The service was absolutely amazing, this place has the kindest staff and the pizza was out of this world. Very well proportioned and the crust is the perfect mix between thin and thick. I would 100% recommend this to locals or people just passing through like us. And although I never caught her name, thank you to the very kind young woman who gave us pretty much a whole pizza on the house, you made our day so much brighter :)

Let’s get into it…high priced pizza. It looks bland the one by the slice.. but if you order a “whole pizza” it looks a little more appealing (see photo).. $30 …so I guess pay that, and don’t get it by the slice.. the slices are in the warmer ready to grab and go..or the worker grabs it, and puts in on a medal plate with some tissue and you just sit down..but it’s edible, and taste okay. Floors need cleaning as does the rest of the place, and maybe some rearranging of the seating. It did have Torchy’s cups which made me think well at least they are trying, I don’t know. But the one guy who was working… and working the register.. was trying his best to make the food, check people out, and take the orders with a great attitude. There was another worker.. but he stayed out of site with the rap music blasting. I saw him from the long side view. There are areas of this establishment that need improvement clearly, but overall it is getting by for now.

The food was excellent, and the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances, but the management/ownership is atrocious and inexcusable.I rarely write negative reviews and hate to do so for a small business, but quite frankly the seats are not safe; it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Most of the seating has you perched at the edge of a rickety plank that feels like it could give way any moment. There’s also a foot-sized hole in the deck with a nail sticking out it, and several others of varying sizes as well, one of which my friend with a cane fell into tonight; had she been injured she would’ve been well within her rights to sue for damages.It stopped sprinkling over an hour before we arrived (6:30, rush hour) and it took them twenty minutes to bring out a rag for us the customers to wipe down the wet outdoor seating. In fact, the tables were being bussed almost exclusively by kind customers at the bar as the location was appallingly understaffed.They also don’t warn you that they charge several extra dollars if you pay with a card than with cash, and won’t refund you. They claimed they have a warning posted on the door, but that doesn’t count when that door is always open and the sign sandwiched against the wall where it’s impossible to see unless you know to move the door to look at it.I deleted a paragraph of further detail on the almost non-existent service since they only had two people and one was only sixteen years old (SHE DESERVES A BETTER BOSS), but it’s not a good look on the manager if they can’t keep their business staffed. Pay your employees a thriving wage and hire more of them, or downsize: those are the only two ethical options for business owners in this country. (The attached photo is what they’re calling a chair. It’s so wobbly it’s only a matter of time before someone falls and breaks a bone.)

Very good pizza. I had a slice of their 20 inch cheese pizza while I waited for my Greek specialty pizza to get done. Thin crust with lots of toppings. Both pizzas had good flavor. The salad was very large with spring mix lettuce and lots of extra veggies. Definitely enough for two for lunch (for multiple meals for a truck driver like me). Thanks for the excellent meal. Will visit you again.

I totally recommend Gunnison Pizza Company for anyone traveling to Gunnison.We have a life threatening allergy that causes us to not be able to go to most restaurants, mainly because they don’t know what contains the allergen.Not only did they know exactly what contains it, the chef made a great salad specifically without the problem ingredient.The pizza was fantastic, veggies were fresh and still had som crunch and the garlic bread had real butter, fresh garlic and herbs.We will definitely be back!

The perfect lunch spot!! We stopped here between driving and it was such a breath of fresh air. Plenty of booth seating and cute outdoor patio seating as well. Very clean AND quick despite being a decent amount of people eating pizza! Would go here again!

While we were visiting Gunnison, this place came highly recommended from the local river rafting tour guides. It was a Wednesday about 1 pm, and it wasn't too busy. We were able to order pretty quick. The kids thought the pizza was great and my order turned out great as well. The only hick-up was they got my order wrong the first time. Out of the two pizzas I ordered, one was completely wrong. They apologized and baked us the right one. It just took a little longer than anticipated. Other than that, the food was great.

We like to stop here when we pass through. We ordered pizza and the southwestern turkey sandwhich with a side salad.Salads are not typically something to mention, but this was fantastic. So glad I skipped the fried.The southwest turkey is delicious and spicy. My hubby loved her margarita pizza.Service is great and fast. It is also dog friendly.

The owner did a act of kindness for me and my son. Not only were we grateful for what he did the pizza was outstanding! We went back the next night and enjoyed a great dinner.A big thank you to the owner!! We will see you again when we come back to Gunnison.

On Oct 1st I was in this store at 7:10pm, I looked them up online and it said they closed at 8:00pm. The sign outside this place said Open. I walked up to the counter and the long haired young man told me the kitchen was closed. I said your website says you close at 8 and the sign outside said Open. I said Ok, if you want to let a Marine Veteran go hungry, and I walked out. He never offered anything else. I tell ya, I was extremely offended by his lack of enthusiasm at doings his job. I’ll never go back and I would encourage all Veterans to avoid this place. On a last note, I wonder what the health code is for hippies leaving their hair down while preparing food?

We wanted pizza and chicken wings at first and then they had the kitchen closed for appetizers, then we wanted Alfredo pastas and they weren’t making pasta also,We waited more than 30 minutes for a medium pizza and the baby started crying bc she was hungry as the same of us,The chef came rude and asked us to take the baby outside to the cold, it is not our fault he was taking too long to make a pizza,We don’t recommend that place at all, or ask them first if they have the menu available so you don’t waste your time.

Good pizza and sandwiches. Minus 3 stars for hidden takeout fees and taxes. A $12.50 sub is actually $16.33 with no upgrades on sides or toppings. The math doesn't make sense, and I don't really understand where the various fees come in.$1 takeout fee is fine. So why is it almost $4 more than what the menu says.?8.9% tax makes sense. There's hidden money somewhere on a purchase, and I don't know where. Just put the price on the menu.A whopping 30+ percent of the total is merely fees and tax. Would not get to-go food again and probably won't be back since I value more transparent communication.

Went with my mom and Sister in passing. Loved the style and music choice; great atmosphere. They were incredibly welcoming with great service. Sister and mom loved the wings with the blue cheese sauce, “the chicken was perfectly cooked”. The artichoke dip was so good and the best ruffled oil tries I have ever had! I will be coming back when I pass through again.

Great place to stop for a yummy pizza. We had 1/2 Greek 1/2 Pineapple Express and the toppings were generous. Friendly staff, great ambiance, and great value! We will visit again on our next trip through Gunnison.
