Awesome customer service response time, genuine care and prompt service! We were traveling through the area and needed a nail trim for our little pup. Kitty was able to last minute squeeze us in (even stayed later than business hours!). Highly recommend!

Called all day long no answer at all. Looked for alternatives and found none but one in eagle vail. Came in and there is no one up front I yelled “hello” and I get a lady in the back I head back there and she was busy with another pup I ask her about the DIY dog wash and she tells me it’s by appointment only. But they won’t answer their phone like EVER! Then I ask her if I can schedule an apt and she said I’m busy I’ll call you later, wrote my phone number down but no call.

After a bad experience at my previous groomer, I spent a year searching for a good groomer. Some would give a good cut the first time but on the second try they were terrible. I have finally found a groomer that I love. We are scheduled for our 4th appt. They do a wonderful job and I could not be more pleased. They also do her in 1/2 the time of other shops because they focus on 1 dog at a time.

I have called them never answered. Sent them a pm and got a response back couple of days later saying that they have no openings.
