I’m here right at 6 am usually every morning (so right when it opens). The staff works hard! They really do, and it amazes me how hard they’re working to stock everything before “peak shopping hours.” I truly am grateful for them, and their hard work and dedication. Truly, at 6 am everyone is hustling. Also, their delivery service is incredible and on time. All their delivery drivers are super kind and polite. Again, great customer service!!

Wow the cashiers are tough cookies! Don't cross them, even a little or you get snapped at like your 7 and you spilled mommy's milk. That said I think this is a productive behavior. Highlands Ranch is now almost completely composed of Charleston Dandys and their entitled clueless husbands. So a bit of friction is welcome.

I am so shocked that a corsage would cost 28.99 from the floral department! Yes I realize everything is expensive now and over priced, but COME ON! The corsage order I placed was not even placed correctly! Then the floral lady tried to tell me I ordered a boutonnière as well! And had one placed with my order. This is so ridiculous. I am Not impressed with my corsages or the workers at this floral department. And the Asian lady that works there is so evil and mean. God be with you if you ever encounter her!! She is unbelievably mean. Yikes!!

****False and manipulative produce price*** Overall, this is a great King Soopers with a wonderful selection, and the produce always looks amazing.BUT over the last three months I have had issues with this King Soopers posting inaccurate produce prices, also, as a separate note, all of their produce prices are suddenly becoming “digital coupon “only. You have to have the app, clip the coupon prior to check out, then check out and have your digital clipped coupon, and enter super card # that MUST match digital coupon account. This must be some sort of push from Kroger to get everybody using digital, but it is extremely manipulative advertising, a huge pain, and frankly, a lie. What about those of us that don’t have cell phones or apps I asked, like an 89yo woman? “Then they don’t get the discount.” That’s the answer.See photo: if this is your digital coupon price, what’s the other price for the rest of us? (Oh barely written there and half covered)This is intentionally misleading and you’re hoping people will just check out their groceries and not notice!you just lost my business and the employees had to put my produce back. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time.

It is not my fault that I work 12 hour overnight shifts and get off at 6 in the morning and asleep all of the afternoon. I should be able to by what ever alcohol I want so I can have some when I get off of work. I am sick of corporate and state moral rules and laws. I will never be returning to any king soopers even if my life depended on it.

It's the store closest to my house. The staff, I see on a regular basis, is always helpful and friendly. But lately they allow the AT&T sales reps into the store. These people are extremely annoying. Please stop this King Soopers.

Melba the manager is so incredibly rude. This store needs a new manager that is actually respectful to its customers. Before I even had to talk with her, I witnessed her be rude to other paying customers. I’d rather inconvenience myself and go anywhere else now unless I’m really in a bind, than go here anymore.

Loathe having to empty the cart at check stand. Takes so much longer, so inefficient, and i can't watch for errors with checkout.New store layout has items in multiple areas... guessing so you have to look through more of the store. Aisles are much tighter now.These were same reasons i didn't shop Safeway or Albertsons.1 lane open and still emptying boxes throughout store on a Saturday 9am.Broken item and couldn't get it discounted, as "it has to go through a process".

Update manager apologized for their lack of service ---Mimi employee said the customer desk closed at 9pm at 9:45pm and the store manager went home. Online it says store closes at 11. She rudely said you should of looked online to see it closed at 9pm. Online it says they close at 10pm not 9. Poor customer service

Good store, good produce, good meat, good staff, etc.EXCEPT they are frequently understaffed around 4:00-7:00 on weeknights. I’m standing here at 5:30 pm with a DOUBLE line stretching down the candy aisle waiting for the self checkouts. There is only a single cashier working.This isn’t a one off, it’s like this every time I come in around this time. Frustrating.But don’t worry, we aren’t mad. People l in line are joking with each other about how “it’s always like this after work” and “try not to come at this time unless you have to” and so on.

At 11:00pm on Tuesday the 22nd, I had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with a female staff member at the self-checkout. Her demeanor suggested a strong aversion to her job, which raises concerns about the hiring process. The behavior I witnessed was wholly inappropriate and deeply frustrating. I strongly advise against considering this location for your shopping needs.

Great selection of well-stocked organic vegetables and fruits; produce staff is very helpful. Too often don’t have someone to help sack groceries, but have had great experience with grocery pickup service - on time, send possible substitutions early, etc.

This King Soopers is decent. Stop here a lot since it's so close. The layout is a bit of a pain though, there's no room for lines at the registers, which results in a lot of collisions or weird lines at the front.

Don't waste your time at this store. Shelves are never stocked, guaranteed to not have half the essentials you are looking for. 4 out of 5 time you go you can't even get garlic. There is one register open lines to check out wrap around the store constantly. At some point as a chain you realize one store can support the surrounding area and you put more attention and resources on that store but not Kroger. One of the worst groceries store I have ever seen. Dollar general would be a better option.

Some of the poorest customer service we have ever encountered. When asked for help with flowers one young man said "not my job". Asked a person at self check out to help and she clearly didn't want to be bothered. Finally another Associate was called and was helpful.At least some of the employees have a very poor attitude.

This location has chronic understaffing and restocking issues. The checkout lines are out of control, and self-checkout is a circus, especially the customer-improvised line that snakes deeply into the holiday aisle. This makeshift line often descends into verbal madness as people deliberately cut, and play dumb, while store workers do nothing about it.Don’t get me wrong. The employees are AWESOME, but the powers that be have put them in an impossible position by giving each employee 10 people’s jobs.Want organic milk? Roll some 10-sided dice or hone your imagination skills, because there is always an empty spot on the shelf where the organic milk should be.

Bad experience. Looking for a specific formula for my baby. Online says it's in stock, shelf is empty. When I asked the employee if there by chance was any in the back, he shrugged and said "if it's not on the shelf then no." Great service.

I ordered a pickup for 4:00 pm today. I received a call just before 4:00 stating that my order wouldn't be ready till 5:30. No problem. The problem was that there was only one young person working on pickupsand when I asked her if she was the only one working she said yes since 7:00 am that morning. My gosh. Where were her managers? How long do you think she will stay? She deserves a 5 star review but King Soopers does not.

Produce never stocked, bakery dept always empty. Customer service is 50/50. Half of the employees are genuinely very friendly, the other half are outright rude. Was also told cannot buy beer unless all individuals in your party have ID and are over 21, which they said was "state law". Can't find that law, myself.

This is the first review I’ve ever written but I am that annoyed right now. I was charged for my groceries but it didn’t go through on their self checkout machine. I talked to 3 different people and two managers and showed them that I was charged for the purchase on my bank account app. They all kept telling me that the purchase didn’t go through and refused to refund the money or give me my purchased items. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.

This has gotten to a place of absurdity. Almost every time I make a grocery store trip here I end up having to go to Whole Foods because this store never has their shelves stocked. Simple things like garlic, carrots, or onions are often out of stock and the rest of the produce looks like absolute trash. I’ve gotten to a point where I’ll avoid this King Soopers if possible because it just ends up wasting my time. I’m not sure why this store has such a hard time keeping its inventory filled.

I would like this store to add more of the small shopping carts for their customers. They are limited. Big carts are annoying when you are they to buy less than ten items. The King Soopers on Holly and County Line have a far bigger inventory.
