I appreciate the store's offerings and the overall shopping experience. There is as a wide selection of natural, organic, and non-GMO items at affordable prices. However, some negative limitations in overall selection and customer service compared to other grocery stores like Whole Foods. There a are multiple locations across Colorado, including Denver, Colorado Springs, etc.

Date 4/12/2024Cashier ChuckTime 8:11amTransaction 3852I purchased three items, and all three had been marked down. In my haste, I didn’t pay close attention to the prices. However, it registered in the back of my mind that there were markdowns not visible on their point-of-sale (POS) system. I asked the cashier, and he curtly replied, “No discounts. Why don’t you go see?” Meanwhile, a line of four people with full carts queued up behind me. So I went back to check the prices, confirming that the markdowns were indeed included. Returning to the cash register, I patiently waited for ten minutes until everyone completed their transactions.

Beware of an old man cashier. A question will pop up on the screen and he’ll tell you “just say yes for me” and have you donate for some magical cause somewhere. I got in my car, checked the receipt and felt tricked and had to go back in for a refund of a donation I did not authorize.

Sprouts is the place for produce, some meats, and solid dairy and grocery aisle selections. I'm a big Bobby Parish guy and shop very carefully, and Sprouts typically has great options for those avoiding garbage food. Their meat is a bit expensive compared to buying grass-fed at Costco, but that's not a fair comparison. Their organic produce is solid and good prices. Bread selection not bad.

This is my local sprouts. Come here nearly weekly. The last rating i gave this particular store was a 5 but after todays encounter, it was easy to delete that and give an honest review. I have never had any issues but today upon checkout was the first time i have. The young kid, John, cashiering went out of his way to be exceptionally rude. Funny how he was friendly with the couple in front of me as well as the guy behind me but when I checked out, NOT A WORD. Now I am fine with a simple "hello" but this child didn't even bother giving me the time of day. Even when I said "thank you have a good day" he simply handed me my receipt and said nothing.I don't know how desperate you are to hire cashiers but he shouldn't be checking people out if that's how he's going to treat CUSTOMERS.

The guy checking us out was extremely rude. I was doing an instacart and was absolutely no help at all. I explained I was doing an instacart, he rolled his eyes at me and began ringing up the items. Did not tell me you all went bagless and left my items on the belt to get mixed up with my other order. So now my customer will not have a bag to carry their items. Completely unacceptable for instacart orders. The other sprouts I’ve been to have handled this much better. People who work at this store just kind of stand around and look stupid while you’re trying to shop. Awful store.

This is the place we go when we want to pick up a couple of items quickly, and/or get some better produce. Their prices are a bit higher than Walmart, and they don't have the selection of the bigger stores. You can always get help from the staff, and their meat counter has some tasty prepared meals if you're looking for an easy meal night. They also have a lot of bulk foods.

It's alright. Good selection but every time I come here I find expired food, especially in the cheese section -- sometimes it's been expired for several months. A lot of items have the wrong price tags too. I shop here anyway because it's my nearest grocery store, but I have to check the expiry dates and price tags for every item.

Produce here is great but the selection is quite limited. The store associate at checkout on Saturday threw the spice bag I gathered and huffed and puffed with great attitude when I neglected to collect the code for checkout. Such an archaic system....why can't they just get with the 21st century and have the codes available at the checkout instead of relying on customers who don't know the process? If there was a sign that dictated I needed to collect the code, I would have gathered that beforehand to avoid any "trauma" for said associate. This isn't the first time this associate gave me attitude while shopping there. I forgot her name but I am avoiding this place in the future and will just shop at the Safeway down the street or drive to trader joes.

Sprouts has been my go to place for fruits and vegetables for last 3 years. The quality is really fresh for most of the stuff. Especially fruits are really good. They do have in house food products.Pricing is great for the quality you get. Staff is also very helpful in locating the stuff. No complaints whatsoever. The store size is just right compared to the other way too big stores.

I went to the seafood and meat counter to get some fish and the young man(tall, curly hair, glasses) working the counter was so nice and accommodating. I go to different sprouts all the time but this man really went above and beyond any previous experiences I’ve had at sprouts.

It is sprouts what do you expect. Never been much of a health food person because it’s expensive but the bulk nuts/candy/dried fruit section is pretty nice

Great location for options for plant based food. The bakery was dangerous as you wanted to try everything. Found the free-range turkey breast for the meat eaters in my family. Lots of options, just don't go when you're hungry 😁

Don't shop at this Sprouts. They will tow your car if you're here more than an hour. This was my first (and only) experience at this Sprouts location. The second I parked and got out of my car, an attendant immediately asked me if I was parking there for a concert. Confused, I said "no, I'm going to Sprouts." The attendant then said, "okay, but you only have an hour to shop or we'll tow your car."The parking lot wasn't even FULL (pictures attached)! A Sprouts with a strict hour-long parking limit? What is this, metered parking? Are you chalking my tires? In a half-empty parking lot on a Sunday afternoon? If this were a busy, packed parking lot, okay, I might understand the fact that you need to keep your customers from hanging out. But not even the busiest Sprouts in the whole state of Colorado on Colfax Avenue does this (and I know because that Sprouts is my usual shopping location and the parking is atrocious).I went into this Sprouts and was so flabbergasted at my experience I couldn't concentrate on my shopping. Within minutes, I turned around and walked out in disgust. What kind of grocery store has a parking lot attendant who's job is to assume you're not a customer and that even if you are a customer you can only shop within the allotted time? Don't shop here. They're not friendly to their customers.

I absolutely love Sprouts! I don't eat or drink dairy so I go here for a lot of my alternatives. I purchased my So Delicious cookie dough ice cream on sale here and also got my vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, kosher larabars for a good price! I also love their produce! Very clean store! Always very friendly and helpful staff!

Dan was unloading freezer aisle things and was so lovely as to let us inquire about thanksgiving items. He helped my mama and me score an early-season tofurkey + the mushroom gravy that has become such a tradition in our house. We love Sprouts in general for its affordable healthy options, but DAN DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!Thank you 😊

Great store for fruit, vegetables, and healthy food choices. Prices are better than most grocery stores. Yummy deli food options as well.

Needs better management. I keep coming in on my lunch, hoping the deli has figured things out, but I’m disappointed every time. Bought a deli sandwich easily 2-3x per week last year. I’ve maybe had two this year since they switched the menu/ordering format. The first one was made wrong and the second was a tuna sandwich because the made-to-order deli was not making sandwiches. Back now a few week s later and there are still no sandwiches being made. Honestly, it’s turned me on to Jersey Mikes next door. Fix it and I’ll be back.

This has been my go to store before covid. But now I’m scared to visit due to 2X price of everything. Basic bread is 2X of king soopers. That’s insane price and I can’t give so much premium for nothing.

Consistently only one cashier. Please get self check out or put more cashiers up front. It shouldn’t take 15 mins to checkout for 3 minutes of shopping. The store is nice and employees are friendly but it feels like I’m waiting in line for an amusement park wait times for groceries.

Sprouts is always a good place to shop for clean, healthy food. Look for yellow stickers and manager specials for best deal.

It's one of my favorite grocery stores. Consistently good fruit and vegetables. Nice gluten-free selection, and they also carry goat milk. 🐐Great selection of goat cheese as well, for those of us with food sensitivities.I've even found beef marrow bones for making broth. The only downside is that they often don't have enough checkers during busy times. The manager is great and is very hands-on.

This is one of the "go-to's" in our neighborhood. They're expensive, but not absurdly. Strong in produce. Good selection in meat, although their butcher and deli counters aren't as robust as some competitors. The bulk and candy sections are very good. They have large sections devoted to "natural and alternative" supplements and remedies that we don't use, but apparently lots of others do. Quality of goods is generally excellent, including the bakery, where lots of choices are superior to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Frozen foods are spotty, but some are good. As with all "organic" products, you can expect short shelf life for fresh items, and sometimes laughably terrible ones trying to substitute for common products available in "mainstream" markets. A nice coffee selection. Decent dairy. Weak juice, stronger sauces and condiments. Thin selection of ethnic food with some good ones. Has a strong place among lots of competitors in our area.

This sounds like the one on Arapahoe Rd & I-25. I felt dismissed when I happened to ask the head Head Cashier where a product was that I purchased 10da earlier. He told me he had not seen anyone purchase it, and he definitely would because he was the Head Head Cashier of the Store. I went through the entire Store. About 12' from the end, I found the barrel overflowing with these nut packages!! Success!! I purchased 15 or 16. Up at the check out, I let him know where I found them. I would have thought he would have been happy for me.

****** UPDATING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THIS LOCATION DEFINITELY LISTENED TO THE CONCERNS ABOUT THE LINES, AND ABSOLUTELY MADE SOME IMPROVEMENTS (4 stars instead of five because they still have a little bit of a ways to go to proactively not have those long lines in the first place). ******Lines at the Greenwood Village store on Arapahoe boulevard are ridiculously long due to a lack of cashiers and no self-checkout. It's a constant problem with this particular store. Management does not seem to care.
