Is there a reason why the older lady at the checkout (Cynthia) is always so rude?! Every single time I go in there.

I have gone to this location many times as a Dasher and a customer. Always had a great experience except when Cynthia is there. She usually gives attitude, throwing things around like she’s in a rush, and like she rather be doing something else. I don’t say anything and still treat her nicely because I know I didn’t do anything wrong, was nice and think—“maybe she’s having a bad day, no worries”.Recently, I’m recovering and in pain so I asked my boyfriend if he can go for me. He is very sweet and shy so when he told me that the employee was very rude to him, I was very upset. I gave a description of Cynthia because I know no one else acts like that and he said “yeah I’m sure it was her.”Cynthia followed him around the store then at the register she gave attitude to him, asked if he needed a bag and didn’t give him one, and threw the receipt at him. Then I noticed she didn’t link his phone number for the discount on the items.This was my last straw with her.So, I got dressed while in pain and tired and took everything back for a refund. I did see her for my refund and I’ll attempt I was pissed so it took everything in me not to go off. I asked for a full refund, nothing was wrong with the items and didn’t get the discount when my boyfriend put in his phone number. Because I was upset — she noticed and was extremely rude. She asked me if I wanted to redo everything for the discount on the items and I calmly said “no, just want a refund” and she got all smart, saying things under her breath and rolling her eyes.I don’t know what we did to make her hate us so much or who else has this experience but I can confidently say she is the ONLY one who has made me not want to go to this location. Ridiculous.

I have been shopping here for close to 2 years and out of those two years there cooler has worked for maybe 6 months of those 2 years. I hope the problem is finally remedied as for now the coolers are working but this past summer it was brutal for your employees. No cold drinks or AC! I’m thinking this may have been inherited to you guys from the rite aid that use to be here before Walgreens bought them out. Can’t blame the workers for something they honesty have no control over but glad to see things looking and feeling nicer! (for now anyways!)

I worked with Stella to get a transfer completed as well make a purchase. Despite technology being a pain Stella was great and made it all happen. Great customer service and much appreciated attention to detail! Stella was great and would recommend going to this location.

The pharmacy here is the best in the area. The people are so nice and helpful. They have very limited hours compared to other stores but I don't even mind because their customer service is impeccable( they are the reason for the 3stars otherwise it would be zero)The store is another story. 3 times now in the last 5 months I have been overcharged and then treated like a theif when I attempt to get it straightened out. The rudeness is unnecessary. Then their idea of checking it is scanning on their phone when the register scan was wrong instead if walking the 30 feet to check. No that's left to the customer to lead them to the product and prove your not trying to rip them off for 3 dollars. Then no apology as usual.

Just drove an 30 minutes to my appointment to get a covid test just to get told AFTER I got there that they couldn't test me due to their system being down. Would have been nice to have gotten a call to tell me that before my appointment!!! Now I still can't return to work after already waiting multiple days to find an open appointment to get a test. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of them. If you plan to get a covid test and see open appointments here, I wouldn't waste your time

Very convenient. Staff is amazing! Only thing I would like to see is their cooler get fixed so I can start buying cold drinks and other groceries there. Great Store!

The last 3 months these people have 1, order HALF an inhaler refill. (Didn't know that was possible. So of course insurance and the Dr denied the request). 2, sent the request to two wrong doctors! 3, I went down there IN PERSON with all my information and copies of medical cards if needed. Was assured this would be corrected and here I am still awaiting a simple freaking inhaler refill!!?! I'll just. Save myself idk how much a year and stock up on alternative options. And I'll share every alternative. Lord knows many other make albuterol products 🤣🙄 idjits

Went to pick up my picture order and this place said it was on 11 Ave went to the 11 Ave location they told me it was on 11 st looked at my email it was on the 11 st location went back asked to speak with the manager who is really rude so I will be getting my pictures and my medication at a walmart of online
