clean, well stocked, presentable bathrooms and a staff that is more than willing to assist you in finding what you're lookin for...if it's not sold out temporarily.Quick checkout as a new lane was opened with only 4 or 5 customers in line for the others.Been to other Dollar Trees having to dodge numerous boxes of stuff on the floor everywhere with empty shelves waiting to be filled and the rest of the store in disarray. I left with the feeling that prices were good but the experience wasn't even worth a 2-3 star rating.Jeff..the manager at this location was on a register checking out customers as I finished my purchase.Think 'ALL' Dollar Trees are the same??...think again!! Imo this location breaks the mould. You don't want to miss THIS one!! What else do you have to lose?..!!

This dollar store has always been nice, more so then the others. This store especially shines if you want nice cheap silverware or mugs, quick brand name eats and drinks, or basic office/party supplies. Store is cleanly and employees are mostly always nice, though the costumers can be sleezy sometimes.

I've actually never shopped at this location but a lot of my close friends have and all day good things. I came out of the closet some time ago and my friend spotted this on the bottom of his purchase so as a bottom player myself I felt the need to leave a 5 star review for dollar tree supporting me in my love life more than anywhere else. Bottom and proud and thank you so much to dollar tree for the self confidence. I love you

Horribly unfriendly staff. Yelling at people over the intercom. Older lady at the front yelled at my 2 year old for picking up some miniature kitchen tongs. “Those are not toys!” I will never visit this location again. I have never been in a store with staff like this.

UPDATE 2: I recently had a very pleasant interaction with the manager of the store. So much so I'm raising the stars to 4. I can absolutely see how the debauchery from the customers here would get to literally anyone. I also like how this location is (currently-as of Aug 2022) open til 10.Update: dropping to 3 stars because if you're in there 45 min before closing time get ready to be yelled at the second you walk in (not s hello or anything else), yelled at on the intercom every 5 minutes that they're about to close and for you to GTFO. starting at 15 after the hour is excessive. Stopping in the middle of checking someone out to say it when it's STILL 25 min to close....is just rude. Otherwise:It's a fine dollar store. It could be updated, especially for the area. I've never gone in and left with less than triple the amount of things I went in for, so there is that. Most recently it was the only place that still had bunny ears in stock at like 8pm on Easter Sunday, which was critical for the photoshoot (see photo) back at home 🤗. Staff is hit or miss. It gets busy, expect to wait on busy days in line, but I think that's at every dollar store. They recently put in the $5 section which is cool, dangerous, but I dig the options. I will say though if you're looking for purely $1 everything has gone up to $1.25 basically- which I'm attributing to rampant inflation, but if you think about it, value is still (questionable) the same. I took a star off because of the need for an update/layout change and one of the managers(?) is fairly outwardly grouchy every time.

Very nice job to Melissa, the cashier, she was happy and friendly but professional. The only suggestion would be to get a little better on stocking. This is a busy time though so no big deal. :)Well done!

4/16/2022 went into this store around 11:30am and witnessed a female employee being so incredibly rude to an elderly man who was having trouble running his credit card. I have never seen anyone treated so horribly! She should be absolutely ashamed of herself. The line of people was very long and I think she was stressed out but that is no excuse to treat an elderly person that way.

Love the selection of products. When my child got off his leash the store employees were very helpful in his capture. One even helped me take him back to the car and put him in his kennel. Only gets 4 stars because the off brand duct tape I purchased did not work in securing the kennel to the top of the car.

Worst experience when we went there there was one helper in the ship who is shouting on everyone and screaming that everyone need to keep it in order where are..there. I really felt offended and she need to clearly change her attitude...customers are not the one for her to get rid of her frustration...if she is working there we may not visit that store...she is seriously omg shouting on customers never ever saw that anywhere else...hope manager of that store can take some appropriate action...

Unfortunately, some of the worst customer service I've received in the last year has been from this chain. This location is no exception. The workers can go from extremely friendly, to really rude, to screaming when it comes to customers. We can all certainly understand how hard this job must be right now, but even the manager was a horror to try to speak to. Highly recommend choosing another location if you love the product and shop there like I do.

Good service. The cashier was happy to help me find what I needed. Good selection as well, they stock most of the LA's cleaning products which I haven't been able to find anywhere else! Store is kind of old though and the parking lot is full of pot holes, beware!

Rude, disrespectful and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Waited in line behind 6 people (line took forever) and was to the point where I was about to be late for my meeting. Finally it was my turn and cashier Gina started helping a lady who JUST walked in and walked up. I asked her to please check me out first as I had been waiting in line and was going to be late to a meeting. She snarled back “I’m helping her, is that not ok?!?!” Obviously it’s NOT ok Gina as there’s still tons of people in line behind me and your friend walks in and she gets to cut the whole line? Completely rude and unprofessional behavior that I hope gets properly addressed.

I always love to go to dollar tree when I have something definitive on my mind and also to do some window shopping. Never ever to regret the bill. Lol! According to me, it's a blessing most of the times as you will always get what you need for a reasonable price and more!

This is the best Dollar Tree around! Although I love the store and staff in Castle Rock, which I visit that one quite frequently, this store has it all! When I thought I had to spend my day going all over south Denver, this store had everything I needed! Also, Leann was about to go on break but stuck around to check me out. All around great store!

For one it says on this site that the store closes at 10pm so I get there at about 9:53 pm and when I walk in the door some old bat says "You have 5 minutes". No hello, no how you doing today or can I help you find anything ? Then exactly 5 minutes later she gets on the overhead speaker and says "We are closed now". I was thinking how rude this old bat was. I'm surprised that she even has a job there with that attitude. Maybe you all should let Google know what your store hours are so people don't come in and think they still have an hour to shop. Probably would have spent a lot more money if you posted your hours correct online and your employees had better customer service.

The people are friendly. The other customers look at me like I'm going to steal something but they are quiet about their thoughts lol. The store itself is pretty clean considering its a dollar tree. I've seen way worse. Behind the store, not so clean but it's kind of expected. Kind of difficult to keep things clean when you get donations or products on such a large scale in such a tiny place.

This is exactly what you expect from a dollar tree. Employees were pleasant. Shelves were partially stocked with boxes of product sitting on the floors in front of they assigned spots. Clean enough. The parking lot is in REALLY bad shape, so watch for pot holes as you come in

One employee was rude when i asked where there erasers were i walked straight in down the isle I didn't know they was on the one wall was the first time ever stopped at dollar tree in highlands ranch. She ached like I should know.

Talk about a disappointment! I was so excited to come to this Dollar Tree being that I've heard so many great things about their customer service, variety of products that differ from most Dollar Tree chains in the neighboring areas (Aurora, Parker, Littleton) and cleanliness/organization of the store and products. My high expectations were shot down as soon as I walked in the door. No warm greeting, "Hello welcome to Dollar Tree." I walk in and go straight to the picture frames to see if what I was looking for was there; it wasn't. Instead of getting a hello, a tall male cashier comes running over to watch me in the aisle. Instead of saying anything, I proceeded to walk to the fragrance area which was my initial reasoning for going there. I've gone to many different dollar trees to look for a specific cologne my husband loves and hasn't been able to find. He also proceeds to walk to that area and watches me from the end of the aisle. I think it's beyond disheartening that people like this man and so many others treat people who are not of a certain decent with complete and total disrespect. What I also find interesting is the fact that I had my wallet and phone in my hand from the moment I walked in the store. I didn't have a hoodie on, a big backpack or big purse. Literally, nothing I had on could've made this man think I would walk in the store with my wallet clearly visible and what I'm assuming was to steal. It's a darn shame that in 2018 we still have to "deal with" or " have tolerance" for being treated with disrespect simply because of the color of our skin. I will never patronize this specific store again, not that this associate or even the store manager would care. I also hope no one will tolerate this level of disrespect at this establishment or any other place of business that should welcome and be respectful of all people, ages, genders and sexual preferences.

This Highlands Ranch location does not have nearly as many items as other Dollar Trees. I also do not know why persons will pay 1.00 for sample size items. Add a few more cents and buy a regular size.Yes indeed I have seen some real ugly in this store by the employees to customers. There always seems to be a real issue with the purchase of helium balloons.

This is THE place to go for greeting cards. They have perfectly nice cards for birthdays and other occasions for 50 cents instead of the $5 or so that you get gouged for at other stores. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find 'Husband' cards. But grandmother, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter, niece, nephew, sister-in-law, friend, generic, etc....they're all here. I don't know why they are lacking in spouse cards? I also get crosswords, sudoku, decorations for various holidays and jigsaw puzzles here.

I love shopping at Dollar tree anyway but first time in Denver. Very surprised to find Potato bread on the shelf. We do 80% o f our shopping here. Love it!!!

Ive been here several times due to the specific inexpensive items I can get. Im in the customer sergice industry, and I must say that this place really needs to work on staff that are friendly, and fast moving. Theres no "hellos" or goodbyes from the staff, which makes it absolutely unwelcoming. And with the Walmart within walking distance, you may want to look into hiring staff that know the meaning of a smile and good manners.

They should put up a sign that says “Whites Only” I’ve never seen anyone openly demeaning in such a blatantly disrespectful manner. You can tell their behavior is accepted and continuously excused by management. What I witnessed was extremely disheartening and unacceptable to say the least. The ultimate abuse of authority definitely anticipating speaking to the corporate offices about the experience.
