I have never seen a King Soopers with employees that don't want to talk to anyone whatsoever and everyone seems so unhappy. There were buggies and items that needed to be stocked all over the store just sitting on the floor at 11:00 in the morning .I went in to shop and trying to find someone to ask a question about and no one would even acknowledge me while I was there. Someone needs to talk to their management and staff to see about maybe correcting that.

My review is strictly about the pharmacy. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out. Victoria the pharmacist is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. She helped me from having a complete freak out when I left my meds on the train. I fill all my scripts here and I use the app all the time. I recommend this location of King Soopers.

So many King Soopers either don't have the staff or just don't want to keep their full deli open. I've been impressed with this one as it's the only one I can count on to have hot fried chicken! I travel around the city and I just wanted to pass on some kudos. Keep it up! Put those other soopers to shame...

Great store that is convenient for stopping on the way into the ranch from c470. Usually stocked well and clean. Parking is plentiful but can get congested during the evenings. Decent size deli and bakery, typical small seafood and meat counter.

If you have a baby that cries, do NOT shop here. I was shocked and disappointed when at around 12pm today an old, male EMPLOYEE belittled a mother trying to checkout with a crying baby. Clearly customer service is below par. I will not be supporting such a location. And will opt to go to the King Soopers that is LITERALLY 5 min away on University.

I avoid this king Soopers location because they allow solicitors constantly in the parking lot that harass customers. On February 19 there was a solicitor that was harassing people especially one old woman and asked her to sign his petition like 20 times and she was so annoyed and telling him to leave her alone.

Wonderful store! They always have a great selection, and stay on there stock! Community shopping here is pleasant, and is safe! Shop anytime here and you will usally find nice people and staff here. Store is also nice and big, clean, and organized and layed out nicely, and you can almost always find what your looking for here. Also, if your shopping alone, take advantage of there large self check out stations! There a dream!!! Look out for finicky self check out stations though, that's my only real complain about this location.

We had placed an online order for a Christmas dinner a few days ago. When we got to the store the deli was closed so we were worried we weren't going to get our Christmas dinner. When I asked an employee they directed us to Larissa. Larissa was extremely helpful, friendly and patient to help find our order. She even called her off work manager to help locate our meal. She was eager to help us and I must say that she went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Thank you Larissa!

Definitely not going to be shopping here anytime soon. Racist location. I was standing at the self check out for 10 minutes after pressing the button to ask for help. The bald employee and the friend with the high bun continued to pass me despite me trying to flag them down and the number 8 sign flashing. They continued to ignore me and helped other customers as they passed me bye. It even got to the point when I look straight at the bald headed employee and waved at her and she looked away. I had to wait for the next available register when thankfully the gentleman behind be after witnessing 4 people in front of him go bye allowed me to go in from of a him and check ours. Definitely will not be coming back to this racist location.

This store is always nice and tidy whenever I visit, and they have tons of products. I’ve never been disappointed after visiting this King Soopers.

This was our go to grocery store since we live right around the corner. The staff is generally great! However, they seem to have gone downhill over the past 3/4 months. They don’t have stock on so many items on a regular basis while other locations do. Their pick up system is a mess. 60% of the time I make an order I get a call (and sometimes don’t get notified until I am there to pick up the order) that they are running 1-1.5 hours behind. On the last occasion I received my order on time, but when I arrived home I realized I had someone else’s order. When I called to fix the error, they seemed incredibly unorganized and had me list every item I had purchased and every item I had received that wasn’t mine. They seemed very unfazed by the inconvenience and acted like it was a comical situation. They need to address their pick up system issues.

4 Stars because overall this is a good place to shop. Usually well staffed, well stocked and good prices. However, -1 for two issues.First issue, they seem to be reducing staffing and pushing people to use the self check out lanes more often. Self check out is fine if you are buying a couple items but last night with 2.5 hours before close, I had $180 worth of food and only the self check out was open. I asked the staff if they could call someone and the manager came but insisted I use the self check out before walking away. It took me 20 minutes to check out and had to call the self check out clerk 5-8 times because issues with the scale and the slowness of swiping in comparison to say self check out at other locations like target.Second issue is the staff. I understand the demographics/median income in Centennial and the associated difficulty with hiring but the appearance of many of the staff does not present well for King Soopers. Multicolored hair, piercings, weird/awkwardness and overall creepiness level might want to be reduced.

I moved into the area & this is the neighborhood King Soopers (S Quebec St in Highlands Ranch). I'm super disappointed in their produce, especially the vegetables sections - they're always out of fresh veggies! Get bigger bins, order more, please do something!

Ordered a cake from the bakery department there. Told them specifically that I would like to have several different colored flowers all bright colors. A mix of roses and spring flowers. They gave me a cake with 3 dark red roses and 3 very tiny dark purple spring flowers. The writting was in light pink and framed in hot pink. Very dissatisfied and it's sad because this was for my mother's 80th Birthday. I wanted this cake to be special not something I could have just picked up already made in the cake department. My mother also hates red roses. That's why I asked for bright yellow, orange, hot pink, etc. Anyway the party is tomorrow and it's to late to have it remade. I understand they are busy with graduation cakes, but every cake is special. It shouldn't be just pumped out with all the rest like a factor line. Next time I'll go to the King Soopers by our old house.

My wife and I love the S. Quebec store. The store manager, Corynne is the best. She is definitely the reason we go to this store exclusively. If I could I would give her 6 stars. My wife and I are in the store a lot and witness her positive interactions with her employees as well as her loyal customers. She knows many of her customers on a first name basis. It is a big job and she is great at it!

This location has become my least favorite. I get mad at myself every time I go there. There has been a huge turnover in staff some of whom transferred to the Holly and County Line location which is where I normally go now. This store has continually reduced it's variety over the last 2 years. It's to the point where I can no longer find many of the items I consider essential for what I cook. The freshness of the produce over the last year or so has also greatly declined at this and other locations too. I now shop at Safeway for produce. The deli counter is still very good and has good people. The store is not a total loss but it's decline is so disappointing.

Good location, but this was one of the stores scheduled for re-design so that our gotta in the current mode of other stores. This means that they're open through construction, and the parking lot is a tad cramped at time of this review (3/20/19).This store is currently piloting the "Scan, Bag, Go" system too, so if you're curious to see what the forte of shopping might look like, go try it out!

Very impressed with their grocery pick-up option. They were fast, friendly, and socially distanced. They placed my items neatly in my trunk and made sure to check expiration dates on each item. I will definitely be picking up my groceries from here again in the future!

They typically have what I'm looking for. But a few recent experiences have made me start mixing other stores into my grocery runs....1. I ordered 2lbs of Bologna at the deli. Once at home, I realize the individual who sliced the meat... left the plastic casing on the meat when running it through the slicer. Now every piece of bologna has a ring of plastic around it. We got to find this out when my 4 year old daughter pulled a piece of plastic out of her mouth when eating a sandwich. Honest mistake? Probably not. Because this isn't the first time this has happened. About a year prior we ordered salami at the deli. Same thing.... wax paper rings on every bite. Seriously!?2. About 1 month before the employees went on strike I noticed a group of 4 employees talking amongst themselves in the bread section. As I was shopping for bread, I couldn't help but notice their conversation. One person suggested that people who eat organic meat wouldn't notice if they labeled regular meat with an organic label. Wow.

I have lived on this side of town for over eight months and every time I have gone to this King Soopers, it has been a nightmare. Every time I have gone into the store, you cannot move up and down the aisles easily because they are working to put product away. This is really upsetting because now you cannot social distance. They are often out of stock of basic items and customer service is non existent. Tonight was the final straw.I want to preface this part with: I suffer from chronic arthritis from my time in the military and there are times I cannot walk around a store and take medication that reduces my immune system.I placed an online, pickup order. I left work early for my arrival window that I selected between 3:00pm-4:00pm. I even got a nice text message from King Soopers saying “My pickup window is coming up.”I get to the store, I check in through the app. Sit in the lot for 30 minutes. I start losing my patience and call the store. I get a hold of of a young woman who crassly told me “Someone called you to tell you we are late.”1. No one called me.2. If I talked to a customer like that, I would have been fired.I then got told that my order would be ready at 5:30pm.I go home, furious over that interaction. But I needed my groceries.I return to that location at 5:30pm. I call in and start waiting.Five minutes into waiting, I get a phone call saying that “I’m sorry, the order is not ready.” I politely ask how long. She informed me “45 minutes to an hour.”I told her to cancel the order. On my way home, I called Safeway asking if they would help me. The Store Director personally started shopping the store for me, met me in the parking lot and loaded the groceries for me.I am never going back to any Kroger brand stores ever again after this experience. No accountability, you call and complain and they do not care. I have been shopping with them for 10 years, not one more day.

Barely any selection at the meat counter today, guess that’s the world we live in now. Completely out of anything good. I would never go to a king soopers again if I didn’t have too, all my meals I had planned for the week are screwed.

Went to get a money order and the guy at the counter (didn’t catch the name he was shorter with brown reddish hair) was rude for no reason definitely won’t come back. hope his day gets better.

Don't ever order vegetables for pick or delivery. I purchase 4 in-vine tomatoes and I received 4 extremely soft/not eatable tomatoes. I ordered a bag of Italian Mix Salad and I received a wilted bag of not eatable lettuce. I also order a half a gallon of orange juice. I received a half a gallon alright, but it expires in 6 days. I live by myself! Really!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!Perhaps King Soopers should pay a little more attention especially these days when food is so expensive. I perceived this behavior as follows: Listened up people, when picking food for the to go orders pick the oldest dated item and pass it on to the consumer. Better then than us!

This store basically closes at 8. They made the “main entrance” the side entrance and I watched multiple people walk up to closed, locked doors. The main doors should be under your giant lighted logo. Definitely not want you want to be greeted with as a customer. The meat section was severely picked over and no seafood after 8. It’s a shame as the remodel has made this store second rate, very disjointed from a flow plan perspective for the customer. This used to be a better store. Needs better management and retail common sense.
