I drove 40 minutes to pick up a gun safe I ordered online that they said they put aside for me. They brought out the safe to load and it had very obvious damage. The only solution they had to offer was returning it and ordering another that would come in a month. They knowingly set aside a damaged safe and wasted my time and money going down to pick it up. Plus now I have to go back down and hope that the one that comes in isn’t damaged. Very unsatisfied.

Good selection on a variety of items. Prices are within industry standards and most likely they have it in stock. Courtesy, knowledge, friendly employees are at the top of priority list. Always clean and orderly.

I was in there today to put a hold on a chicken cage said I would be back with a truck arrived and they had sold it the manager amanda tried to blame it on a disabled employee was very rude and unprofessional no customer service or people skills definitely should not be in a management position was treated very unfairly will not be shopping at this store ever again!!!!!!!

I never shop here, but I stopped in, hoping to find tomatoe cages. I saw around 5 employees throughout the store talking to one another and stocking shelves. Not one hello, or offer to help find anything. Cashier at front door didn't say hello or goodbye. I will stick to other shops, I found what I needed just 5 mins away.

I'm normally good about only giving 5 stars, but this store lost my business for the following reasons1) lack of communication about online orders. I submitted an order, and wasn't informed that part of my "ready in two hours" needed to be shipped until I came up pick it up. Then the shipped order was cancelled with no communication until I called a week after it was supposed to be there.2) customer service at the store. I was purchasing some bulk rope, and the employee clearly didn't listen to the needs I expressed. After I found the product, he hinted that I looked suspicious and like I might steal from the store. I had my two kids with me, and have been a frequent customer. Why would I ask for help if I planned to steal? We went to go check out and he tried to charge me for a more expensive product. When I asked if he could check the product type/cost, he asked a manager who told him "I don't know anything about rope" and walked away without offering a solution. Finally, we found someone who was willing to look at the facts, but she had the attitude of an ambivalent honey badger, and barely cared. After it was all sorted out, he escorted me and my kids to the door.It is abundantly clear from the staff that they don't value my business and can't be troubled to communicate with customers. I'm done doing business with tractor supply.

My boyfriend and I visited tractor supply today to pick up some yard supplies. During a very busy time and exceptionally nice young lady named Kaylee helped us. Come to find out this was her third day on the job. I want you to know she was outstanding! She handled everything gracefully we were so quite very impressed! Good job!

Good prices on everything I need for my chickens, gardens and lawn. Staff tends to know a LOT more about their product and your livestock needs than most of the other big box stores around.

Double check your receipts. Something listed on premises for $22 rang up at $28. Caught it and was given a gift card for the difference because they already "knew about the problem." Good store, decent people. They're doing the best they can and lacking support from above.

I was greeted at the door by the cashier with dog treats in hand for my puppy. That was so cool! The staff were so patient with us as I acclimated my puppy to the automatic doors. The store was clean. It was easy for me to find what I went there to buy. The prices were very reasonable. I will come back 🙂

Only go if they are only ones to have it! Unless head lady is there no one wants to help, cashiers have been fine. Load out guys don't know what hay is what, forgot about it if yoy need to load out from outside bullpen. Get a good book make sure you are not in a hurry.

One more place that treats you like a thief! Bought wood shavings, cashier calls for load out with the amount i bought! The employee and i get them loaded and then I’m asked for my receipt like I didn’t pay for the amount i told him or his fellow worker radioed to him! Country Corner Feed is a small family owned business that treats you with dignity, no receipt signing there!!!! I encourage everyone to support them for all of your livestock needs!!

While they have a pretty good selection of merchandise they are usually under staffed. I usually get my dog food there and rarely do any staff offer to help pick up 50lb bags of dog food from lowered shelves or assist getting it placed in my car. And when the 250+lb male manager see what's in my cart, ask if I'd like help.... They have someone, it's usually a little gal who weighs a hundred pounds. But she's strong as an ox. I'll give her that. Other than that. I hate to spend my money there.

prices are going up, on the products I buy, the lady said it was because of theft? why do I have to pay more for someone else theft addiction. not happy about this, guess I'll start shopping some where else ,spend alot of money there every month.

I applied for a Tractor Supply credit card, and though I have excellent credit, it still took me 3 visits to get it accomplished. Then when I bought a $150 kerosene heater, I didn't get any of the promised discounts. Then after 3 more visits, I had to wait over the weekend to call the manufacturer in California to get a replacement wick. You would think they would service what this sell! I love the heater & the employees tried very hard to help me, but these ordinary transaction should not be so time-consuming or difficult. From now on, I will limit my interactions with Tractor Supply to the bare minimum.

Some of the management here makes shopping here a miserable experience. I know the employees here like the two young men working last night try their best to give the best service despite constantly being yelled at and bullied by the manager that was working last night. 5 plus stars to the service given to me by them. 0 for the unprofessionalism by the manager maybe even negative.

I love shopping here, the staff is amazing. The ladies at the register always make sure I have what I need. I casually mentioned that I needed bigger bags of Timothy hay and she set aside my order and made sure I got the biggest one they had at a much better price.Today when I wondered if I had the parts to an electric fence they opened a package and reviewed needed parts before purchasing.When they don't know they will say so and not give you the run around.It is a one stop shop for pet food and supplies, yard, garden and farm. It is always clean, brightly lit, fully stocked and well priced.

This is a clean door with gray prices on chicken feed. There were some purple ahead of us buying stuff with pig banks as their currency and the clerks were patient and kind.

Called to make sure I didn't need to drive there for nothing asked if they had 2 string hay. They say yes I drive there go right to the counter the clearly frustrated and overwhelmed employee said no hay no grass we have not had any for a month. However I just purchased some 2 weeks ago but🤷🏼‍♀️ the employee didn't need anymore 😩 I just left frustrated and won't be back for awhile. You just motivated me to grow my own next year 🙏 👩🏼‍🌾

Needed wood pellets they usually have them. The only thing that sucks is they only have one brand and it's ok had better. They had a variety prior years. The store is like the other ones nothing really bad nothing really great.

Nice people but they let customers bring in there dogs with no leash "because they are a regular" the dog lunged at my kid. None of the employees or managers said one thing!

Ordered supplies I needed online. Received a text confirming my order, I went to the store, called inside to let the store associates know I was there, and within three minutes I had my order in my car / I was on my way home.
