It was my first visit, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The staff shared that they have a buy ten label product tagged and receive the 11th one free. My fur baby enjoyed hre trip and we will certainly be back.

The associates are friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. Whenever I need to return a product they are compassionate and helpful, making it a pleasant experience. The Highlands Ranch location is conveniently located.I would like this store to offer a larger selection and brand variety for cat foods, especially for cats with allergies to chicken, fish, legumes, etc.

Love Chuck & Don's. Quality food at reasonable prices. I'm only docking one star but frankly the employee that greeted me (and another customer picking up an order) must have been having a bad day. That person was not only unsmiling but seemed almost angry. They did offer assistance when asked but it felt like they didn't enjoy doing so. The Castle Rock location is the only other one I've been to and they are always wonderful. Not sure the person's name is, but if it helps it was last Wednesday, the first Wednesday of January of the new year. Maybe ask your employee to smile when greeting and helping customers. Pretend to enjoy your job.

I love the products and the store, and everything is so convenient to me. They carry Petplate, which most places do not have, and I always go to these when I am in a pinch and run out of my subscription early! They are so kind and helpful every time I go in, and they make me want to keep coming back! They have my business for like!

I recently discovered this place and found that they are absolutely amazing. They have a huge selection of high quality pet foods and toys. Plus the manager at this location is super friendly and helpful. I don't think we will bother going anywhere else anymore!

I went to Chuck and Don’s in search of a new dry cat food for my picky eater that also needs a lot calories. Two people helped me with my selection and the choice is a huge hit with my cat. (Acana Wild Atlantic dry food). He had his portion gone in no time and was ready for more...and he’s usually a grazer! Two paws up from Milo!

Absolutely love Chuck & Don's. We buy all of our cat food here. Our Sphynx has to eat a special diet. So they order in his food in bulk to help limit our trips to the store. They were so helpful in assisting us with finding this food for him. I can't say enough good things about them. A+++

I love shopping at Chuck and Don’s, great store for anything your dog needs. I especially love shopping at this location as Olivia has made my shopping experience there fantastic every time. This time in particular she saved my life and I owe her big time. She went above and beyond for me and my pups as Chuck and Don’s is discontinuing my pups food on their shelves. Olivia saved me TWO bags of their food, and even got the right recipe and weight of food. She even is going to special order the food specifically for my dogs, and this is unbelievable customer service, and so appreciated. This meant so much to me and I will continue to be a very happy customer here!

We went shopping for some food for our Charlie and as always Chuck and Don's had it, then we wanted to look at a new harness. Olivia the manager helped us and went beyond just helping, she tried on a couple of harnesses including adjusting them until we found the right one, then suggested the correct leash to go with it. As always we are extremely happy to support Chuck and Don's and their wonderful staff!!

I dont write many reviews, but I had to get on and say something about my experience. I always come to this store to get dog food and the service is always excellent! The store manager (Mariah) checked me out and found 3 different promos to use. The dog food we buy ins't cheap and I just so appreciated her finding me deals to save on the bag of food. I was also with my 2 young kids and I am so thankful that every time I go in the people who work there want to get me in and out as fast as possible (mom life)! Thank you so much for always helping me and your patience.
