I'd leave a zero if I could. To begin, the entire staff will lie to your face. Multiple times. And only act when called out on those lies. I also have reason to believe the pharmacist isn't licensed as she refuses to provide any level of proof. They will also lie about insurance coverage to make their lives easier. My insurance is accepted there, but somehow my husband's is not? My husband who is the dependent on MY POLICY. It is a disgusting excuse for a pharmacy and I suspect they would fail a state board inspection. Go elsewhere if AT ALL possible. They are leeces.Editing because they had the audacity to call me to ask me to take down my review.

The worst ever! Waited 3 days to get my prescription filled. Came to pick it up in drive thru which is a 2 lane drive thru of course they closed 1 lane. Waited 3 days to have it filled only to get stuck waiting again in a long drive thru lane smh. It used to be awesome! Avoid if possible it’s a nightmare

If I could rate a Zero I would. They never have my prescriptions In on time. Which I’m not able to just skip days for my prescription. And when they call to tell me they don’t have it and it won’t be in for a while they don’t even give other Walgreens that would have the prescription in stock. I have to call around to see which pharmacy has it. This pharmacy literally sucks!!

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The pharmacy has had my prescription for over a week and still cannot fill it due to being understaffed and ill equipped. Every time I call to check on the status, I get an excuse and placed on hold. I have gone to the store in person 3 times and been turned away. I have contacted Walgreens corporate office and will explore other reporting options. Terrible experience! And to add insult to injury, the staff couldn’t care less!

Avoid if possible! This is probably the slowest pharmacy you could go to! The drive thru is the fastest. Still with only one car in front of me, I have been waiting for over 45 mins. 15 of the minutes sitting at the window just waiting for them to talk to me. It's crazy how they can't get it figured out. We switch pharmacy to one farther away but it's by far faster to go out of our way.

It is completely unnecessary to even have a pharmacy drive thru open when you have to sit in it for an hour and 45 min and are stuck and can't even get out! Come on walgreens! Do better! Short staff or not. CHANGE THE process of how you do things if your understaffed. Have more options to get your prescription in a reasonable time! Something needs to be different. Being stuck in a drive thru for almost 2 hours is not fricken ideal!

I’ve been going for the past 3 days for a prescription and the lines are incredibly long. I proceeded to try using the express pick up to not have to wait as long, was rejected, and told that it’s all one line. Why offer the express option, then? Then I transfer it to Walmart and they do that instantly.

Left this Walgreens in the past fir the same reasons i am encountering again now that i am giving them another try.The prescription i was supposed to pick up four days ago came in as only partially filled, which the technician failed to inform me. Went back three days ago and was informed that the remainder w had arrived and that i would be notified when it was ready later that day. No notification for three days. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes only to find that they had the remainder of my prescription but it was not prepared for me. Come back in two hours.This is not customer-friendly service.Recent visit and last time I will ever use this pharmacy. I tried to give Walgreens another chance. They failed miserably . Hours and hours, over five hours of, we are still working on it, no notification when it was finally done, mistakenly paid for it either automated system, no record of that transaction, twelve hours later, no notification of ready . Sent my wife to go pick it up AND DOUBLE PAY FOR IT. I would Not want to be in their shoes when she finally gets it and has to pay s second. TimWALMART PHARMACY here we come. Walmart at least fixed their mistakes..Buyer BEWARE... WALGreens is a poor substitute for a pharmacy.Called Walgreens headquarters in Illinois, they SAID they would notify the district manager, that was SIX days ago. What gives ??Does anyone in the Walgreens organization care about their customers?? I would say NO! I AM NOW AN EX-CUSTOMER.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any retail store. The manger actively encourages her staff to hang up on people, before even getting through with their caller ID. I finally asked for the store manager after calling, waiting on hold 25-35 min, waiting for my turn in, only to be instantly hung up on. FOUR TIMES. I had to invest two hours just to find out any info. Finally A neurosurgeon personally had to make a call before their pharmacist would fill a very common script. And then, after that debacle, they made me wait 7 additional days before filling claiming “they were out” of the medication. So bad that two metro doctors and their staff plead with me to change Walgreens. “Just don’t go to 10th Walgreens whatever you do“

If I could give less stars I would. This location is a joke. They need to pay better or something bc no one wants to work here. They are ALWAYS behind. They are ALWAYS short-staffed. It takes over an hour to get your prescription inside or through the drive through. Worst Walgreens ever

Pharmacy is terrible. I waited in line for 30 mins for a 1 minute transaction. Lady at the register didn't know anything. Was not very knowledgeable. Had to keep asking co-workers for help and asking questions.Other lady working the drive thru was rude. Told a customer to "not park so close next time" after having trouble with the tray. Then threatened to call cops on customer she was being rude to. I understand he was probably heated but I would be too if she talked to me like that.First and last time coming here.

Called ahead at the Pharmacy, and explained that I was quarantined for COVID, and needed to pick up OC drugs. The technician I spoke with said it was okay, but after a 15 minute wait in line at the drive-in, we arrived and were told the opposite. Make sure your staff is aware of your store policy, because that was absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible experience trying to get covid testing info.Pharmacist blew me off told me I was being transferred to the register they make appointments. After being on hold for half an hour I was told they don’t do testing or scheduling at that location.I’m sounding the alarm!!!!!If the US Government and the general public are putting our hope in Walgreens to deliver vaccines to the masses we are in for big trouble and disappointment!I’m not trying to be a complainer during a pandemic a pharmacist should understand the severity of her words and demeaned as what they say to people might actually be a matter of life and death.Thank you for listening!

We made appointments online to get our flu shots. Several people that came after us were called to get their vaccinations before us. When we told the pharmacist that was giving the shots about it, she blew us off and said that shots are giving according to the prescription number. And another associate said she was the only one there which was not true. We waited for an hour and 40 minutes and to have people come in at least an hour after us and be waited on first is ridiculous. We won't go there for vaccinations or prescriptions anymore.

Had to wait for nearly an hour at the drive thru to pick up a tiny $2 prescription. This was at 8:30 at night, and there was only one car in front of me. I was not in the Covid testing lane. If you enjoy waiting for an hour to pick up your prescriptions, this is the place to be!

(Review for pharmacy- not actual store) Will actually lie to you three different times, two month’s in a row about having ordered your medication in, until finally someone will admit “ya, we just didn’t order it.” No reason. Nothing. So unless it’s an everyday medication; don't bother. The convenience isn’t worth it.

The pharmacy techs are usually very nice but good God do they take forrrreeevverrrr. I seriously sat in the drive through for 45 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Count the pills. Verify it. Let's go. From the time I pulled up, it took them TEN minutes to even acknowledge me. You can at least say hello and show that you know I'm sitting there while you're going to take 5 years to fill a prescription.

Very impressed.Went in today to fill an antibiotic prescription, and the price was more than expected. Justin in the pharmacy helped me by running a discount card, knocking down nearly half the price. I feel like he went above and beyond to help, without having been asked or prompted, and it was very much needed.This pharmacy was wonderful, timely and kind, it made the experience pleasant and easy.

Told me my daughters prescription would be ready in thirty minutes an hour ago. Then told me it would be 15 minutes- then had me pull around again. Worst pharmacy ever. Techs are rude as well.

Called to have 2 prescriptions refilled. I was told they would have to contact my doctor to get the prescription renewed. The next day, nothing. The 3d day I went to pick up my prescriptions. Not available. I contacted my doctor and was told that they had renewed the prescriptions 2 days ago at the pharmacy I use. Apparently they don't do follow up. Also waited in line with 2 people ahead of me for 18 minutes to be told they weren't filled. I'm changing pharmacies.

When it was time for me to pay the cashier didn't greet or say anything not even the total!! It was a bit weird and awkward Makes you feel unwelcome and if it was a bother for her to be at the register checking out. It's convenient for me to stop by this Walgreens getting in and out. But when you feel unwelcome makes you rethink and go somewhere else.

People that are complaining because the drive-through is so slow? You need to take into consideration that they’re doing Covid testing in their drive-through. So yeah it’s going to take a little bit longer than normal. Everybody’s doing the best they can. Cut them a little bit of slack. Get out of your car and go in and get it. Because people being tested cannot get out of their cars!

Awful pharmacy. SENIORS especially should avoid this place.I have never been treated as badly in a store as I was in this pharmacy. My meds ran out when my mail order did not arrive so I got a new prescription from my doc. This pharmacy refused to tell my how much it would cost. Then she said they wouldn't fill it because they couldn't reach my insurance, so I told her not to put it through my insurance, but she REFUSED. She said it would be INSURANCE FRAUD. Insurance fraud for not using insurance. Then I said I would use GoodRx, and she told me that I can't use GoodRx because I'm on Medicare. Neither Medicare nor GoodRx seem to know anything about this law.Not only was she rude and obstructionistic, she told at least three flat-out lies. I think she figured that because I am elderly, she could get away with being abusive.I wrote a letter to the manager, who has not nothered to even respond.But they were rude and abusive to the wrong old woman. I'm not going away with my complaint and will continue to escalate it up the food chain until I reach someone who actually understands that customers are listed on the ASSETS side of the balance sheet.At least until you drive them out of your store.

I am so grateful for this pharmacy, and for their employees. Justin was who helped me tonight and after weeks of dealing with Walmart pharmacy and not getting my medication I was in and out within fifteen minutes from start to finish even with him checking my insurance and saving me $370 dollars. Walgreens you have a customer for life thank you!!

The pharmacy drive thru is so slow!!! I've been inline behind one vehicle for a half hour. Everytime we come here it's a long wait. I will be looking for another pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

You’ll never get customer service from the pharmacy- left on hold for hours and no ones doing their job to even check simple things like names to avoid issues filling LIFE THREATENING medications DAYS late. If someone would’ve checked my name and not made a second account under my info I wouldn’t need to even call, but here I am. Absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!
