WOW! So glad i stumbled upon pet madness! I was in a pinch for time and needed care for my 7 month old golden retriever overnight. They were extremely quick to respond and I was able to drop my pup off the next morning. Dan was fantastic and sent me updates with pictures to let me know how everything was going. He even worked on training during the time my pup was in his care. Have already recommended to friends and family and plan to continue to take my dog here whenever I need.

Wow wow and more wow!!!! I could not be more impressed!!! We sent our Great Pyrenees to Dan for boarding for 5 days and she loved it!! We got daily pics and updates and she came back wiped out from all the fun!!! I can it recommend them enough!!! Definitely earned a customer for life Dan!! Thank you again!!!!

I ordered 2 snake hides and they are out of stock. The owner emailed me saying if I wanted a refund they would refund my money, I wanted to wait a bit longer to see if they would get more in stock. I recently asked for my refund. I emailed and no answer. When I call no one answers except one time when I spoke to the owner Dan. He said he would refund my money . It’s been a week still no emails or refund. They should be ashamed treating customers like this.

Do not order from this company. They are unreliable and do not ship or respond to any questions on the placed orders. I placed an order for 2 nesting boxes and 3 days later the item has not shipped and they didn’t respond to my inquiry about the order! My account has been charged though immediately. Poor customer service.

Pet Madness has fast shipping and real good prices for dog and cat products. I like the website and if I call with questions they always have had great service.

It would appear that this place doesn’t exist. Impossible to find if it does. No one picks up the phone, either. :(
