We love Kriser's! All of their products have great ingredients I feel comfortable feeding my dog. She's particularly picky too, which is specifically why we love Kriser's. They offer returns on open bag dog food, as long as it's still mostly full. Which is great, since my pup turns up her knows at almost everything! But the best part is that the returned bags go to shelter dogs, just like the one I brought home 💜

To say that I am upset is an understatement! I am not sure what is happening with this location lately but I can’t understand the lack of communication and just overall experiance has gone downhill! I have been bringing my dog to this location for a couple of years, loved everyone and had a great experience. However, today I was just blown away with the customer service and overall things that were said. My dog gets groomed by Adriane, and has for a couple of years now- we loved and appreciated her very much! She was so patient with our anxious dog and she knew exactly how to handle him. I just picked up my dog and was charged extra $18 for special handling , I questioned it and was told my dog was “biting” the groomer so he needed extra care and handling. I was kind of shocked because all these years I have never been told about him being “aggressive”. I was shocked so I was like this is new and of course needs to be addressed I was asking so many questions, then he proceeds to tell me that my dog was groomed by someone completely different! The manager or whomever I spoke to then continued to say maybe the groomer just never addressed it! Yes, she has addressed his behavior every visit that he has had with her, never ever has she mentioned “biting”. Her feedback was always like, he was very anxious today, he pooped or peed, he was very wiggly etc! Adriane would always come say hi before or after each visit she is amazing. I was speechless, I would’ve never ok’d him to be groomed by someone I have never met, she didn’t come out to greet us or anything! The lack of communication and up charging is so upsetting! This is my baby and I do take this very serious! I am so disappointed! No wonder my dog was anxious he had someone completely new that has never worked on him.

Rico was AMAZING. We lost our souldog of 12 years back in January and it's been an incredibly rough year. We adopted an 11 week old puppy last weekend and came in again to Kraisers after 11 months of being away and felt so overwhelmed trying to figure out what food, supplements, toys to buy. Rico spent lots of time with me, explaining the good, better, best brands and educating me on so many tips and tricks. I absolutely love Krisers and the people you have there and will not shop anywhere else!!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with everything for your dog. Unfortunately I have a moose puppy. At 5 months and 50 pounds it was hard finding anyone to groom him. The groomer at Kriser had no problem working with him. She obviously loves and understands dogs. She made sure that his first grooming was a positive experience. She worked with him for THREE hours. The dog was beautiful and happy when we left. They charged me the same amount that I pay for my 8 pound, 8 year old, Yorkie mix at another groomer.

We love Kriser's. We get all of our dog's food and snacks there, and have her nails trimmed, too. Every experience has been positive and friendly! The rewards program is really generous! Highly recommend!

My dog chooses our walks and he takes us to the strip mall to clean the sidewalk of bagels, sushi, and subway sandwiches then finishes it off with a stop at Kriser's for the free treats and scratches. If they weren't friendly he wouldn't keep going back.

I just adopted an adult cat. Turns out she's a very picky eater. I came in and Lacie gave me a ton of samples. And the second one I tried my cat ate. I'm so grateful 💜 Really great pet store. I'll definitely return whenever I need more food.

My first note is that there pricing is outrageous and always goes up. I took my dog to be groomed here for the past 1-2 years and they were great at the beginning. In the past 6 months each time I took my dog for grooming the price would continue to increase. It started at $50 for a Morkie then went up to $65+. I’d also comment that the staff is not very nice or respectful (especially for a customer service based business). I encourage people to look elsewhere and going forward I will too… which stinks because I prefer to support small businesses. My recommendation for management/owner is to put a smiling face in front and be kind to your patrons and your customer retention and referral business will increase.

Love this place. I’ve worked in retail for YEARS, and love how patient and polite the staff are even when they have to deal with rude customers. We use their grooming facility for our Yorkshire Terrier and are always happily satisfied with Adriana’s “masterpiece “. Melissa in Training is VERY helpful and happy to see us. Meagan, the customer service individual, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond in answering questions on food, toys, or pet clothing.

This place is AMAZING I cant say this enough! I have been to this store twice and clearly need to go in way more often. I brought my dog in the second time, he is a rescue and super skiddish and nervous around new people and surroundings he's not used to. I walk in and am greeted by all the amazing employees with a friendly smile and ready to assist. They helped us find what we needed, even got down low for my dog and gave him treats and made him feel more comfortable. My dog also has severe allergies and we have gone through so many food options with no success. They gave us a handful of samples to try for food and even treats. These ladies were so kind and inviting. They have an amazing selection and I cant wait to come back this week to spoil my dog for his birthday :)

This store is always clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing and very thoughtful. The grooming gals are very trustworthy, I would even let them cut my hair. Highly recommended pet store for the area!

My dog and I have been customer's of Kriser's but no longer after such poor service. My poor dog has been rescheduled now for the third time for the same grooming/haircut.I checked the store website which lists the store hours as opening on Saturday at 10am. Additionally, I called early this morning to listen to the store hours audio recording (there isn't one by the way) and called again at 9am, 10am (opening according to google and the store website), and one more time after opening. The phone was not answered at opening or after opening. I also attempted to login to my Kriser's account, which for some reason no longer works at all (even after resetting my password), to confirm my dog's grooming appointment time. I brought my dog in to get groomed and was told his appointment was at 9am.Now, they would like to reschedule yet again another 2 weeks out. At this point, my poor dog needs a good shave as he is very hot with all of the hair he was previously supposed to have clipped off. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and the phone number I was given is no longer in service.

I thought I had put a review for this great pet store a long time ago. I do like the knowledge of the staff and the quality and variety of their natural pet products both for cats and dogs. They also have toys and clothing and leashes and treats as well as an in-house groomer though I have not used her myself because I grew my own dogs.
