There is a potential in this franchise! And that should start from the team manager, all the way to members. Organization needs to conduct, attention to details by department. The whole aisles needs to clean and reorganize, it was great to see selections but too narrow for every crowd! Ringers should learn about the security attached in some products and must removed all the time, so that it won't confuse nor embarrased customers when going out! Plus asset protection boosted!! Always bring a heart warming Smile! Customer service is very vital! Merchandisers should conduct their merchandise either before opening or closing and not anytime in the day that causes cluttering! Inventory is extremely sensitive, once a loss is a huge impact in any business!

They are never open. They keep changing the hours and updating it with a paper in their front door and even though you’re visiting within the hours they claim to be open. The surprise is that the are actually closed too. It’s Wednesday 3:45 pm right now. The business is closed even though their paper claims they will be open until 7. I wish Gypsum had better business around.

Seems to be closed way more often then it is open!! Employee told us today he was helping a coworker finish her shift at like 3:30 and that no one could go into the store. He proceeds to say it should reopen in like 20-30 minutes, which is fine. Well here it is little after 5 p.m. and the store is still closed!! Not the first... second... third... time that this has occurred. Seems to be in a pretty regular basis since we moved to Gypsum two and half years ago!! Bad for business!!

I was very lucky to go there because they’re normally closed. It was a slight bit messy. They could do a better job of cleaning it up, but other than that it was pretty nice. There was also carts in the isles, so they could also move those. I found what I needed and more. It was very nice service and the people were welcoming too!

Closed again, stopped here four days in row and closes at the most random hours. It’s 1136 am on a Saturday and your closed. Would not be an issue if you updated your google hours instead ive wasted two hours this week driving here for you to be shut down again!

Wouldnt let me use the bathroom. Carts of delivery all over the store and no customer carts because they were using them to put away their delivery. Associate checking me out was too busy talking to a man whom seemed to be here friend because he hung around for awhile. No interaction with me at checkout and once my payment was approved she just walked away.

They clearly don’t know how to adjust their hours on google. They are open 10am - 4pm everyday right now. Been there 2 x in the past 30 days and closed each time. Trying to get google to adjust hours to help my fellow shoppers.

Y'all might as well just permanently close this location since you're never open during regular business hours. For the past 3 months everytime I go here they are closed. 5pm on a Thursday and they've got the door locked. Ridiculous.

Trashy. Place is a fire hazard with all the stuff in the aisle. The line moves so slow. It takes less time to drive to Eagle and buy what you need at city market. Every time I go I'm reminded why I don't.
