Great customer service! I had an issue with an online order and the manager not only apologized and took accountability (very rare these days), she referred me to another Target where the item was in stock, set it up so I could walk right in and it would be waiting for me, AND she insisted on giving me a gift card for the inconvenience. It is very refreshing to see good leadership and ownership of mistakes. It makes you feel valued as a customer. They are obviously very well staffed.

Had an excellent drive-up experience with JP! He was so fast, friendly and just went above & beyond on his approach to me with excellent customer service. He collected carts after in the parking lot, then I saw him literally jogging another order out for another customer. Thanks JP! I'll be back to this location 🙌

Terrible manager and not good place to work, totally not Deaf-friendly. Always snooping around to see what you are doing and not respecting your independence. They just mouthing right into your face out of blue, this store deserves to shut down for good

In the 5.5 yrs I’ve lived next to this target it has went so downhill it’s not even funny. They have to have security now and police is constantly there. The bathrooms are always DISGUSTING.

Really big store but small grocery section. It’s not as clean as most targets are, but it seems like it’s not because it doesn’t get cleaned it’s just dingy. Had the self check out lady yell at me because I scanned my membership card before I started scanning. Telling me I’m supposed to do it after I’m done. All other stores I have scanned prior. I just thought that was an odd thing to get upset about especially with no other interaction before getting to the kiosk.

This target is disgusting. Went into the women’s bathroom and you could tell it was not cleaned for days. Nearly all the stalls were gross. I told an employee and they just ignored me. Then went into the Starbucks and lady made my drink wrong twice. I then told her it was not made right and the other starbucks employee agreed it was made wrong. Then the lady who made my drink wrong 2 times said that’s all she can do. Staff members are rude and just continue to talk with each other instead of work and be on their phones. Not ever coming back to this location.

The stores dirty nothing is organized, floors are gross and the bathroom well the photo says it all. All the stalls were filthy this was the cleanest one.

The store itself is beautiful, as all Targets are. The experience itself, well the ending, is something I’d like to forget. As my wife and I were checking out, I saw that it looked like we were being watched by a crew member. Maybe she was looking past us (I don’t know). As much as I want to give this store the benefit of the doubt, this wasn’t the first time it happened. I am not trying to call out the store. I just want to feel comfortable throughout my time there.

Nice target. Has only one entrance so you’ll need to walk extra to the grocery section, but pretty well stocked and relatively organized and clean. Employees are nice as always. Very accessible to i25, and plenty of parking. The only exit towards i25 requires you to wait at a light with a weird design, but it works!

many targets have a pretty tiny plus sized section, but this one currently has ZERO PLUS SIZED items. there are 50+ swimsuits followed by hundreds of items up to size 16 but the women's dept abruptly stops in back by the fitting rooms with a gap in the racks (as if all the plus sized items were removed from the floor) and quickly ends with the maternity dept. very sad and disappointed to be completely excluded from the clothing department, just like big and tall men are as well at all target locations. do better, target, do better.

This will not be my go to Target.The layout is out dated and needs redone. This made it difficult to find things.The entryway smelled as if someone was smoking in the doorway. Plus there’s only one entry so that made it unavoidable.It was extremely warm (usually I’m freezing at most locations).I saw one staff member as I walked the majority of the store. They appeared to all be at self checkout.

The pick-up service at Target is fantastic. No $ minimums to worry about, no need to reserve a time slot and they usually have my items ready to pick up in under 2 hours. Once I get there they are often waiting for me if I tell them via the app that I am on my way. Otherwise the wait is usually just a few minutes.

Target is usually the best shopping experience of any superstore, and this location is no exception but they seem to struggle keeping enough staff which leads to some cleanliness and stocking issues.
