A five star, to one star, back to five star review:I've been a customer for many years now. Love the atmosphere in the shop. The staff has always been very friendly and downright easy to talk to. I'm being treated like a fellow hobbyist, and not a walking wallet, every time I set foot in the store.I've watched the store change over the years. I like what I've seen, and deeply appreciate the effort of the staff in providing a welcoming environment. The staff has gone out of their way for me personally without fuss. I had left a couple miniatures that I'd poured my heart and soul into in their display case. That case, and any miniatures within, had been removed after others had been disrespectful to it and the hard work that the staff and customers had contributed for each other to enjoy and be inspired by. The staff kept my minis safe and saw them returned to me.Having someone else take an active interest in protecting something I worked hard on, and ensuring it made it back to my hands was a meaningful experience for me as a mini painter, let alone a customer.Other reviewers have made comments in the past suggesting that this is a den for aggressive, elitist players and that you should avoid spending any time upstairs in the game area. None of this has been true in my experience.Every visit to the store, I've seen nothing but friendly people sharing their passion for all the awesome things that come with being a 'nerd.'If you're in to miniatures, comics, collectibles and toys, games of all shapes and sizes then this is a store for you.Thank you for everything, Nerd Store.

My husband has been visiting this place since we moved to Greeley. Although I am not a fan of many changes they have made over the last couple of years we still visit when my husband needs new magic cards or a game that is on sale. Over the years he has used the nerd store to play magic and buy it. He loves the online order system and how he can just grab them on his way home. We recently went in on Black Friday because they had Castle Panic Deluxe Collection on sale for 40% off and we purchased it as this was an amazing deal. All in all an okay store to visit.

Has lots of neat stuff games puzzles tiny house,store,library to build out of paper and wood. Stuff for kids a nice place to shop. Staff are great!

Love the atmosphere here! Every local game store usually falls into one of the two: "family friendly" or "extremely competitive" scenes. This one definitely has the feeling of being family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices may be a hair higher then some places, but everywhere has its over head to keep it running and give a place for people to play. Make sure to support your local game stores! The nerd store has a large upstairs play area for people, and provides a great environment to learn new games, and have a positive experience! I would highly recommend checking the store out.

I stopped by this store looking for some 2 player board games. The board game selection was a little limited compared what I was expecting, and the prices were $5-10 higher than what I found at online retailers and at big box stores. I liked the selection of jigsaw puzzles they had on the shelves. The staff was friendly and made suggestions about what other stores carried the games I was looking for since I could not find them here. I would recommend that if you are looking for a particular game, to call ahead before stopping in. And also be prepared that the game may cost a little more than buying on Amazon.

Full disclosure - I actually work at this awesome comics, games and collectibles store. That could make me a bit biased, but I was a customer for a year before coming on board. The reason I work there is the same as the reason I was a regular. It's more than just a place to buy cool stuff; it's a community where we play games, connect people with cool comics and build friendships in a safe nerdy space.

Friendly, inclusive, knowledgeable staff, and a massive selection of card games, board games, miniatures, paints, comics and more.A great upstairs area with tables for rent for gaming nights, as well as regular gaming events. The best TCG and tabletop shop around, for my money.

Very pricey but they had a lot of cool stuff. Not as many comics as I would have expected though. It was more of a D&D+ store than a Nerd Store. Pretty good though and it was fun to look around in there.

Amazing store! Friendly staff that are truly helpful! They really cater to the neighborhood nerds but still have great stuff for the casual gamer. I can always find cool new collectables while wandering aimlessly. The Nerd store is a true gem!!

I love this place! I usually come to pick out new dice for D&D, although I love that they have Pokémon blind boxes too. Once the cashier told me, "May your dice be lucky," when I was checking out and those dice have consistently rolled me Nat 20s. 100% recommend!

The Nerd store is the best place for MTG north of Denver. Extremely friendly staff always has my order ready the day I place it. Great buy list system and the staff helps me out and doesn't seem bothered by checking/grading cards, it's like pulling teeth at the stores I used to go to in Fort Collins. Drew runs the magic events and he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the game and helped make me feel at home. Travis the owner is always super friendly and is always checking in with his customers and you can tell he is genuinely interested in their hobbies. I felt very welcomed by the regular MTG crowd and made new friends here. I couldn't recommend this store enough to anyone who loves MTG or anything nerd related.

Outstanding business and solid service. The owner is usually there and he and staff are super helpful. They have so many board games for family game nights and for game nights with friends. If you're into RPG stuff they have that too and my kids love the plushies there.

I really like the selection they have with magic. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable as well. They have a really cool ordering system online, I ordered probably about 50 cards before they opened and when I got there 15 minutes after they opened and they had them ready to pick up. They have a good selection of board games, figurines and a really cool dice selection. Definitely give this store a shot.

This place is awesome! My wife and I have gone several times to pick up many items. The staff is always friendly and really knowledgeable when asking questions. Highly recommend checking this store out. Everything from tabletop gaming, graphic novel selections, manga, card games, board games, and more!

I love this place. They have a good selection of most everything a nerd could want. From comic books to ttrpgs, minis, and dice to board games and MTG. Good selection, nice staff that aren't too pushy.Update: they have a cool new board game rental program. You can rent most board games for $5 for 3 days. Looking forward to trying it out

This is one of my favorite game stores. I got a game stores in fort Collins Windsor and greeley, and I still prefer to go to the nerd store. They have supplied me with information, dice, and even the ability to bring entire classes there to learn more about different types of games. I couldn't give a higher rating to any particular store.

It's all in the name. Feels like home. This place is an all around great place for all the different nerds in all of us. Part game store, part book store, part gift/toy shop, part community hang out. Always worth a visit!

The best place for everything nerdy! The staff is so friendly and always have great recommendations for anything you could possibly be interested in! Plus, they're great with little kids too. If they don't have it in store, they're more than happy to order it for you. They've also got great game nights for all sorts of table top, board, and card games. Definitely worth stopping in with friends and family.
