The team here is phenomenal! I've had dogs and cats my whole life, and over the past 20 years it's been great to see so many advances in pet nutrition, but can be hard to keep up with it all. I came in with questions about our picky eater, and got wonderful advice from the knowledgeable team, and couldn't be happier! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help out. Our pups love the food, treats, and I'm happy knowing the products are of the highest quality. Thank you for all you do!!

The front desk staff is always really friendly. The dog bath facilities are always clean. There are many good options for shampoo and conditioner. My kids always love coming as here for suckers too!

1. Check in was a long wait. Then the cashier took forever to enter my info in the computer.2. No tubs were clean so I had to wait for the cashier to 'clean' one. She just hosed the stall out. No sanitizing. (Yuck, and also a health risk) Didn't clean the drain. Didn't wipe the top of the tub - hair clumps were in the drain and on the ledge before we even entered the tub.3. The whole room was FILTHY. Floor, walls, tubs, the blow dryers are covered in hair and dirt. When I left, I needed to shower off because I just felt gross.4. Water temperature handle is broken - just silicone glued together. Come on. You are an upscale pet store in an affluent neighborhood, you can do better. Also, water doesn't get warm. It stays just a bit below pool temp, which is a bummer bc my senior dog likes warm/hot water.5. Hand faucet is broken. the slider from on to off was a PITA to adjust. Every. Single. Time.6. Air dryer doesn't blow hot/warm air?7. The table where the brushes are stored could benefit from clear signage. There was a large bucket with water in it and brushes/combs. Are they clean? Is the water sanitizer? If they're clean why do the brushes have hair on them? If they're dirty, where's the dirty sign?8. No instructions from cashier on what to do when finished. I think her name was Tori. I would not want her as my employee.9. Another couple came in. I watched her rinse out the tub, set down 2 towels, and leave. Again, no sanitizer. No instructions. She also didn't check up on me.10. Tori also rang up my order up incorrectly. I'm going to have to call in for a refund tomorrow.11. Check out took for EVER. All 3 cashiers were struggle bus. One struggled with an online order, one couldn't figure out tax exemption on an order, and of course, I had to check out with Tori. Incorrectly rung up and it took forever.12. Bathrooms are NASTY. Black drips on the floors in both. No tp. Walls need to be scrubbed. Sink was gross.If I owned this place I would be embarrassed. Also, the lack of sanitization between animals is a health risk.

Customer service was excellent. Staff was so helpful in getting me what I was looking for: a dog harness. He made a phone call to another store immediately and found what I needed. When I returned the next day he called me by my name and very quickly did the transaction so I could be on my way. Such a delightful young and knowledgeable young man.

Great experience here! I brought in three dogs (English Bulldog, Saint Bernard, and the sheepdog is our customer) to peruse the store and came out with some goodies! The rolls lasted a good bit of time, and the ostrich bone has lasted a few days so far. They loved their treats! The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find something to satisfy each dog.

I've shopped at this location over a year. I am happy with the customer service I receive. However, more recently, a young man named Liam has helped me at checkout. He is always pleasant, polite, efficient, and helpful. At a time when so many retailers prefer to never interact with customers ( self check outs!) Liam reminds me of what excellent customer service is. Good job, Liam, and thank you!

Every time we have visited Chuck and Don's, the employees have been very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.This last visit was a special day where dogs could step into a wading pool with plastic balls and then get a free treat. They have very high quality treats and a great variety of dog food for dogs that need special diets. They also have one brand name of toys that is extremely durable, and the only toys that my two-year-old 85-pound golden doodle Can't chew into bits. I have as much fun shopping there as my dog does.

In my opinion, this business has so much more to offer than any large brick-and-mortar pet chain. Kerri is a legitimate nutritionist with many insights to share. In twenty minutes Kerri was able to create a solution for several dietary issues my doggo has experienced since the first day I brought him home - all of these issues weren't addressed by my vet, even after multiple visits (spoiler alert: the cure wasn't more 'Hills Science Diet').I wanted to mention Erik and Debbie as well. Both have extensive product knowledge and are always great to talk with.This location is definitely worth checking out. After a few visits, I would bet your doggo gets fired up at the edge of the parking lot just like mine.

Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable staff. My little guy suddenly started having digestive issues and after a few expensive months and not finding anything wrong, I finally determined it was likely food allergies. Ethan was able to walk me through the store and show me all the Limited Ingredient dog food brands. Within 2 days, everything cleared up and he's a happy, normal, healthy doggo once again. Thank you Ethan for recommending the Acana Lamb and Apple Single Source!

I went in the other day for puppy stuff and was super overwhelmed bringing my 6 week old and my 3 year old kid in with me on top of a crazy puppy. Thank god for the person that helped me, she was helping me shop and grab things while I wrangled kids and a puppy. There was a lot of products here I haven't seen elsewhere so she was also kind enough to share some new information with me that has helped a lot already! I think her name was Kaitlin? She was definatly awesome! One of the people you can trust for honest help when you go in!

I frequent this store monthly and will continue to for their amazing whole food selections. We buy Sojos and Fromm brands regularly and are always happy with our purchases, we spend about $150/mo here.Unfortunately, I went in there to purchase a life jacket marked at $18.99. There was also a ticket for $25.99 under it. It was also supposed to be 15% off.At the counter, they tried to charge me $39.99. After questioning, the employee stated they markdown last years items when they are out of season but they mark them back up in the new season if they don’t sell. She said she should have taken off last years clearance tags.Not only did they exceed last years prices without marking it, it was a significant up charge for last seasons items. It was just a genuine turnoff and makes me question more of their products and practices.I think if you clearance an item out, you should get new products for next season.. not charge double the next year while ticketing your clientele for last seasons clearance.

Love most things about this place! Friendly staff and great products. I Have the annual pass for dogwash which I love. The only complaint I would have. Is that the products in the bathing area have deteriorated. The towels are kind of coarse and dingy and the shampoo products are very watered down and there's not much variety. That all used to better.

I work in an office where people bring their dogs and we can give them treats. I get the best for them and would treat them as if they were mine.Chuck and Don's is a great place with a warm and friendly staff. They understood what I needed and actually listen and care about me as a new customer. There is a sense of value. The staff has great knowledge and also helped me choose the best dog treats. I feel confident in what they had to share.I went tonight to get more treats and purchased Bocce's Reindeer Fuel. I got a great deal which the store is offering 30% off Apple Recipe by Grandma Lucy. I was tickled from the cute packaging thinking of the dawggies I will see tomorrow.One thing that also stood out is the conversation's I have with the staff. They are joyful, delightful and have great collaboration with customers and deserving of a praise.I also signed up for their rewards program and you should too so please support this local shop. I highly recommend Chuck and Don's and have rated them 5 stars because of the availability of products, happy staff and store cleanliness.Cheers!

I absolutely love this store. We adopted a rescue puppy in April and I went to this store to find out how to feed him. We haven’t had a puppy in a very long time and I wanted to find out about a healthy diet for him. I visited with Kerri for quite a while, she is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. With her background in nutrition and eating right I totally trusted her recommendations. The rest of the staff is also quite knowledgeable. I used to go to the big box pet stores for food but I don’t do that any more. I even started buying my cat food there. I highly recommend Chuck and Don’s for all of your pet needs.

This is a great pet store, especially if you have a picky eater. My cat Marvin is the pickiest eater alive and I had been looking for a good quality wet food that he would eat and Chuck and Don's had such a great variety of options to try until I found the winner! And the staff are always very friendly and happy to help! Debbie in particular was very kind and helpful during my latest visit! It doesn't apply to me but its also great to know that they have a dog wash on site as well!

This store is great! Kerri an employee there was so helpful in educating us on the importance of good dog food for our new puppy. She turned us onto the pet food documentary "Pet Fooled", a must for all dog and cat lovers. She went above and beyond getting the best food for us and contacting other locations. I would highly recommend talking with her and using this store! They also have a great selection of toys!

I can't say enough great things about the two women who were working today who helped me with my Saint Bernard rescue. He is very fearful and large and would not get into the tub to be washed. They both were in the back with me with treats and doing everything they could to help. They were so sweet and I can't thank them enough!
