Little over priced. Sad you have to pay $8 for a can of spray paint? Same can is across town at Walmart for under $5. Wish they would bring back the rental business. Now we want to rent a floor sander, gotta go to Montrose. New owner is milking this town for all he can. Great friendly staff. Prices are just too high all over the store imo. Update: 9/10/21, today a needed a tube of g/e silicone.... $9.99? Rediculous! I buy hundreds of tubes a year, from Walmart to Home Depot to Ace, not any more. It's $5 overpriced. That's $1000 a year it costs more to buy here. Insane! See the pics. I included a Walmart pic of same product, same day. Rodent Stopper in the spray can? $15.99, it's $9.99 at tractor supply.

Was very happy to get a pair of boots for the snow season upon my arrival to Gunnison. The girl with pink hair was very helpful finding my size in the boot that I liked.

Despite the friendly staff, I noticed a minor issue that prevented me from giving a perfect 5-star rating. During my visits, I didn't receive assistance in finding the specific product I had asked for, other than providing the isle. However, I still believe that the staff's friendliness deserves recognition, and I'm overall satisfied with my experience, hence the 4-star rating.

I could write raving reviews about this place after every single visit but that would use up all of Google's remaining memory capacity. The folks at Fullmers are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not one bit condescending (even with the most stupid questions). Need paint? Bring in a chip the size of thumbnail and they can match it. Online order? Ready for pickup IMMEDIATELY. These folks will help you before you know you need help. It's service that's inspiring to see in this day and age.

One of the best Ace Hardware stores in America. HUGE selection and very helpful, friendly, knowledgable staff. Needed an oil based rub for some custom hiking sticks and was helped with a real professional. Great place to shop. That said, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CANYON COOLER. I would pay for for a Yeti if I had to do it over. Did not keep ice for more than a couple of days.

Always shop at this Ace Hardware store when you are in Gunnison. You will always be satisfied with the customer service and the selection. Avoid Walmart in Gunnison and just go here because they have it and Walmart does not. I have never been disappointed going to this Ace Hardware Store.

These guys are awesome! The owner gave me a discount on a car battery when mine had blown out a winter or so ago. They take good care of this community, and I'm sure Gunnison would be a worse place without them.

We stopped by to see Gunnison Hardware store. I like Ace hardware stores. This store is friendly super well stocked and staff was knowledgeable about their products. We where there watching Western Colorado University play football. If I needed hardware or anything for keeping stuff together or tooling I would definitely look at them first. Nice Place. Traveled from California and stopped at a few other Ace's just to che k out one of the best I seen.

I go here for Carhartt items, light household repairs, plants, flower pots, soil, etc. Always well stocked and well staffed store, even during the busiest times of the year. Always consistent with friendly workers there, no matter when you go in. 👍👍

I have been in a lot of Ace hardwares in a lot of city's over the years, this one is great. For a smallish town it is shockingly well stocked, clean and has wonderful staff. Its my go to stop for "stuff", rather it's a snowblower or hard to find nuts and bolts.

This Ace is, hands down, the best hardware store I have ever experienced. You can get quality, knowledgeable advice from numerous helpful employees and their inventory is remarkable given the size of the market they serve.

Feel very safe shopping here. Every employee wears a face mask and they even provide them for customers that do not have a mask. The flowers in the greenhouse were well taken care of and even though it is getting late in the season, they had a good selection. One of the best Ace Hardware stores.

Great place. Staff is always helpful and they have a wonderful selection of HomeGoods to browse. Most of their items are comparable in price to online options. Love their succulent selection in spring and their garden center

It's a typical Ace hardware. A smaller store but it's in a small town. They do have quite a selection though. The staff was okay, one lady told me the wrong aisle but I found it in the next aisle over. Then I was asking a guy where a certain item was and he kept asking me questions, and said the part I was looking for they wouldn't have. But I still told him I wanted to see what my other options were and he never did tell me where the item was. I finally just walked away because it was getting frustrating. If I ask where something is just tell me and we'll both be back off. Other than that it was an okay store.
