Staff are friendly and making a return was easy. There's not always someone at the checkout counter and I've had to wait a minute or two a couple of times but otherwise, the store is great. Prices are comparable with other stores and Amazon.

Took my cat there to get checked out because I have the viral reward’s and seems like a good deal,first off the vets aren’t very personable,they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible and gouge you. It cost 500 dollars for an X-ray and some medicine,I didn’t receive the full dosage,and over a month later I still haven’t gotten a call or anything. Save your money and time and take your pet to a more caring vet.

Took my 2 year old cat here when he started acting sick, he was lethargic, wouldn't eat, and didn't look good. I'm a first time cat owner and had no idea what could've been wrong so I took him here in hopes to get answers. After running multiple blood tests ( one being a senior blood test for some reason) and costing me over 300$. They basically told me that he likely had FIP and we would have to euthanize him soon as there is no cure and it's 100% fatal. After sobbing for several hours I thought to call another vet and ask if they had any advice and they told me that there is an experimental drug ( it's not FDA approved in the US) that you can buy that treats FIP and to try it before euthanizing my cat. I went online and joined a Facebook group that got me treatment for my cat which saved his life. The reason I'm giving such a low review is that in my second appointment after his diagnosis and after running so many expensive tests -they told me to do my own research on FIP but still told me to basically put my cat to sleep and don't waste my money doing alternative treatment, they were aware that there's alternative treatment but didnt give me any info or support on my decision to try it. I understand that the vets can't fully endorse a drug that isn't technically approved in the US, but that drug saved my cats life. If you think your cat may have FIP, please take them to a better vet that actually informs you about your options and doesn't immediately go to euthanizing. I cant help but wonder how many other cat owners put their cats down when they didn't actually need to:(

Great location! The staff is friendly, fairly knowledgeable, and eager to help in any way they can. The integrated Vet in this location is also really great. They were wonderful with my thirteen year old cat, Juno :)

My phone no longer supports the petco app. Nick saw I could get a free bag of food and called customer service on my behalf. Top notch customer service. Thanks so much!Kavita is our amazing dog trainer. She is so good with the dogs and the people. Love her!Every employee is so great and helpful. I have been there every week for the past 6 months with dog training. Without a doubt, better than the other guys.

Cons: I waited 30min for my spay/neuter consultation. I never got to speak the the vet/doctor I was only speaking w an assistant/nurse. She did not have any answers to my questions and was extremely unhelpful. After not answering me she asked if I wanted to go ahead and make the appointment or not. I said no I was uncomfortable moving forward with such little information.Pros: it was easy to make an appointment and the got me in quickly

I shop here often and usually have a pretty uneventful experience. It is usually unorganized and messy but dont really care and normally the younger people working are friendly and helpful. Tonight Nov 1 I went in to buy an item for our cat. A gentleman walked by me 2x and ignored me. I couldn't see past the boxes that were parked in front of what I needed to shop for and he ignored the fact that I was obviously struggling. A man walked over and within seconds the employee offered him assistance then went back to ignoring me. No offer to move the boxes on the hand truck just walked around me ignoring me until another guy walked by and he asked if he could help him. It was fun you should watch the video. Got what I needed and was overcharged $10 for an item no one to help me and I would need to wait for a return. So I'll return it tomorrow elsewhere or get the $10 refund. I wont shop here again

Found a vet that truly loves animals here.It's hard to find sombody who truly loves all animals and takes good care of them.My mocha love everyone and everything and has a big heart.We take him here to get his nails cut and for his checkups and shots.Very nice freindly attentive staff at this location mocha loves everyone here and so do we.

Great store. Had everything we were looking for. Really clean. The staff were great, person on the tills kindly gave us the price that was on their website even though in the store it wasn’t marked up as the lower price. We went for dog life jackets - we did not the the mermaid one but I found it really funny.

The dog training is fantastic!! Kavita is the best trainer I have worked with. Just finished puppy one with my second pup and signed her up for level 2. Again can’t say enough about Kavita very friendly and passionate about her work!!!!

I had Birthday coupons and the female cashier told me it didn’t work for the purchase. I know it was good for the products so I talked another male cashier and he applied those coupons without any issues. Very poor customer services she provided.

Usually I am treated with respect and value the service provided. The girl with the green hair however has poor public relation skills and is inflexible and rude. I will never return to Petco for grooming. She has no idea how to manage and help customers who need alternatives and assistance when needed.

Tyler… out of this world customer service. I was desperate to find my dog her Rx food, as she neared the end of her stock. It’s so hard to find her brand.We called Petco in Highlands Ranch and spoke to Tyler. Who went so far above and beyond, to make sure we could get a case of her food (right after being stocked off the truck). I can’t thank you enough Tyler. You have a loyal customer here 😃

This Petco is much smaller than any other Petco I've been to. The employees were nice and the store was clean, but very limited selection of dog toys and food. Would work in a pinch, otherwise I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Shannon has been our dog's groomer for years now and has always done an exceptional job for him. This past week our dog showed signs of distress after we dropped him, he is now 14 and has developed a lot of anxiety. Shannon recognized his distress immediately and contacted us. She met with us with him when we arrived and explained everything that had happened and helped us think of solutions for the future. She went above and beyond for our little man and we will forever appreciate her for taking such good care of him.

Juno provided excellent care and service to our high anxiety pup. He was caring and gentle and she seemed to enjoy his company. She is usually not very pleased to be getting groomed, but she ran right to Juno upon arrival. Juno made sure to keep us posted on the progress during the grooming session, and when she was all done she looked and smelled great! Would definitely recommend Juno for your pets next grooming appointment.

The only reason I continue going to this Petco is bc of the location only 5 min away from home and I have the Vital care deal which is totally amazing, so worth it to get your pups nail trimming & teeth brush unlimited for a great deal and on top of that you get rewards every month to use it in store. Juno is such a great friendly person, I’m very happy when he takes care of my pup. The reason I’m giving a 3 star is bc of the rest of their personnel , especially the very cranky unhappy cashier, don’t know her name but she makes the final experience awful, I’m not trying to be mean here but she has the worst customer service skill, she seems like she hates the job and makes me sad they still have her ALL THE TIME. She’s not pleasant to deal with, even her face is like a pitbull ready to attack you. The rest of the girls are ok but they can be friendlier too.

Petco was Awesome to our fur baby. Alyssa the groomer did an amazing job on our baby girls grooming. Her haircut/trim was exactly what we wanted for her. Nails were very good. She smelled so good. The customer service from all the workers was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We will definitely continue visits with Petco. For we trust the care they have given our dog. Thank you Petco.
