The two young boys working last night doing pick up orders definitely need to be let go they just threw my groceries in my trunk & smashed my bread then I go in to exchange my bread and the girl working customer service told me it could only be refunded & can’t be exchanged which I wasn’t wanting a refund just exchange the bread like that’s super simple didn’t see an issue with that but definitely watch who you do online orders with this was so uncalled for definitely won’t be making any online orders through this store in the future

Now that self checkout is a thing of the past for a moment, it's nice to see the cashiers back. The lines are long and you still have to bag your own groceries but the customers seem less angry. Checking out doesn't seem as long as people are friendlier. Definitely see a change

It’s crazy how items are limited to people but yet you got dominoes employees in their work uniform buying out all the Coca-Cola liters just to resell it for more at their restaurant.

They don't even check expiration dates on produce products!! Never shopping here again, even the watermelon tasted nasty. Expired on October of 2023 and February of 2024!

It's impossible for the "customer service" to go above and beyond to get a little help in finding a product. It's even harder when they can't hear because they aren't leaving their earbuds put away. If management can't handle enforcing the handbook on little issues like not wearing earbuds there is no way they are going to handle major infractions. Good customer service starts at the top. Maybe lessons in pride are in order. If one person can't follow simple rules everyone else will be breaking the rules knowing nothing is going to happen.

Worst managed Walmart on the planet earth.The employees were more interested in taking there brake the actually helping someone.I asked in total of 6 employees to unlock a case to get a simple tooth brush out spent like 40minuntes going up and down to customer service.If your looks to get fast and cheap groceries this is not the place.

I was here tonight to pick up a few things and because walmart decided to close all the self check outs because of all these thieves. It's not fair to punish all of us loyal honest people customers. You need to find a different way to stop all these fricking thieves. This was the worst time that I have ever had at walmart well not again

So the older lady behind the make up counter started yelling at me cuz I didn’t hear her the first time and she starts yelling at me saying I needed to pay for the stuff I was planning on buying she made a scene instead. I said nothing to her until I left. I’m not from here I’m from Idaho so being treated the way I do from people in stores here from where I come is different. Not ok I will not be returning to that Walmart. Well I won’t be anyways since I’m moving back to my home state. I have nothing but bad experiences here so you lost a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Daily shoppers here. Only major complaint is when they block off all the unused registers and me being disabled and using a motorized cart not always do we buy from yhe store but I frequently visit the pharmacy so it's ridiculous I have to find an open register and try ro squeeze past the line of customers due to not enough registers open.

Wish I could put no stars because it's ridiculous that there are self check outs because of their theft but the lines are an hour long and it ridiculous. If you have such an issue theft then hire more staff and or security like kingsoopers does.

I attempted to return 2 tablet cases and was told it was past 30 days. Apparently the electronic department doesn’t accept after that. I understand for an electronic device or printer, but cases???? I and the rest of the United States knows Cosco will take anything back for any reason no matter how much time has passed. True, it was my fault for not running right back to Walmart to return items that didn’t fit my tablet, but come on, cases? Really?????

Just had the worst experience ever at Walmart! The lady at register 9 was horrible! Her attitude was totally unacceptable, gave me a hassle over my tax exempt card because I own a business! She is the total definition of a Karen!

Went into the store today to cash a money order that was sent by a friend and apparently the money services has been down for a week... no mention of it on the website, when we called customer service to file a complaint they were completely unaware that one of that the store had an issue

All self checkout closed and blocked off, lines at the registers are clogged up and about a 20-45 minute wait any time of day. Don’t come here unless you have an hour to spare

One of the worst run stores ever. Go there at 6 am when they open, and stand in line behind a bunch of Walmart employees buying junk food at the one register that's open. Plus, all of the employees take all the parking spots closest to the entrance. Store manager needs to take action or be let go.

Trashy, stuff everywhere, staff is oblivious to whatever is going on. Out of a lot of stuff on the shelves. Clothes on the ground, boxes everywhere and overall a yuck.I only go here if a major necessity out of convenience which usually isn't at all.

Completely incompetent. Long lines, extremely rude employees, and management does not care. Put in a complaint to corporate office and was told I would hear from the store manager. Crickets. Awful, dirty, rude store.

I was just in there and last couple time I had "Walmart security" follow my threw out the store the same people I don't know if it was racial profiling or what but this Walmart is not the one to go to the other Walmart don't make you feel like that this. This Walmart makes you feel not welcome

I never felt the need to leave a negative review, but it’s happen to me several times. Today topped it for me. I go to the register and wait 4 minutes while there is two girls there talking and hanging out, (which is fine if it’s a slow day I get it) but I than had to stare at the girl with black hair and red highlights to get her attention since I needed help. She looks at me and says in a rude tone, “do you need help” (she thought I might like to hangout at the register for fun) I answer yes. And she answers in a rude tone “what do you need help with” and i than answer to her back pictures and she replies with “oh” the other associate who is a manager in a rude tone asks me “what’s the name and last name” , I was annoyed. I just needed something simple and to them I was asking for a billion dollars.

We go to this Walmart very frequently and definitely we will be looking for a different location, the staff is very rude and inefficient except the one guy in electronics he’s cool very friendly and on top of things, there was very rude woman on one of the two open registers in the whole store that completely ignored a woman very kindly asking why the self checkouts were closed and only two registers were open

Entire store is a joke. Not sure if it's the low income housing across the street, but it has an extremely poor environment and unsafe feeling. It's dirty, shelves are under stocked and disheveled. Staff is very robotic and not caring of their jobs or the people.Updated- this will be the last time shopping at this store. Not even managers value good customer service. Beyond rude and don't care about providing good service. Store is a joke. Never returning to this location. Want the worst customer service possible then shopping here

Sheridan is. A horrible evil bigot of an employee. Does not understand customer service at all much to busy telling folks she’s a manager rather then help with a simple return that she was a part of less then a few days ago. Walmart on 23rd is ridiculous. If you are taking away self serve, yes about time. However, hire more checkers and open more checkout lanes. No wonder I keep hearing people are so mad at Walmart. Uncalled for.

Please do a better job of pulling EXPIRED products. Milk, cottage cheese, eggs, etc...as well as checking for MOLD on breads. Gross!!
