I recently had an issue with rewards information not being captured on a large transaction that should have received 10x bonus points. Great place with usually great service. I have found that sometimes the grooming department looks short staffed, and you have to plan grooming a month in advance or so. Likewise, you'll wait at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes sometimes before somebody has time to come up. It's not their fault they're short staffed though, and they do the best with what they have. They provide my Yorkie with great cuts, I just wish they could make it look the way it did the first time lol. They called it a "teddy bear" look but it must be groomer specific because I haven't seen it done that way again. It was probably the best haircut he's ever been given.

Pretty disappointed. Will not go back to this location. Do NOT let Allison be your pets stylist!I took my labradoodles to the highlands ranch Petsmart today for a haircut and wash. I showed Allison a list of what all need to be done: furminator wash, hair cut size 7, teddy bear face, trim nails, keep eye lashes long, bows on the ears.Long story short: Allison cut my dogs eye lashes, she trimmed her fur to the correct size but left two matted fur-clumps on each side of her snout. Lastly, she forgot the bows. When I picked up my dog I asked for Allison to please put bows on my dog; she did so but please see attached picture of the bows. The bows look like they were stepped on and there is glue residue on each of the bows.

I took my dog to the groomer to fix what Petco grooming (Shea) did to my dog which was just horrible, Burgundy finished the groom for my blue heeler she did an excellent job!!! I will keep bringing my Rudy!

We took our 3 month old shih tzu I get his first grooming abut when we went he had just a little matting under his belly and neck and the young girls working said the only way to fix it is by shaving all of his hair. We didn't know why she had to shave his whole body but we let her do it anyways. after an hour she calls back and says he cant handle it (obviously he is 3 months) and couldn't finished she also mentioned to be able to get him looking better take him to the vet and get him sedated:( When we got there a different young girl said "hello let me go back and get him for you" she never came back we had to wait at least 35 minutes because she literally forgot about us. Lesson learned never going back there again. :((

We have great experiences with this Grooming Department. Maggie is especially outstanding, she is kind, patient, and treats my pup like family. Maggie thanks for all the love and special attention!I would also note that Maggie is one of very few Feline Grooming Specialists in the area!

What the heck! Are employees not trained to be professional anymore? I was trying to get my dog groomed and the groomer was unbelievably rude. She didn't even give my dog a bath before "trying" to give my dog a haircut. She said that my dog was jumping and standing around the whole time which I'm not sure is true because my dog has always been very calm. I was yelled at and treated horribly. I will not be coming here again and don't recommend for anyone to come here either.

Brought our puppies in for a spin. Needed unscented detangler but could not find any. Bought puppies digestible sticks and detangler. Stopped to watch pups at playtime. Was concerned a small Maltese was looking cowed by the big dogs. We are talking big dogs a great Dane Shepard's big poodle etc. The staff looked bored and checked out

The employees that work here should not have a job! They are cruel to dogs and don't even want to take care of them. Please don't support this business. I don't trust their services and dont want more dogs to get hurt. I was researching about this company and around 48 dogs have died after getting groomed. DO NOT RISK IT!

Exceptional experience with boarding my cat overnight as well as taking my dog to doggy day camp. Very friendly employees. Spoke to Erin on the phone today to schedule camp for Hamilton and she was top notch, she even let me know we had vaccinations expiring next month which was so helpful. Store is always neat, well stocked, and has up to date inventory that changes with the season. Huge toy section for dogs is a bonus! Prefer this location over a location closer to home with the added amenities offered.Edited to add, I was very afraid that my dog would be naughty when he first attended camp and they were so patient with me. He did great and had no issues, I am certain due to the care he received while there. It's also very affordable, they remove some of the frills offered at the fancy camps and I appreciate that. My dog is honestly genuinely happy just following people around. Most up-charges at other camps are for the human more than the dog!

New Update: they seem to be getting back on track, and that’s really nice to see. I hope it stays moving back in the right direction.Update: staff has turned over, not very friendly. Things aren’t so great anymore, and the enclosures are not being kept up so well. They are very dirty regularly and animals are not being adopted. They frequently out of crickets, which is tough up here. Unfortunate. Animals should be a priority.This has to be the best Petsmart I have ever been to. Their reptiles are well cared for in proper enclosures. They dust your crickets with calcium. The aquariums are clean and well set up. Staff is friendly, outgoing, and store is clean and well organized. They could have more exotic pet items not much in the way of bedding etc. but seeing healthy animals is much better to me.

This is one of the nicest PetSmart stores I've ever visited. Thanks to Cameron and his team for helping me return a crate and pick a larger one up via mobile order with ease! The location closest to my home refused to help me with a return without receipt, but this store team looked me up in the system with my phone number and processed the return swiftly and without issue. I wish we lived closer but it's worth the drive for the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness and updated look of the store and customer service!

I waited outside for curbside pickup for at least 20 minutes. I had to go in an get my products because no one is bringing them out. I clearly upset the cashier asking for my items. So overall, I'm not happy with the last experience I had.Well here we go again. Round 2. Same thing. When you ask for curbside pick up, it doesn't happen.

The store is clean and organized, there’s usually someone to greet you to either point you in the right direction or get help, which I think was a brilliant idea. I’ve gotten some fish from here- tanks seem clean and prices are reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like (and could be all pet smart stores) but the online price is lower than store price. They should be on the same page, and it’s annoying to have to ask them adjust it for you. Just my 2 cents!

This is a beautiful place. I used the self dog wash with ease. And the staff was very helpful since it was my first time. The store is beautiful and new. My dog had a great experience!!! And so did I!! We bought a few new toys and some new food and water dishes they had a great clearance on!!! I will defiantly be coming back!!! I love the atmosphere!!!

I came 7 minites before they closed and the doors were locked. Payton was being really rude and kept telling me they were closed. And made a joke saying I should of came earlier I "had all day" to get here and laughed in my face. Like I worked all day. I drove 20 minutes to get there. She ended up getting her manager which was really nice and let me in. But then when I said I needed crickets Payton immediately said they didn't have any and we're completely out. So I left. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I HOPE PAYTON GETS FIRED.

Great selection. Terrible service. They act friendly enough but when it comes to actually doing something they would rather stand around in groups. The Fish department is decrepit and always full of dead fish and algae. No one wants to work there it seems. I get that everybody's busy with the cuter puppies and kittens and whatnot but the fish section is huge and it's Rundown through neglect. On weekends this place is absolutely crowded with dogs and lousy owners, with no control. Avoid if possible. The people who live in this area are highly self-absorbed and self-entitled. Find another pet store or go during off hours.UPDATED: 05/20/2021I don't know why I keep giving them chances. Nothing has changed. I went by the store because my lady wanted to get something, real quick on our way home. I finally chased down someone to help us in the fish department. Dead fish everywhere. I wanted shrimp and a few red claw crabs. He got them for us no problem, for once I wasn't shorted on shrimp, but two out of the three crabs had limbs missing, and one had a claw missing. When I noticed, he apologized and offered me half off. Yeah no thanks, a crab with even one leg missing would die and get eaten by almost all the other crabs. Unbelievable, these self-entitled Highland's Ranch kids.

I just took in my 50 pound Labrador mix to get his nails cut and filed. I’ve always taken him to vets before because he’s very skittish. However, this time I tried Petsmart. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I made an appointment the same day. And it took maybe 10 minutes max. Smooth and simple process and Shae was *fantastic*. So great in fact, next time I need to get my dogs nails cut I will specifically see when she is working. She cut them at a perfect length and had no hesitation with my skittish dog. You could tell she was very comfortable in her job & great at what she does. On that note, I request Petsmart adds an option to tip groomers when using a credit card.

Beautiful store. The store manager Tyson is all about customer service. The other 2 manager's Stephen & Christina are awesome as well. I am very happy that I can trust them with my dogs. Update: 20190722 Christina has been grooming my dogs now for quite awhile and I could not be happier. I always wait before I give 5 Stars to make sure they are the real deal. I can assure you that your satisfaction and your pets happiness is there #1 Priority. You will be very Happy with this store!

Nice store and I am sure they will do well. However, I voiced a complaint to them about my self-service bath experience. I prefer doing my negative comments in private. But, after about 5 days, I received a return email from customer service that they forwarded this onto appropriate management. Another two weeks has gone by with no response. So, I will share some of my poor experience at its self-service wash. First, the tubs don't drain well, causing them to overflow onto the floor at the bottom of the door. Since they don't assign anyone to watch over the area, I left the room to get someone. That person checked to see if it was hair plugging the drains. Quickly she determined it was not and I was told it was a design flaw. OOPS. Guess it is okay for the floors to get flooded and people/pets possibly slipping and falling. Hope that floor drain doesn't get plugged and the water ends up on the store floor! Also, like I mentioned, no one was watching over the space. At other self-service washes I have grown accustomed to having people watch over the space, answering questions, making sure it goes well and getting the right grooming supplies. When done, the next dogs were coming in without the area getting cleaned or prepped for the next dogs. Are customers supposed to clean up after themselves? If so, that was not made obvious and at other self-service washes, that is not the case. The line to pay to get access to the wash was also unorganized. Line says enter here, the grooming register is in that row. But apparently, if paying for grooming, you are supposed to go right to the grooming register and bypass the enter here line? I got bypassed by three dogs by standing in the the Enter here line. Bottom line, go elsewhere for a self-service wash until this place gets its act together. It's a new store, so hopefully they will.

The cashier Caitlin was so awesome tonight, She told me about a promotion going on where if I downloaded the app and logged in I would be able to get an additional $20 off my purchase. She also showed me that I had coupons to use in my Petsmart account and made sure they got applied. Stellar customer service
