This location is not closed. I work all over Northern Colorado and the team at this store is why I continue to stop at this location. Jenna helped me last night and was the kindest, most genuine person that I have worked with in customer service in years. She was friendly, quick, juggling multiple requests, and focused. It was just refreshing to experience!

Worst pharmacy of all the Walgreens in town!!!! Seems like they have more problems then it’s worth to keep my prescription here 2 days in a row I can’t receive my medication because the “ pharmacist is off duty”….. save yourself the hassle and just get your meds filled somewhere else or the one on West 10th.

Very kind and helpful pharmacy staff!! The automated system has recently been incorrectly notifying patients that their prescriptions have been filled when they haven’t. Obviously this is through no fault of the staff and I am always prepared to wait a day or two extra for them to fill it. They almost always fill it within the same day and are helpful when it comes to using GoodRX coupons.This location is often understaffed but I never feel like an inconvenience for asking questions or checking in on time sensitive prescriptions. Thank you for your hard work, I truly appreciate it!

Worst pharmacy every and the operations manager for the pharmacy is so rude and doesn’t know the laws for controlled substances. Was told October 30 I could pick up my prescription the next day and was told they’re out of stock and to transfer it to another location but since it’s a controlled substance it CANT BE TRANSFERRED which she didn’t tell me another location had to tell me that.

The pharmacy staff needs to be trained in customer service. They aren't friendly, don't smile, and sad to say, act like you are bothering them, especially the pharmacy techs. They come across as too busy to address ANY concerns you might have. The other employees in the store are always nice and courteous.

Walgreens will just cancel prescriptions, leaving you without them for days, move them to a different store and not even tell you, and they don't call your doctor for refills. My doctor is confused every month when I have to call and request a refill for something. Every single month, there is an issue with prescriptions, and they don't care. They are absolute liars about when your prescription will be filled.

Negative stars!! Walgreens is going down hill, I have already gone twice today and my stuff still isn’t ready even though the guy said it would be. Then they sent my meds to a “fulfillment station” which takes longer!! 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

My daughter went to pick up a prescription here and was given Walgreens OTC generic brand of a med instead. When I went to return it the associate refused even though it was a cash purchase and there mistake Just because I didn't have my ID when I knew my driver's license number was willing to give her all the information from my driver's license and she was very rude I will never go back to Walgreens ever again or get my prescriptions filled here they're idiots

Let me get this straight. My Dr only treats me, sends in script but the pharmacist tells me what and when I can have medications even if it's narcotic or not. ?? This pharmacy has always been a problem from refills to Having staff. Pharmacist starts filling, then there's not enough on stock to oh I'm the Managing PHARMACIST. So what do the other Pharmacist have a sayy of? Yep I'm on vicodine 7.5 and it's nit my fault chiropractor Dr's don't know what they are really doing when they write a script for it. So now the Pt has to suffer cause we have Pharmacist who want to tell what my Dr should be giving me. I guess you should be telling and writing my scripts since you know what all I've been through. This pharmacy has always been a joke. The reason I moved to location on 16th and 23rd Ave. They are so much helpful. I suggest don't use 11th and 16th. This is the reason they are now taking Kroger patients. DONT DO IT!! Go somewhere else people.

Honestly everytime I come here I have a bad experience but today was the last straw. I got in line at the drive through to pick up my meds. Mind you, the line is typically long for the pharmacy. 10-15 min go by and a lady comes out and goes up to each individual car and says that the pharmacist is not here past 3, and that I can either wait until tomorrow or go to a different location. Well considering I came from urgent care, obviously I need to take my medication asap. So what was the point of them waiting until there was a long line before telling customers there is no pharmacist?? They had no problem wasting my time to drive there, wait, and then drive somewhere else where I still have to wait. So unprofessional! I don’t see why they can’t notify doctors to tell them to not send medications there today. On top of it all, the lady that came out did not care at all with the situation and definitely had an attitude in her voice. I will no longer be getting my medication from Walgreens, much less this one.

I called in to talk to the pharmacist. I was on hold for 11 minutes and 40 seconds and then the phone line just cut off. I called back and was on hold 14 minutes and 48 seconds and the same thing happened. So I called the main store to see if anybody was back there and he said there was and even went back to tell them what happened to me and that I was calling and again. This time I was on hold 5 minutes and 42 seconds and was cut off.Walgreens needs to hire more people in the pharmacy or they need to get the people in other areas of the store to help the pharmacy, doing non-medical work, so that customers are not treated so poorly when they are ill.It is truly a disgrace. Where is the management

I'm a 46 year old man with stomach problems I asked to use the restroom and the pharmacist snickered and informed me there was no public restrooms. I tried to let her know I was a shopper and I instacart as well. But it just goes to show you mean people whenever they get a chance are mean and have no empathy.

Deceptive marketing. Walgreens had lost my business! I was in store and seen some snacks for 2 for $5, and I assumed it was mix and match since most stores do it that way. I guess not Walgreens. I checked the tag for fine print. So when I went back in to amend the issue, I stood in line for 20 minutes because there was only 1 register open.

I’ve never had an issue with this Walgreens or pharmacy.. so I’m surprised by the reviews. Today I went in to pick up a prescription that had just been sent over.. they filled it within 10 minutes and also have always given me the coupons so it’s not so expensive paying out of pocket. I also bought some other things from the front and the cashier was kind and actually asked me how I was doing two times throughout. This is my go to store whenever I need something and don’t feel like running in to king soopers. Friendly and caring staff. Thanks!

There is a lady by the name of dorthia. She is the rudest person I have ever came across. I've been in customer for over 25years. When I was in there I heard her call a person by a raciest name... Not cool...I've seen her yell and belittle the employees. This lady needs to be fired.

Pharmacy- NEGATIVE ALLLLLLLL THE STARs.rude, refused to tranfer prescription i asked them to put that refusal in writing.. The guy working hung up 2ce, 2nd time i shoulda shut up and let him transfer me, but i asked for his name so he gave me the click. But 1st time he transferred me then hung up so i wanted his name. Talked to Amy the actual pharmacist, 2ce as well. 1st time she said it couldnt be done 2nd time she said she would, but took me lightly and probably thought she would do it when she dang well felt like it. Meanwhile my child is vomiting blood while these so called medical professionals play games with my childs life. Yeah Alright.. Called cooperate, they heard me and took my complaint. Then i called ask for a store manager. (Full karenisha, no regrets)I got vanessa and she fixed it. Dont care how. It took her 5 min to call me back and let me know theyy transfered it for me. Cooperate take an interest in her if youre smart. She demands and earns respect. She is the reason this is a 4 star review not 1 star review. Clone her.. But ill still neeeever use walgreens pharmacy again.. It was a mistake to send it there in the 1st placeFunny story, when a medical professional tells you no they cant or wont, and u say, put it in writing, 8 times outta 10 theyll change their mind. 1 time outta 10 theyll act like this walgreens. 1 outta 10 times the answer is no for your own damn health.

Every single time I come to pick up my prescription they have the wrong kind or something else is wrong and I have to come back later. And then even when I do come back half the time it is still not ready or they try and charge me with my insurance even though I tell them every time I am using the GoodRX app.

Rude people. Pretty empty store for a Walgreens. I got a photo printer out here and the staff act like you’re a big inconvenience. They were either talking to each other or messing around on their phones, that’d be ok if they had also managed to say “hi” or had a more friendly attitude. I’m going to a different Walgreens. They didn’t even put the money in my hand, they just slid it on the counter. Covid or not, you can drop money in my hand without touching.

I tried to buy gift cards there today and for some odd reason there was a problem with my check and Telecheck would not accept it. The clerk was absolutely no help at all. I asked what the problem was and she said she didn't know. I had more than enough money in my account to cover the check and I asked her to try running it through again. She did and there was still a problem. She called a manager over and the manager said they couldn't take the check, offered no help or solution to the problem and just left me standing there. The clerk finally handed me my check and both she and the manager were rude and dismissive and basically ignored me and went to another customer. I have never had anything like this happen before and I was shocked at how rudely I was treated in this Walgreens. I will NEVER shop there again. I went to King Soopers and got the gift cards I wanted, wrote a check, and there was no problem at all and the clerk was very helpful. I bought some other things that were much cheaper at King Soopers than at Walgreens, so that's where I'll go from now on.

This store has the most disrespectful staff. They go through 10+ employees a year. Jason (the store manager) has done a terrible job running the store. They are completely immature and do not know how to behave in a professional manner at all. There’s like 3-4 other Walgreens in Greeley, take your business and shopping elsewhere.

Do not use this location for drop off of fedex packages. The employees have no problem stealing the packages and then claiming they were picked up by FedEx and just not scanned in. When you turn to FedEx for help, they say you have to take it up with the drop off location. Absolutely the worst customer service ever !!!! Avoid 100%!!!!!

Walked up to the front counter with my 65 year old mother. My mom doesnt like the credit card sliders so asked me to work the machine. Cashier saw my mother hand me her card. The way she responded was so rude. The cashier asked me for my id but did it in a very rude way. I said okay its not a problem. My mother said thats okay ill just pay on the machine myself. The cashier said rudely again that she still needed to see both ids. I said okay. The cashier said back to us that we both dont need to be so rude. I was like excuse me?? She repeated herself. We walked out of the store without cigarettes thinking we could go somewhere with better customer service. I was in the parking lot shaking due to how she spoke to my mother and I. I decided to call the manager of the store. He basically told me he didnt believe me. So I will never be back there. Terrible customer service and very bad attitudes there. I work in customer service and the customer is always right. It was appauling and terrible.

I didn't really like how I asked for assistance where it was posted "ask for assistance " When I did one employee response was you can get it yourself. I was like ok. When I went to pay I was in line saw cashier lady was talking to person who was paying. When I got to pay she wouldn't look at me or tell me if I had any rewards. Or tell me how much my purchase was.SHE WAS VERY RUDE!!!

THE WORST PHARMACY IMAGINABLE. Literally get your pills off a dealer on the street before you go here. The staff will blame YOU for their incompetence and take their sweet time doing it too. If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. This is not a drill, buyer beware, do not enter, do not pass go and do not collect $200. You have been duly warned!

Awful service. Told the guy working the photo department that I was unhappy with the passport photo he had taken. He made me pay AGAIN to have it retaken. I had not even left the store and now have paid over $32 for a bad photo that was taken with a $20 digital camera. You literally pay a few cents for developing a tiny photo and you charge $16 and then have the nerve to charge me twice knowing damn well I was unhappy with it. I will not be back to this location. They also have a way of making you feel like you are inconveniencing them to have them do their job.

Call me to tell me my prescription is ready...they close at 6...what was the point...I literally got there at 602...im a few blocks away even...like my meds are ready...they are NEVER OPEN!!! IF YOU NEED MEDICATION DONT FILL THEM HERE!!! YOU WILL BE WAITING TILL forever...ITS A JOKE...A FLASH OF BEING OPEN....THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME...never coming here again
