We had to put down our senior dog at GAH yesterday. They were very kind, and walked us through the entire process. The transition was very peaceful. The front desk staff, Tech, and Vet were beyond amazing. We're so grateful.🐾💗

Everyone here goes out of their way to care for my furries and have done so over the last ten years. I can always reach someone there when I have an emergency no matter what time it is. They all work long hours and often stay way past closing time to make sure every pet gets the care they need at the end of every day. I appreciate the fact that this practice has the equipment to provide timely and informative medical results without having to travel long distances for specialized tests. I love GAH and every member of the staff there!!!!!

I jus wanna thank Gypsum Animal hospital for the tremendous job they have done with our family dog koda""😊, we were to the almost home lose our dog, she got ran over a few days ago with a broken pelvis and so on, yesterday they performed surgery to her and today we've have brought her home, with the help of the staff there and Doctors I really thank god he put them in our path! From the bottom of our hearts, thank y'all soooo much god bless and keep up the good wrk!!!

I've been bringing my animals here since the beginning. Very compassionate and caring when it comes to your fur babies. Dr Carol sobbed with us when we had to put our 18 year old heeler down 3 weeks ago. The vet techs and other vets there are amazing as well. Highly recommend Gypsum Animal Hospital!

Their current 4.9 rating is not deserved.My friend took her 3 month old puppy (one I fostered before she adopted him) to be checked. They diagnosed him with a fever and severe dehydration, and their treatment: euthanasia. Ridiculous. She took him to a different vet, and while he was diagnosed with some medical conditions, all are treatable and no euthanasia was needed.To think a vet hospital who’s goal is to treat and save animals chose to squeeze even more more money out of this pup by recommending death. Absolutely terrible and I do not encourage you take your pets to this place, they don’t care about your family, only the money they can pull out of you.

I have only just recently started coming to Gypsum Animal Hospital and so far the whole staff and especially Caroline have been a great help. Very happy here and we plan to stay. Thank you for welcoming us and allowing me to feel at ease for my dog and that he is under great care! My dog just had his teeth cleaned and the results were absolutely amazing!!!!!

I was 100% satisfied with my experience and the treatment my dog received. Dr. Sheldon was very thorough, professional, and friendly, and made me feel like my dog was in very good hands. He was also able to take care of my senior dog's dental care without putting her under general anesthesia, which was important to me because she is a senior dog (14 yo).

I love this veterinary clinic. They always take great care of my pooch. Dr. Sheldon does a great job of explaining all options and takes into consideration your comfort level with treatment. I tend to be a rather conservative pet parent and my last vet was really aggressive with treatment and it made me really uncomfortable. I never feel this way at the Gypsum animal clinic. Always walk away feeling happy with the care and treatment my dog received.

My kitty passed away suddenly and I brought him to GAH. They had just opened for the morning and went right to work trying to save my boy. They weren't able to revive him due to an existing condition I never knew about. The technicians were amazing and offered to do as much as they could without the veterinarian on site. When it was over, they let me take my time to say goodbye. Thank you Gypsum Animal Hospital!

I was hesitant to go to a vet down the road, just because I prefer the ease of having all my appointments in Eagle, but I have to say we are going to be taking our pets here from now on. The staff was attentive, friendly, professional and was able to get us in at the last minute. We had been going to a vet in Eagle who was quick to charge us $600 to diagnose our pet with cancer, send us to their sister hospital in Denver for surgery, then they completely ignored us for two days when our dog's incision became infected. Gypsum was able to get us in on Friday so that our poor dog did not have to go through the weekend suffering. We appreciate them so much!

We are very glad that we brought our pup to Gypsum animal hospital. Dr. Nadine found the reason why our little girl was unable to gain weight when others couldn't. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is cozy and clean. They showed our pup the love and attention she deserves. My only regret is not coming here first. It would have saved us a lot of time and money. Thank you Gypsum animal hospital! We will definitely be coming back.

Boarded my dogs for the first time at Gypsum Animal Hospital. They got to play outside with the other guests and had good loving care. The dogs came back happy and CLEAN! Thanks for the bath! I love that the dogs came back without smelling like a kennel. I was not expecting that. Nice add-on. Thanks for loving my fur babies! Will happily board with you again when needed.

Dr. Sheldon and the team at Gypsum Animal Hospital are amazing. You can be confident knowing that Dr. Sheldon is highly knowledgeable in his field. Recently, our pup was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Sheldon explained all the different treatment options and backed them with various studies. We then felt educated to make the best decision for our dog. Our golden loves going to the vet. GAH has a great yearly discounted plan for the locals and has a super awesome boarding program. We highly recommend Dr. Sheldon and his terrific staff!

Dr Sheldon and his staff go above and beyond for our family of animals. We have used him for years and years!! We were once persuaded to try another vet, but we quickly found ourselves back with him because of the compassion they have for our animals! We get top rate service, they are responsive with same day response as phone call, and they genuinely care for each animal in their care. We are lucky to have GAH in our community!!

I switched vets to Gypsum animal hospital almost a year ago and I love them! The staff and vets there are very caring and easy to work with. I do not recommend taking you pets here. I have had several bad experiences with them, they gave one of my dogs an unnecessary surgery that put her in so much pain. They left the staples from a surgery for my other dog in and will not remove them. Your dogs deserve better.

I moved to Eagle a few months ago, and asking around for a good vet for my dogs, Gypsum Animal Hospital came up multiple times. They're very responsive, staff is super nice, and Dr. Nadine is very professional, and they have very affordable prices.Overall, a great experience for me and my dogs.

Dr. Sheldon and the crew at Gypsum Animal Hospital are amazing. We all know that pets sometimes means trouble. Dr. Sheldon has gone out of his way to accommodate our four-legged family. He has even come to the house to pick them up when we can't make it to the clinic. Gypsum Animal Hospital has our backs both for our pets, and our family. I have loved the care provided by GAH from boarding to regular check ups. It is clear that they love animals and Dr. Sheldon is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I would want no one else looking after my furry friends!

Recently, Ear got hurt and one of his ears got on real bad shape, i was referred to the Gypsum Animal Hospital tru a good friend, after a band service on another facility, i was very Glad took the decision to find this team of very nice people, when i got there i was please to see Rachel there a long time valley resident that knows how to take care of people and love wha she does, that made me feel secure of leaving my dog there, when Dr. Nadine choose to stop what she was doing to take care of my beloved Earl, I totally realize how important is for them to keep our doggy friends healthy, that action made me feel special and even more secure that i was on the right place .... after the whole process and true visits, Sonia always took care of us with a smile on her face! And she always make sure we were happy with the service or if we had any questions. There is really no other choice here on the Vail Valley, if you want your furry friend to be treated as a family member and not just a place... We love bringing our dog to GAH (though our dog does not love going). They are an awesome team and are great about following up after a procedure to make sure things are going well. Our dog is not "Vet" friendly and is quite a handful, but they don't make us feel bad about it and they handle her well and with respect despite her reluctance. We couldn't be happier with GAH!

Dr Sheldon and his staff could not gave been more caring the other morning when our dear Loopy passed away. Gypsum Animal Hospital has taken care of our animals for just the past year yet treated us as family when we called, devastated that our buddy was gone. We were allowed a private room, time to grieve and hugs and patience as we determined our final arrangements. It's a hard job and GAH does it wonderfully!

We've been taking our furry pals to GAH for years, but our recent experience when our Westie got bitten and tossed by a larger dog really illustrated their character. We received compassionate and professional care throughout the experience. They were even amazingly responsive after hours (when the accident happened). The team here is amazing, they always take amazing care of our babies. Vets can be expensive but they have always worked with us if we are struggling, and their pricing is fair. I will always go to this team. You get what you pay for, and they are amazing.
