Over it! You order groceries for pickup to save time. The last 3 times I’ve waited over 30 minutes. Could have gone in and bought everything in that time. Either hire enough staff to deliver to car within 10 minutes TOPS or quit scheduling more pickups than you can handle. Prices are as reasonable as anywhere and people who bring out groceries are nice and polite - that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. This is a management problem. 0 stars to management. You have unfortunately lost a valuable customer.

Cliff the “store manager” (the top one there is apparently) couldn’t keep his own team mates under control and couldn’t even keep his word. Being rude, charging us for merchandise we didn’t ever receive, hanging up on us… some of his team is a mess and needs to be educated on respect. That type of behavior isn’t gonna get you far at Walmart…. Not up the ladder for sure. I guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere when I can.

Complete trash. The cashier literally body guarded being able to get into the self checkout saying "you can't come in here!" They apparently implemented a new thing where self checkout is 15 items or less. She body guarded it! Seriously. "I can count your items!" Then she starts counting my items. Rude, condescending and minimum wage. Absolute trash. I'm glad so many people steal from that company.

I have worked retail for over 5 years and you should never put a damaged product on the shelves. And the fact that they put a damage packaging back on the shelf they wouldn't even give you a discount, any short of discount. I had to argue with Daelynn, the register manager, was so rude and trying to tell me the the product was not damage and that she can't do anything for me.. the package was already broken so I opened it more so she can see the dent in the product. She finally gave us a discount. It's just the fact she was so rude. I highly suggest not working in retail if you can't be nice or sincere.

DO NOT USE THEW TIRE SHOP! First thing they double booked our appointment, and they tried rescheduling then they wouldn't put the tires I wanted on the truck. Hands down worst tire shop ever. Starting from management to the "techs" kids who barely know how to use any tools. if I had an option for a 1/4 star id put that even a 1 star review is to generous.

Monday I was in the checkout. Cashier was quiet. Another cashier came up to bag my groceries I guess I wasn't going fast enough for her. I asked why we weren't allowed to use self check out any longer. Assuming I watch television she replied that it was all over the news. I told her I don't watch TV, her next reply was its all over social media.Why couldn't I just get an answer from her? Why do I have to go to the media to get a simple answer?? Why are you allowing your employees to be rude? Aren't your customers important any more? I have shopped at this location for over 20 years. Not any longer. I refuse to be treated like a robot. Get her through the line and take her money.

Don't go to the Walmart vision center to get eyeglasses because you may get the worst service like I did was on hold for over 20+minutes for a 1 minute question. I ask for the manager and the woman said no she will have to call you back later. Will 2 + hr later no one called me and I showed up and the manager said the woman lost my phone number and name I gave the woman it 3 times and never got my question Answered in till I walk in. Someone need to talk to the staff and get this fix.

Cancelled my order 2 days in a row AFTER I showed up to pick-up order. Wasted over an hour talking to customer representatives( who have literally no control over anything and apparently don’t have any sort of supervision or authority whatsoever) so they can give me a garbage discount code. Drove out in a snow storm. Wasted time, gas, energy and effort. I’ve ordered before, but they have given me slimy produce and moldy boxes of macaroni and cheese. If you’re going to spend your money, you might as well waste your time fighting through the crowds of people and 2 checkout lanes so you’ll actually get the items you ordered.

Worst Curbside pickup every time. I’ve used it four times at this location and it’s 20-40 minute wait every time. This was over the course of several months because I don’t usually shop this store. Seems like they don’t care about fixing the problem. Faster to shop inside.

I like this one better than the other Walmart in Greeley. I do not like that the self checkouts are open during specific times. I do like that they are for 20 items or less. The parking lot sucks, and the back entrance is dangerous.

I prefer self checkout because I can bag my items the weight comfortable for me to carry. These past weeks self checkout has not been available. So. I put each bag for the items on the checkout, the cashier checked my items, and stood and watched me bag my items. So, I let her and the other customers in line wait, no guilt. Previously, I was frustrated that items that are Great Value brand would be missing for up to 6 weeks before restocking. I dread going to Walmart now and I am going elsewhere. At Sam's Ciub all customers know that their items will be verified purchased before they leave the store. Perhaps, Walmart might have the staff person at the doors actually check purchases.

Do not order pickup. They will substitute the items you ordered even though they are in stock when you go in. I ordered it online because there was an online discount, I ordered everything at 2:55 pm the app said my pick up time was between 8-9 pm and it kept getting delayed until the next day. It is not worth it to save the money. Just go in store and get it. Or go to another store all together.

Last night I went to Walmart to buy myself a laptop I was so happy because I saved $700 to buy it and I went home really happy to open my new laptop and when I opened it I was really surprised to see that it wasn’t even the right laptop and it was used and I went back and tried to return it and the employees were acting very bad and disrespectful and they told me they couldn’t do nothing in that moment and told me to come the next day and I went the next day and they had different staff and they haven’t resolved anything. The best advice I can give you people is to be careful in this Walmart in the electronics section

I ordered groceries online and I specifically asked for delivery and they said it was for pickup. When I called them to ask for delivery they said you could go from delivery to pick up but not the other way around which is so stupid and doesn't make any sense. I don't have a car which is why I needed delivery so I had to take a lyft and I had to wait 8 minutes for my groceries. Thank God I got a really sweet lyft driver because he could have kicked me out after five minutes . I'm a stay at home mom and times are hard for me right now and that lyft was to get to my bank to pay rent. Thanks to Walmart I had to pay with a cashiers check which cost even more money. So thanks Walmart for your low prices...... ya right

I go to this street twice a week and spend 500 to 800 dollars. I normally try to go when a cashier name Marilyn is there. She is so aweso.e . Well when I went Monday she was off so got in a line and had Daelynn I think the front end manager. I asked her not to go so fast with the scanning 3 times!! I have health problems and she was going so fast I was running out of breathe!! I kept telling her but her response was so I can get you out of here. No she wanted to go on break. We always have two carts so it takes a bit. This is the second time I have dealt with her and her customer service skills are horrible!! When I am in Marilyn's line she takes her time lets me get everything in the bagsand knows I can't hurry. Daelynn needs some training in customer service!!!

I'm being very honest. Walmart decided they were going to get rid of bags to be able to carry our groceries in and out of our vehicles because they are plastic however every two feet that you walk in that store there is something packaged in plastic. Why is it that the consumer must suffer before the manufacturers I don't think you're saving the planet one bit by getting rid of our bags you're just seeing how much you can take away Freedom Wise from people a little bit at a time. Shame on you Walmart

A good Walmart with plenty of options that are almost always in stock. Tons of parking for online order/pickup that's designated for it and always has room available no matter the time of day.There's also a Burner King attached and my only gripe there is the icee machine is always out of order.An above average Walmart.

I needed a last minute cake for a birthday and the bakery did awesome work! Whoever was the decorator was awesome! I told them I wanted it to say a SpongeBob quote and wanted as close as they could decorated like it and they nailed it. I didn’t even ask for the flowers and I thank who ever made this cake!

THIS IS ONLY FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP. Only had one substitution (unlike kroger), got everything I needed, quick and painless, and the employees I dealt with where AMAZING. Great place for a curbside pickup!

I've always liked Walmart because you can get almost everything there for a decent price. I wish they were still open 24 hrs a day because a lot of people, including myself, prefer shopping at night when the stores aren't so crowded.

I absolutely hate that you have like one checker and a bunch of self check out. It forces you to use the self check out and then they make you feel like you're stealing. When you 100% are just trying to pay for you items and get the heck out of the store. If you are sooo worried about people stealing put more checkers on the floor. I'm tired of being made to feel like I am doing something wrong when I'm just trying to pay for my things and leave. Do better Walmart you should really listen because it's not just this store, it's all stores.

Like this store better than the one across town. Better choices for food
