Typical local Home Depot. It has a great selection of items for the home & garden, and has a nice variety of tools. Equipment rental is available.I dropped a star due to the lack of employee support when it’s needed. I almost always have to walk around to find someone, only to find out that person can’t help me but will help find someone else that can actually help me with a particular area that I’m looking at. Very frustrating. My last visit was 1/4 productive shopping and 3/4 standing around waiting or walking around looking for someone to help me.

This is a decent Home Depot. It's pretty well organized and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am usually a Lowe's customer but here in Greeley, this is the home improvement store to shop at.

The only reason I’m giving this location 5 stars is because of Chris in Appliances. Employees were actively avoiding me and I needed help getting something from the top shelf area of aisle 47. He was the only one to ask if I needed help getting something and the only person who approached me. Very happy to have Chris at this location, y’all do what you can to keep him here!

I was looking for setting up carpet installation. However, customer service doesn't know what they are doing and sounds very confused. I have been waiting for being connected for over hour but still haven't had anything done. Terrible experience for the customer service.

Home improvement stores are hit hard with inventory and sales team members. Never enough of either at times of need. They do a great job of keeping shelves and lumber in order. Employees seem knowledgeable and courteous. Only problem, customers are disrespectful of store and parking lot. Clean up after yourself and try to return lumber wagons. They are seriously just left wherever they load out. Show some respect for the store

Mel the cashier is seriously awesome. She is always so friendly and helpful. Her personality shines. What a wonderful worker to have. I can just tell her attitude is alway positive. I always hope she’s there when we are. Go MEL!

At the start of the summer break, one of the first projects was to install a new screen door after my last one was damaged. But nonetheless, this door makes the front area look so much nicer and it even the vibe makes it feel bigger when entering in the front room. Plus the lock is sturdy too. And I got this heavy duty water heater last winter and it works like a charm. Small hiccup, no more doggy door for my little wolfy Aussie, lol

Meh... It's almost always assumed that I'm stealing when I shop here. Followed into self check out, the employee jumping into checkout lane, not respecting my nervous dog's space..., my purchases grabbed from me, opened and inspected like I'm filling up the totes with product to steal... It's rude to assume your paying customers are thieves.Don't assume everyone steals... Some of us are honest people and pay foe what we need/want. Open up a regular fkn checkout lane if you wanna micromanage people checking out their own sht at the self checkout YOU INSTALLED...

Had to get something from Greeley. This location is close to 30 miles from where I live. The employee in the hardware department who helped me was Craig. I had been given a wrong SKU number, but Craig persisted until he located exactly what I needed. He did a great job and should be commended.

The Home Depot usually has what we need for a project and they have a decent selection to choose from for most items.Unfortunately, if you are having trouble finding something or need any help while shopping, that is when you run into trouble. You literally have to walk all over the store trying to find someone who works there to help you and usually when you do find someone, they are trying to assist several customers already so you end up having to wait a while before they can help you. Then a lot of times the response is that they don't have an answer for you or don't know where an item is because they don't work in that department and they say they will have an associate that covers that department come talk to you which leads to more waiting. The employees are usually polite, the store is just understaffed and the employees seem to be overwhelmed.On our most recent visit we needed to have a piece of wood cut and after locating what we wanted and spending another 15 minutes trying to find someone to help us we were told that the guy that worked in the lumber area had 2 other people to help and then they'd send him over to us. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes to have a piece of wood cut. Then we had to wait about another 10 minutes in line to pay because there were not a lot of registers open and there was a bottleneck of people trying to check out, so something that should have taken maybe 15 minutes tops took us about an hour and 15 minutes to accomplish.Adding more employees so we could get the help we need when shopping would change our middle of the road 3 star rating to 5 stars.

I do not recommend renting a truck from Home Depot. Unless you like them charging your card the $150 deposit to “hold the truck for you” only for them to cancel the reservation with 14 hours notice. Then they’ll go ahead and charge the rest of the total cost to rent the truck AFTER they notify you the reservation was cancelled. On a Friday no less so no way to get the money back until next week. Thanks a lot guys really appreciate it 👍

Chicago style hot dogs are what keeps me coming back to this HD location. Angleitos Kitchen Cart is amazingly delishous. HD itself is an organzied HD thats easy to get in & out to make it back to a ready to go chicago style all beef hotdog. Better then the food truck at S sheridan & hampton HD location.

This homedopt has the best people! Our fridge died and we didn't want our freezer stuff to go bad before we could get it fixed. So we bought a deep freezer, the guy at check out was in a wheelchair and was SO helpful, cheerful and just really sweet. He gave us some advice, which was fantastic and helped us with questions we had. 12/10 service.Also, the young guy who helped us lift it, was fantastic too! Really sweet and helpful. Even though is was so stressful and I was having a rough day, it helped so much to have them there and help us.Thanks for the wonderful service!

Was at home depot around 7pm 9/29/23 picking up few items, one being concrete cinder block which happen take some fine tuning to find item on self checkout. Fortunately older gentleman( please excuse not knowing your name) helped me, and displayed outstanding customer service with friendly demeanor. All that and left my wallet in car I thought( so use to paying with phone) so Miles held my items as I explain need run to car, well that took hour journey. I return home depot a hour later, Miles still held my items( which took me 45mins to find in beginning lol). See this is example of regardless the company its the face to face employees who give that core customer experience.

This is one of the best Home Depots I’ve ever been to due to a certain person’s custom service.Juan at the pro desk has been a tremendous help with my husbands business. He’s gone above and beyond in helping my husband find the right products at the right price. He’s knowledgeable, polite , and is the best in his profession. He deserves a raise and should be acknowledged for his excellent service and attitude.We need more people like him in this word.Thank you sincerely for all you do.

I’ve used this Home Depot’s rental truck service 3 or 4 times now and it’s always an enjoyable experience. The employees are continuously friendly and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the extra convenience of them letting me borrow a few ratchet tie downs since I don’t own any myself. SO. If you are in need of a toilet (long story) this is the place! Had incredible customer service from an associate. Ask for Steve, he's informed, polite, and honest in his selling. Could have sold us a very bells and whistles fancy bowl but showed us a practical, quality model. Never thought I would feel as enthused about toilets as I did leaving Home Depot, ha!

I congratulate The Home Depot staff for their hard work, professional effort and HONESTY, yesterday while I was returning materials, I bought a soda to refresh myself and to be able to pay, I took out an envelope with money and put it right away in one of the their computers. while they charged me and received the receipt, without realizing it, I forgot the envelope with almost $4,000 dollars. I went home and when I realized that I didn't have the envelope in my pants pocket, I got quite scared and began to try to remember where I had forgotten it and an hour later I returned to The Home Depot to ask about the envelope and The store staff immediately began to investigate for about 5 minutes of the investigation. I was still scared until they checked the cameras and saw that someone from the first shift put it in a collection box. I greatly appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

Our go to store for our flipping and rental properties. I do a little of remodeling in the Greeley area and haven't tried many options for supplies in the area. It really comes down to the people and this store has some great people working there.

Rented a jackhammer from this store,drive 2 hours to our property and the tool was broken would not hold the bit for more than a minute. When returning it the kid checking it back in said there was nothing he could do but would refund our deposit??? No kidding how about some of the 150 dollar rental fee we got no use out of the tool !!! Terrible customer service.

I order dog runs on August 2nd, I needed the dogs by August 14th. needless to say I had to call them to find out where my order was and I was told it was shipped on the 9th and I might get it on the 14th or later. this really hurt my business and I will never do business again with home depot.

They have the front of this store so bunged up with overstocked products that it makes it difficult to even get out of here without walking through a crowd of people felt very uncomfortable and crowded in this store. They have NO dolly's with pneumatic tires and they're products are all WAY overpriced for what you're getting.
