Nice place to load. Professional loading crew. They loosely strap and tarp your load for you & make you stay in truck. Can’t inspect product from cab but they make getting loaded easy. Note: do not over tighten your straps! You will damage product easy. Light pressure only when using a bar for those that never hauled sheetrock before!

Absolutely unbelievably uncaring individuals here. We booked a load AFTER telling them that we were going to be after 5, to which they replied "They'll get you loaded". We showed up about 20 after and the supervisor refused loading, on the FRIDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Now my drivers are stuck in Gypsum in a truckstop. I understand if we promised to be there by 5, but they new when we booked the load. While they're at home enjoying the holidays they couldn't spend an extra 15 minutes getting a truck loaded so they could too. Absolutely uncaring human beings.

Whatever you do don't show up before 7am if delivering you will be told to leave the property and figure it out where to park. Then after 7am you will wait forever to get called to unload. Place is slow and don't care about you time or where you need to be. In the black book with this place! P.s fire Karen in the office!

WILL NEVER DELIVER THERE AGAIN.7am appointment and I arrive 20 minutes early. Walk in and say good morning and the old, miserable KAREN at the front desk not only tells me to leave and come back at 7 but threatens to push my appointment back an hour if I don't. So I drive out the gate , across the rd and park. At 6:50 2 loaded trucks go whipping in and she takes em right on back. Now my 7am appointment turns into a 2hr reset. They need to can that wretched ol hag and put someone up there with some respect. SLOW SLOW SLOW

Pretty easy place to go. They tarp it and strap it for you. Kind of a long line to get in but it went by quick the office staff is super friendly. I definitely would haul for these guys again. Was in and out in about two hours with around seven trucks ahead of me.

Under staffed. Load 1 truck at a time. I got there yesterday at 1:30pm and got loaded at 7:30pm. So if you're picking up here go head and grab your lunch/dinner and snacks beforehand.

Be ready to spend 5+ hrs loading out of here. Long and slow line, bring food and snacks and if you have pets in your truck good luck, not much space to walk them around while waiting a whole 8 hr shift to load something 🤦🏽‍♂️

Does this company really care about reviews? Probably not. We are just a tool to them. They do not care about hours etc. Just a driver information really.Their website clearly states that last truck to check in by 6pm. Absolutely wrong. It is now 5pm end of story.So the idea of efficency and caring about drivers hours is wrong.

My favorite place to pick up in Colorado. 4 fork lifts to load you and like 5 people to strap edge protect and tarp. Been here a lot and never disappoints. No overnight parking but a lot of places close by to park on the 70 in both directions.

Totally agree with trucker Chris! Had to have their " tarpers" even redo the corners! Why? Because they were put on in a way they would have damaged the drywall! They also ask for 20 bungies! Which they use may 10! Have I ever gotten extras back? Nope?! Those bungies cost me $70 a box! And its really easy to see the extra bungies your workers collect go on the company trucks alreadytarped and ready to be CONVIENTLY picked up! Bet that was a power meeting! The 3 times I've been there was the same thing! below poor tarp jobs that I had to climb up on and fix! BELIVE ME WHEN I SAY I WON'T BE BACK!

Don't park there overnight! I did and went for my few mile walk like I always do. I guess while I was gone the hole town's emergency crew showed up at my truck. I guess some rude lady went to tell me I couldn't park there. I wasn't at my truck so she called 911! Really there's probably over 30 acher with plenty of room and not to mention there's nowhere eals to park other than a gas station with about 4 truck parking.

Some feedback for management; your tarp crew is almost useless... nice guys but totally undertrained, under experienced and under motivated. I spend lots more time as a PROFESSIONAL with your loads trying to prevent a poor tarp from coming loose, being damaged or flapping around and damaging the load than I do with other drywall organizations. If you think a driver on a load 1 time to tarp properly is a risk than how is a driver on top of a load multiple times to fix poor tarp jobs a improvement? Whatever fool though this a good idea should be fired and replaced by a new temp every day. Then you would get the idea of what it’s like dealing with under qualified people like we are dealing with in the loading departmentThanksUpdate July of 19’ at a American Gypsum plant.Me: Sir, I know that’s the easiest way to load it but I can’t secure it that way without possibly damaging the bottom stacks. Can we just take the extra couple minutes and do it differently.Loader: “What ever you do to strap it is on you. As soon as I load it it’s your responsibility and not my problem”

Lots of parking for night. Enter left from us 6 then see right side big yard and lots of flat beds parked. Good space where is not a big truck stop in this area.

Cannot park here over night..I came in a day earlier because I seen where u could park overnight on the property and a yard dog driver rudely ran me off the nearby store has a few spots but it also says no overnight parking so we shall see..the load didn't pay that good for some one to be rude..

I've been in line for a live unload for 4 1/2 hours already.. They obviously don't care about deliveries more than they care about loading.. trucks that arrived hours after me got bumped to the front because they were loading bot unloading.. recommend u bring food cuz ure in the middle of nowhere and no accommodations for drivers nearby.. who knows how much longer the wait is.. definitely lost the whole day here won't be able to find a load today.. and i was checked in before 9am

If your getting loaded or unloaded expect to be here a very long time if there is a line. Waited over 3 hrs to get loaded. Worse than gypsum in Indiana .

They don’t pyramid anymore so all the weight was on my driver side every right hand turn I made felt like I was going to tip over I asked them if they would put the extra bundle in the middle and they told me no they are going to get tip a truck over one of these days and get in a lawsuit with how unsafe this is for us drivers
