This is the best cut my Mia has had! She was quite shaggy over the holidaysAnd I know she can be a diva so I appreciate they took their time and patience with her because she does not like being bathed or groomed. My mom said the groomer mentioned "she does not like being groomed" ...so thank you to the groomer! She can be a handful but never bites...just acts like she is being tortured. I know from personal experience as well. I finally gave up grooming her myself as it would simply take me too long. She looks really cute! Fantastic groom. Thank you!

Schnauzer cuts are not easy but Su did so great! Cut him exactly how I asked and he came back looking brand new and smelling so clean. Not to mention it was a great price for the grooming service. Highly recommend this place and they don’t have the longest waiting list ever, they got him in right away. Will be coming back every 8 weeks for his regular grooming.

I have a 14 year old small breed who EVERY SINGLE GROOMER for 14 years has said she is the sweetest. I have other animals, kids who can be rough with her. My son has throw her around, played rough since he was born for over a decade. She has NEVER bit or would. She is maybe 6lbs or less and we tried this groomer for the first time today. We were charged $30 more because she was AGGRESSIVE AND BIT THE GROOMER MULTIPLE TIMES. This didn’t happen! They just wanted to charge more. They did not call to tell me they were having problem, they didn’t tell my husband when he went to pick her up either. Unfortunately, I normally do the pick ups and my husband didn’t know that they charged over. I called and was told that’s what they charge for aggressive dogs. Again, my dog isn’t aggressive and has never been a day in her life. When my husband picked her up he called me not about the price but because our dog was acting like she was beaten. He said her head was down, she wasn’t excited to see him..where as normally she is excited to be done, excited to go the bathroom, excited to be going home. DO NOT TRUST THIS GROOMER. I feel like my dog was abused today and treated poorly. To add insult to injury..the owners knows and didn’t bother to call. They shut their phones down and left at 1:30pm. So not only did they not care they charged too much, they didn’t care I was a new customer nor that I was concerned about my pet. Again, DONT GO HERE. They scam you and must be way to rough.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days of me calling. Which was a huge relief because I had called several other places that were booked up for many weeks. This was my first time trying this groomer and I was so so happy with it!The staff was extremely friendly and had great communication for updates on reminders of when the appointment was and texting and calling to let me know when the dog was ready for pick up. They followed my instructions to a T without any sort of negative feedback. I love how my Maltese turned out! I will definitely be going back.

This place is incredible to say the least! Not only do all 3 on my fur babies look exactly how I wanted them to, there was a little bit of a scare for the owners and Katie who was taking care of their cuts today. My older dog Rusty very rarely has seizures. Because they are so rare I didn’t think to say anything, which is completely my fault. They handled it so professionally considering they had never experienced this before. They called me immediately, listened to all my instructions for his care and treated him like one of their own until I could get there. They were very understanding and even sent him home with a toy that they gave him to comfort him. Trusting someone with your “kids” is tough sometimes, but they were absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough! I couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve been here before because of their availability and low prices, but now I will for sure never be going anywhere else again.

They were fantastic! Last time I got my 20 lb whoodle groomed at a PetCo and they shaved him (even though I keep him well brushed!). So, naturally, I was absolutely terrified how we was going to turn out. They listened and helped me learn which inch cut I like. He can finally see again lol. This place is fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

Awesome service, great prices! This was a great value to get both of my dogs cleaned, groomed, teeth brushed and nails clipped. I dropped them off and pick them up after lunch. They were clean from head to toe, and the customer service was excellent! I will definitely be coming back!

I brought in my mini doodle for grooming last month. Two days before my dog just got a shampoo service else where, therefore she still looked pretty with her clean hair style.The owner didn't cut the hair on her head at all which I didn't find out when I went to pick up my dog since I was in a hurry due to a planned family vacation scheduled on the following day. On top of that I was charged extra $ for my dog was too friendly and couldn't stay still.I am very disappointed and won't go back again.

My fur babies look so good after their grooming here! It’s not easy with a husky but they do such a good job! Also, one of my dogs is a rescue mutt who is super scared of everything and they let him air dry because the blow dryer scares him. I love this place and highly recommend it!!

I have taken my dog there first time. The appointment was fast and easy to schedule and my dog were seen right way. My dog is usually a handful but Sue made him feel at ease. Sue was ex excellent friendly and my dog reacted with her very well. She was through on explaining the different cuts and procedures. Thank you for being a trust worthy groomer with good prices.

Services, great. Prices, great. Sweetness, also great.I went to Sue with my dog this past week for a cut. Our dog's hair gets crazy when it gets too long but she never really likes to get her hair cut so when we arrived she was one fury beast. She's such a shy dog who is scared of literally everything but Sue was such a kind and sweet professional.She also did a really great job of calming her. I really thank her for that, it's always a nightmare to get my dog to be calm, though she is a sweet one. Need I say more about the job, I think she did a fantastic job and both my dog and I were happy when Sue was finished.Will Definitely return, and thanks again!!!

I have been using their services for many years. I had tried several other groomers before I found Quebec Highlands Grooming. Sue has always done a great job on my Shih Tzu. She is very accommodating as to when I can get an appointment and my nervous dog is never stressed out when I pick her up because she gets her in and out in a timely manner. The best part is that she always looks and smells amazing!!!!!!!

The owner is super nice and my dogs love it here! She always gives my dogs the utmost care and you can tell how much time she spent on them to make them as beautiful as possible.My dogs have untamable and easily matted fur. She was able to smooth it out with out shaving them too much and they never looked better! Overall, this is an amazing place with great quality and customer service! I 100 out of 10 recommend this groomer!

This place is not a good groomer. they charged us $25 to reserve. They said it would cost $65 for our 25 lb Goldendoodle. That $25 would go towards the $65. When we went to pick her up, they charged us $95 total, minus the $25 deposit. They said she was very difficult. She is a calm and well mannered dog!? I spoke to another groomer and they said if it's $30 additional, that means the dog is too dangerous to groom. AKA, biting and putting groomer at risk. My dog is none of the sorts.This place didn't even do a good job, they forgot to clip her nails. I had to take her back and they clipped them but claimed they already did. They clearly did not.

Our family has two dogs and especially one of them tends to grow hair very quickly and she looks messy when she grows her hair out. We try to wash her often but after walks she inevitably gets messy. We went into the grooming store and she did a great job grooming our dogs. One of the dogs is very old and our family was concerned, but she told us that she has a dog herself and takes cares of foster puppies so not to worry. She seems like a person who cares about dogs and we were very satisfied.

Look no more! Took my Sheltie here for the first time after having numerous bad experiences with Petsmart. I was greeted by the friendly owner who immediately started gushing over my pup. She was done in an hour and a half, had an AMAZING cut and was playing in a nice play pen when I came to collect her instead of being in a kennel. I was honestly so surprised by the whole experience. She looks fabulous! Thank you!

This is the 4th groomer I have taken our dog to and it will be the last. We are 100% satisfied every time we bring him in. One of the places we tried before cut my dogs ears so bad he had scabs for weeks. Another refused to see us if we didn't commit to bringing him in every 6 weeks. Quebec Highlands Pet Grooming has amazing service, it is clean, well priced and fast. Some groomers had my dog for 4 hours, she rarely has him for more than 2.5. I would give an additional star if I could. We will never go anywhere else.

We took in our puppy for his second grooming (first with Quebec Highlands) and asked for him to be "cleaned up." Our request resulted in his four inch hair being shaved down to an 1/8th of an inch. We were told our puppy was not well behaved (the first groomer we took him to told us he was an angel - much better then they expected for a puppy his age). He has been barking and agitated since he came back from his grooming so we are extremely concerned that his "poor behavior" was due to "poor behavior" from the this groomer.

We took our miniature golden-doodle here and they absolutely butchered his hair. Worst. Grooming. Ever. We asked for a simple teddy bear cut, and they shaved him. Our dog looks terrible. And...they cut his tongue with their scissors! At first they lied about it--saying he bit his tongue (which he's never done)--but finally fessed up to cutting him after being called out. He's still bleeding. We're calling the vet to see if we need to take him in. They offered to refund our money for the grooming, but still...

The owner Su is always very friendly, me and my friend take our lab here every month and he loves this place. They are very attentive to our requests and take very good care of our dog. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet grooming place near south Denver.

I would never go back to this groomer!1) When I picked up my dog her fur was still damp. The trim was uneven and it appeared she was barely brushed. We asked for additional trimming around the collar and it wasn't done.2) The store had a horrible smell.3) Our dog appeared stressed when she came home, afraid to come to us.4) There was a language barrier and we could not understand the person who checked us out or in.I have used groomers in the past and this is the only one I would not recommend.

I absolutely love this groomer. I have a Pomeranian who always comes out looking great. They are so helpful and accommodating to busy schedules. Unlike some places where it takes weeks to get in, Quebec gets you in fast! Great for working pup parents.

**BEWARE**My parents had our little dog groomed here and you won't believe what Sue (who everyone supposedly loves) did. When my dad picked up our dog and Sue acted as of everything was perfect and still charged my dad....Little did we know until a couple hours later.....We found where Sue had ......CUT A CHUNK OUT OF MY DOGS TONGUE DURING HER GROOMING. She did not even have the decency to tell us how it happened, apologize, or to think about not charging us due to her mistake. She should really think about her business skills, etc.... 😔All groomers SHOULD BE OBLIGATED TO TELL THE PETS OWNER IF ANY ACCIDENTS HAPPEN!!Our sweet little dog is a loving member of our family and when she gets hurt, it hurts all of us.

I love Su. She's great with the dog and treats me like family. I've been to all the other groomers in Highlands Ranch; they cost more, but at least you have to wait six weeks for an appointment. Also, that's my dog on the google page!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Bring your dog here - you won’t be disappointed! I have 2 bearded collies that come out looking like show dogs even though their long coats are prone to matts and tangles (not to mention we spend hours at dog parks every week). They require a LOT of brushing. We’ve tried a lot of groomers over the years and they never work with matted coats - even the fancy/expensive ones will just shave the dogs to the skin by default (after making us wait weeks for an appointment). My dogs hate being caged and shaved and one used to go belly up and pee on himself every time we brought him to a groomer. Not anymore! Su runs a clean shop with a loving, relaxed atmosphere (no leashes, no cages!!!!) and my dogs are happy to go! Her prices are incredibly fair and on several occasions she has given services the same day I called! No waiting for weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this place - that’s why I drive them all the way up from castle rock - ‘nuff said!
