nice and knowledgeable, with a good selection of toys and birthday treats, but they would not groom our puppy after two attempts, when other groomers haven't had any issues. I'm assuming they are only taking easy dogs to groom since they are booked out for months.

We got our dog (australian shepherd) groomed for the very first time today and we were super nervous and concerned about the results but Wag N' Wash did an incredible job and we will definitely be bringing our dog back there to get groomed!

Nice shop where we usually get our dog some bones or nice treats. We haven't used the groomers or grooming stations here. This place used to make birthday cakes for dogs, but apparently stopped doing so. They now only have cookies and one style of cake, along with some cake mixes you can use. The workers are always so nice and we love getting our dog some better treats here than we would typically get at PetSmart/Petco.

I will never ever take my animal there again. I had the store Manger who treat me very racist yes iam going to put her on blast her name was Tammy when I walked in as a young black woman I felt like know customer service at all they were un comfortable having me in there store because I was the only black customer so I just blow off as it's no big del just want to get my dog looking good no more then 20mins the store manager called me and said they can't groom my dog she was to nate so went back for her then store Manger Tammy threaten mewhom every see this I would not everybody back to wash nwag in Highlands Ranch not even to another one after that in this United States and the whole world we are equal and should be treat equal not different because of my skin color.

Sad day, have been a customer for the last 7 years or so and it has always been our go to for the self wash of our dog and it's always been a great experience. However today on the way out we tried to tell the short black haired gal at the register that the soap seemed watered down when it comes out of the dispensing system because we were barley getting any soap, it seemed like it was 99% water today at our station, not sure about the other stations. My wife made a very constructive comment meant to help if something was wrong with the machine after paying. The cashier surprisingly and immediately went on some kind of uncalled for defense, apparently did not understand the issue and started to personally escalate based on her misunderstanding. Never been treated like that before as a customer....anywhere really. Thanks for the great last 7 years, but customers don't deserve to be treated like that when you are just trying to help with a very friendly heads up. She literally went out of her way to put down long time customers and treat us terribly. The rest of the staff was great and helpful as usual. Thanks for all the good work of the past but I won't risk anyonein my family being treated like that again. It was all just so uncalled for, over the top, and very strange, just a heads up.

We love the dog wash and friendly staff here but they never have the food we use in stock and thus never get to take advantage of the amazing coupons that regularly arrive in my email. We will likely still use the wash on occasion but I have given up hope of being a regular customer. I understand the store is small but you can't grow a business if you can't stock the products your customers want.
