Hobnob has been fantastic for us. Our puppy is excited to go every time. She wriggles with anticipation and glee when she recognizes staff members walking in at the same time as us. Everyone there is incredibly sweet to her and she comes home tired but content. Drop off is quick and smooth, same for drop off. They remove collars and have 1 to 2 people watching the groups of dogs. They group by size and temperament so our gal has made some good friends. If you provide your food they will feed them. Samples can be offered if you forget.They also have sprayers/misters outside which is great for hot days. They also offer web cams, a swimming pool, nail trimming, and dog wash services. There is also a dog wash station for owners. Plus a very upscale shop with bedding, organic and primal foods and snacks plus feeders, toys, collars, etc.,We also boarded our pup for 5 nights and she did great. We left our crate and bedding for night time and they left it for her with the door open.VERY happy with Hobnob and while they are a little more expensive than some of the others in the southern metro area they have been worth every penny.

Every staff member is incredibly caring and attentive to my dog and his needs. They take the time to truly know and bond with your pet, which was especially reassuring as a first time dog owner leaving my dog for the first time.

Been coming to this location since 2018 and while we have had some ups and downs, I can say that the team in place now truly cares. I’m extremely picky when it comes to any products and services my pets will interact with and having them out of sight gives me a bit of unease. However Hobnob has done a great job of keeping my pups happy, healthy and safe while I’m away from them.Their location is convenient, they have three good sized outdoor yards and three indoor play areas plus a pool. You can even get your pup bathed before they come home from daycare which is a huge perk for me.They helped my husband and I when we needed two of our pups worn out in the morning before our wedding plus they did an early bath so they were all ready to go by the time they were picked up. One of the pups were in our wedding so smelling good, and being tired was a must for us! Hobnob delivered and helped us with our dogs on one of the best days of our lives.Huge thank you to the team 💕

Love this place and so does my pup! After an exhausting search for a place my dog could go when I have a long day at work I stumbled upon Hobnob and I was not disappointed. They brought my pup in with open arms and were more than understanding of his anxieties, which they took measures to ease. The first visit is a free day so they can evaluate your pup and determine if they'll be a good fit for their establishment and then after that initial intake it goes to normal pricing, which is not bad and very reasonable. I pay for the swim and add on a treat or two every time I take my pup and I've never spent more than 50 bucks for a day. This place is amazing and the staff are caring and considerate and they make a point to reach out if anything happens with your furry friend. I would say the only down side to the place is the entrance, which is right off Arapahoe just passed Dayton, and if you're not paying attention you'll miss it and have to go around again to reach it but that's not really their fault. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you find yourself in need of a dog sitter because this place will take the best care of you pup.

Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for a daycare! My 1 year old labradoodle goes to daycare every day while I’m at work, he’s incredibly socialized and loves other dogs. Unfortunately due to maintenance, our regular spot was closed and I needed to find alternative plans. Although he is very socialized, my boy does still get a bit stressed in a new environment (to be expected). As a result of the nervousness, he tends to mount other dogs— not in a mean or dominating way! I watched closely on the cameras all morning as the staff would harshly grab him by the neck and throw him in an area alone, which only added to his stress. Instead of redirecting him or putting him with a smaller group of dogs, he spent nearly the entire morning alone before I left work early to go get him. I, nor my dog appreciated how rough they were and the number of dogs in the play groups seemed completely unmanageable. After bringing him home, I noticed timid/skittish behavior that he has never exhibited before. We will not be going back!!

Long time customer and now being forced to go elsewhere. This place has gone downhill fast over the past two years. It's quite unfortunate, because the outside staff seem to really love my dog. With the exception of a few, the customer service at this place is also nonexistent. They are either condescending (Josh), or won't speak back to you (Christin) when spoken to.The unfortunate parts are they paint my dog as if he's a criminal because he watches over the yard, or gets over stimulated when the large amount of dogs (that they choose to take on) crowd around him. I've received phone calls (not until the end of the day) about these issues expecting me to find a plan for him not to be a dog. Otherwise he'll be kept in a kennel all day.This place doesn't care about you or your dog, nor their long time customers!

recently signed up with these guys, having left our little man in doggy daycare and boarding spots all over the state. They take great care of him, the communication is outstanding, and it’s a good value for the money.Highly recommended.

STEER CLEAR!!!!! This place does NOT care about your pet!!!I left my dog here for 2 weeks while I was in Bali and when I came to pick her up she had a dry nose, and lost 5 pounds. The workers were extremely unenergized when I arrived and appeared to not care at all. Extremely unprofessional staff. I wanted them to treat my dog like they would a family member and I could tell this was not the case.AND on top of EVERYTHING my dog got kennel cough!!! She won’t stop coughing. Im assuming they don’t clean well either.At the end of the day, I’m never taking my dog back here, even if they paid me to do it!!!! Don’t pay them to lazily take care of your pet.

The daycare portion of Hobnob is really good. This review is about the groomingGrooming:I have an Australian Shepherd. They have tricky coats (undercoat), but not difficult coats. My dog has never had such a bad cut before. His chest is fluffy and mane like. The cuts were jagged, uneven, and blunt; they weren't blended in at all. The tufts behind his ears, although combed out, were also uneven. The feathers behind all 4 legs, while trimmed, were uneven. All of these trims were visibly uneven. When I gave him a scratch, a lot of loose fur came off (which is okay). But then I decided to take my rake brush through his back, and full amounts of fur came off. It's like they didn't brush him at all, the only trimmed the top. He is an Australian Shepherd with an undercoat, he needs to thoroughly be brushed out throughout the entire grooming process. Basically I was charged $80 for a cut I could have done myself. I will not be using their grooming services again

My dog seems to like Hobnob; he’s happy to stay and seems happy when I pick him up. Most of the time the staff has a story to tell me, which I really appreciate. They seem to always have availability when I schedule daycare, which I also appreciate. My only complaint is on the payment process - drives me crazy that they don’t accept bills over a certain amount, won’t accept Amex, and won’t accept ApplePay. I tend to avoid places that don’t take Amex or ApplePay; but Hobnob has been nice to my dog. …and I don’t buy that whole Amex rips off small businesses BS since I also ran a small business and was charged the same rate for all cards and Amex invented Small Business Saturday.

Greenwood village: This is the most awful experience a dog owner can ever have. After waiting for a month becuase i was late by 15mins for the first time, the groomer literally shaved half off my dog and left half for next Thursday because she was not feeling well (groomer). Would you treat your kids the same!! They dont have a backup.. I wish I could give them negative points..bad!

Wow! Jessica, the general manager at the Greenwood Village location is rude, combative and doesn’t know how customer service works. We are a long time customer that was just treated with disrespect and disregard. They charged us, added a “holiday fee” even after we asked if spring break rates were in effect and they said no. Then Jessica calls and says they undercharged us and needed our credit card again. When my husband asked why, she said they gave us the wrong rate and needed to charge us the higher rate because they raised their rates without telling us. My husband asked to speak to the owner. She would t give us the owners name and said WE were being rude. Unbelievable!

Beware of this establishment if the groomer Christin gets mad at you. She takes it out on your animal. She said I was rude to the front desk personal and she gave me back my dog wet after my Deceber appointment. She then told me she didn't want me as a customer. To take out her anger on my pet was totally unacceptable.

THE BEST GROOMING! HobKnob is amazing. 1—you can actually get in for a grooming (some places have no staff so its 2-3 months out. 2—they groom your pup and then they call you right away to pick him up, I've been to so many places where they do a assembly line and your dog is in a cage all day! 3—the price is fantastic. Now I'm going to try their other services!

I have taken my dog to Hobnob for over a year now. I usually do 3 days of daycare a week and I have boarded her there about 10 nights as well. When I tell her that she is going to 'school' in the morning, she is ecstatic and can't wait to get there! I have had good experiences with the staff and the facility is very clean. She is happy and relaxed when I pick her up. I buy a package of passes and that decreases the price per day a little.

I've been taking my dog to Hob Nob for about two years, intermittently. You do have to call at least the day before to make the appointment; they don't do drop-ins. BUT, I like that the facility is super clean, staff is friendly, they have a pool, and areas partitioned by dog size. There are numerous video cameras to watch the dogs, but I haven't always seen mine on camera for hours at a time-not sure what to think there. They are pretty expensive, but since I only take my dog a few days a month, its not that bad. Overall, I'd still recommend Hob Nob!

My dog loves it here. The staff knows my dog by name and he's always wagging when we pull up. They book up fast for holiday boarding so I recommend calling early (I call in July as soon as I book my plane tickets). I highly recommend Hobnob if you're looking for a daycare or boarding for your furry friend.

I've been taking my dog, Sushi, there for about 9 months now. She is ecstatic when I tell her she's going to doggie day care in the morning. I try to take her once a week for socialization and interaction with other dogs. She's so happy when I drop her off, and equally happy when I pick her up.I've boarded her several time when traveling for work, I'm very comfortable that she's being treated like I would. The staff knows her personality and her quirks very well!

I dropped my dog off in the morning for doggy daycare. At home I watched him on the video feed. He was clearly having a great time playing with the other dogs. When we picked him up the evening, the staff commented on how much they liked him. We liked the experience so much that we bought a pack of twenty states.

I love this place!! The staff is phenomenal, the facilities are clean and nice. I love that I can watch the doggy cam if I miss my pup, but I always know she is having a great time. Ruby loves it, I have zero complaints.

Best doggy day care! My dog can't get enough of the swimming pool! The staff is great, always helpful, and friendly. A few people have complained about their dog getting sick, but my dog has never had any problems and we have been going here for 2 years now.

Had a bad experience here after my dog was attacked and we were not notified. We only found out after we brought her home and she was bleeding. I was not happy with how the manager handled the situation and found him to be quite rude and disconnected. This used to be a great place and we trusted them with our dog. They had the opportunity to make it right but totally dropped the ball.

Very friendly staff. My puppy loved it. He first did a trial daycare day and did great, while Molly gave a helpful report card. He then spent the night the following week and I was able to check in via the webcam. Indygo evaluated him that time and again, a helpful report card. Would absolutely recommend. My wife and I love taking our dog, Luna, to Hobnob because of the care they take and love then give our dog. We are on a first name basis with the front desk, Megan (there are two Megan's) and Josh. I appreciate their friendliness and the care they take, for instance the gracious staff at Hobnob have donated jackets and coats for the dogs so that if an owner forgets to bring their dog's coat/jacket on a cold day, the pooch doesn't go cold. I met Kari, the owner, the other day and had a really nice conversation with her. Keep up the great work : )
