Don't get your groceries delivered by Kroger. This is the 2nd time I've had big issues. This time I received an email 45 min after the set delivery time saying groceries were delivered and they never arrived. I walked around the buildings near me and found no groceries. They're very unreliable. No one messages or calls if they're struggling to locate my place. My apartment building is clearly labelled. I won't be doing delivery ever again.

I only shopped at this store because a family member is in a sober living house near there and I bought groceries for them. The store was filthy and crowded and loud. I could hardly stand being there. The so called security guard was on his phone or talking to any female who would give him the time of day. He looked like he just rolled out of bed and slept in his uniform. He was very pathetic, disheveled looking and unprofessional. This store had baggers but no bags and none to buy. I felt like I was in a third world country. It was so awful. That store needs to be closed down and the building condemned. I will never shop there again. I will buy groceries where I live and have them delivered next time.

Great store, ruined by the racing specialists at the till who are insistent on scanning items through as fast as they can so produce is bruised at raw end of the conveyor belt, but when ask to stop the belt they just throw the items to the packing area with no care at all.Better to go elsewhere if you want to your goods undamaged. In all fairness, there are 1 or 2 staff members who are superb at the till and really helpful and understanding. If employees have no customer facing skills, don't put them in customer facing positions.

Good grocery store but unstable service in money transfer. I went 30 min before they close to transfer money in western union and they closed early. I thought we lived in the u.s. where hours are respected?

The selection is minimal at best, you get a lot of Instacart losers speeding through the place, and the high school kids somehow take over between 11am-2pm.

Very thankful for the pharmacy team here and our cashier Suki! I'm pregnant and was exhausted from work today, the last thing I want to do for the day is go grocery shopping and pick up prescriptions but they all made it a very pleasant experience and I'm beyond grateful! Even the guy who was getting the shopping carts outside was really nice. Thank you Suki and the King Soopers team!

The store can be a bit crowded and lots of employees we're restocking and moving products. I found a lot of sales and by using the digital coupons, I got extra savings. I had a full cart and found a registered employee ready to scan my purchase (I go old school when there is a lot to scan). She was super quick, friendly and efficient! I couldn't use their app because my phone's internet sucks! They found the items and gave me the added digital coupon discounts. I also overloaded my cart and had to put a few things back, they took them back right away, no problem. All in all a good shopping trip made easy by the helpful employees and good sales! 👍🏼

Friendly staff, but the store would be much better if they mopped the floor thoroughly and removed the clutter near front end and end caps. Pharmacy woefully understaffed and carpet needs replaced, need a more clear area to queue while waiting. The security bar at front door is a nuisance, I always run it over, but understandable given proximity to a high school. Store has huge potential if they justclean up and tick it up a notch or two!

Just a horrible experience in the self check out line. I tried using a digital copy of my drivers license and because I didnt have the barcode available the cashier "April" violently yanked the bottle out of my hand before I could pull my physical ID out of my wallet. The worst part was, I am not sure if it was intentional, but she spit almost directly in my face as she aggressively spoke to me. If she has an attitude problem, the manager should address her spitting habit and if its medical put a mask on the woman, she obviously doesnt care about the safety or customer experience. Its a shame.

I found the staff at this location super nice (thank you to the lady who walked with me across the store to show me where protein bars are). They also have a much better vegan selection compared to the Nine Mile location. Worth the extra drive for me.

Their produce section is always never stocked or if it barely is has super bad produce and the meat section is the same every time I have gone. Old chicken that is disgusting. If you have the ability, go somewhere else! I literally drive across town to avoid this king soopers and its terrible selection.

I went to King Soopers Wednesday night at 10:00. All lanes closed except self check out. I asked the guy standing there watching people check themselves out if he could ring me out because I just got off work and I don't work at King Soopers and he obliged and checked me out. I love this pharmacy BUT the woman Julee has always been awful to me. She is condensing and rude. She yelled at me once for getting cash back when I am prompted to select if I want it it not. She is a spiteful person and maybe customer service, especially at a pharmacy, she should find another place.

Store was a mess this Sunday morning. Produce did not look fresh. Boxes of inventory clogged all the aisles at the worst possible time for stocking. The lines for checkout stretched to the end of the store because there was only one cashier working until they finally got some backup to clear it up.

I won’t shop anywhere that doesn’t allow protection on me or my family from a potential threat…..like a man with a knife.I used to live in the area and would shop King Soopers all of the time, the employees were always friendly. But it appears that corporate wants the business to fail.

The people here are wonderful, and the store is always well stocked and organized. Mike at the meats and cheeses section was incredibly helpful last time I went. He helped me choose some salami. Overall, I really appreciate the people who make up this store.

Is it just me or do digital coupons never work? Price comes up normal. I even asked their own employees and they have no idea how any of it works. Maybe they only change the price at the end.

The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The store itself has a great floral and produce section. It can get crowded depending on the time and day. Most of the store is easy to navigate but sometimes its hard to find items.

7/9/2022, around 8:15pm, went inside to inquire about what planters were $8 as stating on an outside sign, at the self check out, I asked an older women, very short hair, if she knew which planters were the ones on sale, passive aggressive attitude for no reason whatsoever. A simple question about the planters. She told me if I wanted them to check the price, to bring them in. Those were pretty big planters. I left my cart with what I already had and left the store. No need for the lack of customer service.We will no return. There are many more stores that will probably have the same attitude, but I am willing to drive further to some other store.

I've gotten spoiled meat from the meat counter multiple times in the 4 months I've lived in the state. Most of the time I visit their bread aisle is decimated and won't have anything other than the cheapest, worst bread that nobody buys.What's worse is this seems to be that standard for the chain around these parts.

My husband and I stopped into this location three weeks ago. We had been going to another one down the street from our house, and didn't realize this one was here (just about 5 min. further away). We were very happy with the size, location, selection and service. I worked in Grocery for over a decade, and you can tell this store is well run, and that the employee's care. We moved into the area over three years ago, and upon stopping in one time to pick up some snacks, we made a decision this is our new store. First grocery store since we moved to Colorado that i have entered and had it feel like, a friendly neighborhood store!**Excellent Deli, with specialty cheese center, olive bar, etc. Lots of Sushi Selection (a plus for my eldest), big produce department, Starbucks, and pharmacy
