Had to have a prescription transferred over to this location. The woman helping me at the pharmacy desk was very rude and condescending. She kept telling me that the information I had was wrong. When she went back to check with the pharmacist she found out that indeed information that I had was correct. Never going to fill prescriptions at this location ever again. Going back to my previous pharmacy

Liam I believe is his name was so sweet and helped me figure out a more affordable option for my prescriptions with some coupons. He pulled up multiple ones to figure out the best one for me to use. They’ve always been so helpful for me here! Really appreciated his help.

This has been out go to pharmacy and it’s been multiple times there is no customer services. They are trying to profit on your medication by saying your insurance isn’t “approving” your medication and making you feel horrible for using an RX as an alternative.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy at this location is the worst pharmacy I have even been to. I called to see when my daughters medicine would be filled. I was specifically told 2 hours as they were running behind. I show up exactly 2 hours later and spend 30 mins in line just to be told that it would take 2-3 days. I see the pharmacist tell the cashier that it would not be filled regardless. The pharmacist is rude disrespectful. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

The lines here for the pharmacy are beyond atrocious. You'll be waiting 45+ minutes at 2 in the afternoon, don't try getting your prescription(s) filled here if you're on a lunch or break.

ZERO STARS!There’s always 10 plus cars in the drive thru waiting and prescriptions are never ready on time. These people HATE working there you can tell the way the treat their customers, if they don’t like their job then simple GET A NEW JOB!

Can never get ahold of a pharmacist. Longest wait times. Called just now. Spent 25 min on hold, someone picked up and placed me immediately on hold again. Line started ringing and call was disconnected. Called right back and had to start the queue over again. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Words cannot express how bad my experience was at the drive- through pharmacy. I was the 8th car in line and I waited an hour and a half! Then while I waited at the window, the staff returned to the window and informed me that they lost my 3 prescriptions after they filled them. How does that happen? It was a mess back there. After another 15 minutes, they asked me to come inside because it was going to take quite a while longer. I couldn't believe it! I just left without the prescriptions. I will be switching pharmacies. This place is completely unacceptable!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy on this planet. The average stars are 1.7, yet management as well as corporate does nothing about this location. They are inadequate, they are unkind, and they do not have any sympathy towards people who are waiting days on end for prescriptions for ailing humans. Take your pharmacy needs elsewhere is my recommendation. I have been told 8 times, my daughter prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. I cannot believe nothing is ever done to correct these issues. Clearly you've been understaffed for years. Oh yes, must be because of Covid (insert HUGE eye roll). If you treat your employees at all like you treat your customers it's no wonder your understaffed Walgreens.

If I could I would give them 0 stars this pharmacy is the worst , the pharmacist Matthew is full of excuses , my grandmother has been waiting on a script for 2 days to be filled by them when he said it’s a common prescription but yet has been giving me the run around he transferred me to another Walgreens and they had the script filled in 30 minutes ! Go else where

Pulled up to the Walgreens drive thru on a Sunday at 1:56pm... We were first in line, waiting to be helped for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the window. We left. You could see everyone working inside, their lunch hour was clearly over and they never even acknowledged us. What is going on with management? Every single time we come here they are ridiculously short staffed, obviously disorganized, and the wait is very long. I've been using this pharmacy for years, but I think it's time to switch to a different store or another pharmacy.

You’re better off having your prescription sent to Safeway. You can call and ask them if your prescription is ready, it never is. Stand in line for 45 minutes or wait in drive through for a hour just to be told I need to wait an additional 30 minutes. Never again

Although the Pharmacy was terribly understaffed. The staff was amazingly patient and kind. This was extraordinary due to the fact that so many customers we being so unbelievably rude to them.

After six years of having prescriptions filled here I will be changing to someplace else. Quite simply, the organization and management of the pharmacy department is beyond atrocious. The front counter and drive thru people try; not criticizing them. Rather, whoever is managing this department needs to go away.I'm 78. For most of my working life I was involved in management and think I am qualified to evaluate how a department should be run and am able to pinpoint weak and ineffective management.The rest of the store seems to be clean with stocked shelves and competent staff.

I was unable to collect my pickup order and was concerned that it would be canceled or some other stressful thing. I called and spoke to Nathan. They were friendly and helpful. I am posting this because the people who work at this store, and I’m sure many others I’m sure, are overwhelmed. They don’t get paid enough. They have their own problems and lives. Everyone there is always nice and helpful. Slow and understaffed go hand in hand. At least they still have s smile and considerate attitude. Even though they see all the negative reviews, they are still there for us. I’m grateful.

When you call the pharmacy, you don't even talk to someone local. Someone from Florida picked. Also, Walgreens will just cancel prescriptions, move them to a different store and not even tell you, and they don't call your doctor for refills. My doctor is confused every month when I have to call and request a refill for something. Every single month, there is an issue with prescriptions, and they don't care.

WANT DIRTY LOOKS?! COME TO THIS WALGREENS!! Terrible customer service. “Pharmacy techs” do not care about helping people or doing there job. Terribly dangerous to the community I hope this Walgreens shuts down based on all these reviews and how people are treated. This experience does not suprise me based on all of these other 1 star reviews.

Drive thru takes an abnormal amount of time. The wait is beyond ridiculous. Always an issue with filling prescriptions and they are never ready when scheduled to be ready for pick up.

It seems now a days that it is custom for businesses to have poor customer service. Tonight I went into Walgreens and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a warm smile. Marlena asked if I needed help and didn't become upset when I did need her assistance. She made my shopping experience great. Walgreens scored when they hired her. Thank you Marlena for your assistance this evening!

I went to urgent care yesterday early afternoon have been sick and not felt good., go to pick up my prescriptions before the pharmacy closes tonight (next day) It is 9:50 PM and they tell me my prescriptions are not ready and will be ready tomorrow.?! He says they can’t just jump through prescriptions WTH that mean?! so it takes well over 24 hours to get me some nasal spray and eardrops wow! I haven’t gone to Walgreens in a long time and I thought maybe because their hours might be a little better and I knew I wasn’t feeling good and I might be resting. I’ll give them a chance never again what’s the point!!!!

Save yourself some time and go to a store where the employees are friendly and helpful. Claims 24 hr pharmacy but employees take long lunches and the time to fill a prescription takes longer than it should

The wait time is consistently over 30-45 minutes to pick up any prescription any time of day in store or drive thru. Most of the time they do not have most prescriptions in stock. They have to “fill” prescriptions that have been ready for days. I feel bad for the workers it’s not necessarily their fault they’re very overwhelmed but a couple of them can barely hear the names of the customers or see the computer. It takes them an incredibly long time to check one customer out. There’s always such a long line because of it. I will be sending all my prescriptions elsewhere from now on even if I have to drive much further because this is ridiculous. I’ve gone to this location for as long as I can remember but never again. I recommend avoiding this location unless necessary

Pharmacy tech lied to me on the phone, "magically" found my prescription when told day and time e-receipt was sent to my doctor. Previous minute, they had no prescription on record for me. Picked up script to see it was filled 3 days ago. For those 3 days they told me they had no record of script. Not the only issue I've had here. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use this pharmacy!!!!

I swear they have like a down syndrome kid working the pharmacy window, I waited 2 WHOLE HOURS for prescription in their horrible line, I get to the window and they say they don’t have my prescription. Even a group of monkeys could do a better job. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PUT SOME PILLS IN A BOTTLE, you have to be retarted to screw that up, after 2 hours!! They may as well have given me some antidepressants to get me through that insufferable line. I would never return there if it was the last store in the world, if I was legitimately dying, and the nearest place I could get help was that Walgreens, I’d simply turn around. They should fire all the employees and burn that place down, even a pile of sheer rubbish would provide better use than that pathetic excuse for a store. Even the homeless have higher class and better use of their time. Just saying, like don’t go there, please.

The pharmacy needs help. There is usually a long line waiting for prescriptions and only one person to help. My last visit was the most frustrating. I had ordered a refill on line after waiting 20 minutes I was told they have no record the tech said she put an order for a refill. I was never notified that it was ready so I ordered again said it would be available after 9:30. When I went at 9:45pm they had no record of any refill request. I was leaving the next morning at 3am and needed the medication I was told it would be ready in 30 more minutes and come back. After I told them I couldn’t come back they did get my prescription filled this is not a problem with the staff but management of the store. I will be making arrangements to get my medication elsewhere

I moved my prescriptions to the hospital pharmacy and couldn't be happier that I did. It saves me hours of wait time and frustration compared to Walgreens on 10th St. The pharmacy workers will sashay right past a long line of customers and not even acknowledge they are leaving the registers unmanned. Horrible training and attitude. And the drive through lanes are even worse. Move your prescriptions. The new pharmacy will do the work for you and you'll be so relieved!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any retail store. The manger actively encourages her staff to hang up on people, before even getting through with their caller ID. I finally asked for the store manager after calling, waiting on hold 25-35 min, waiting for my turn in, only to be instantly hung up on. FOUR TIMES. I had to invest two hours just to find out anything. Finally A neurosurgeon personally had to make a call before their pharmacist would fill a very common script. And then they made me wait 7 additional days before filling. So bad that two metro doctors and their staff plead with me to change Walgreens. “Just don’t go to 10th, Walgreens whatever you do!”

The pharmacy is ridiculous!! The drive-thru is especially bad. A drive-thru should be used as a quick pick-up. They also need to schedule their worker’s hours more efficiently. Folks are gonna stop by after work to pick-up their prescriptions, schedule accordingly. I shouldn’t be made to wait in a line for two hours. Get it together!!

Bad customer service. Sat in line at the pharmacy for 15 minutes. Got up to the window and they pulled the shade at 1:30. Said they’re going to lunch when we were the last car. 15 minutes of our time wasted. This is why we don’t use Walgreens anymore.

I followed FedEx on-site at Walgreens return instructions to a T and was told we don’t do that here. I showed them the link that clearly displayed them as a participating location. They couldn’t care less. Shameful that management allows their employees to be so untrained that they aren’t even aware of a service that they offer.
