Target does a very poor job of rotating their perishable items, especially dog food. Bought this today and it is notably moldy and out of date. Had I not noticed this my dog could have gotten sick. Do better Target.

One of the busiest stores in town. Christmas takes its toll on employees every year at retail establishments. Store had an abundance of employees willing to help out, check out lines went fast, pricing on items were reasonable, shopping carts were available in store, parking lot wasn’t full of people’s trash, and isles were clean and well kept.

It's a good clean store that has some staffing issues. As the team is generally younger, they sometime struggle with customer service.The selection is good and although this location is not a super target, it has all the major departments. Inventory is often stocked well with restocks after a busy weekend.The in store Starbucks is clean and a great opportunity for a warm drink before or after shopping.

This drive up at Target is easy when I run through town and my wife needs me to pick a order up for her. They have remodeled this Target. Looks a lot better than before. This is not a super Target but they do have some food for sale. They have dry goods with limited perishable items. Bathrooms could be cleaner. They have a CVS and Starbucks inside. They also have pick up inside.

Target,Your self checkout line at this store is typically way too long. It was 20 people deep today. I'm trying to spend $ at your store but when I considered whether I really needed the items in my cart and wanted to wait in line and wanted to also work as a cashier, the answer was no.

There's not much to say, it's Target. This particular store it always clean and well staffed. They update inventory frequently. The addition of self checkout is great for those of us who can do things for themselves.

Lazy and poor management and employees! Went in to shop and needed a fitting room for a few items at 7:30pm on a Monday, and to our surprise were turned down by the two staff members working back there. The odd thing is that there were other people in the fitting rooms already. Then we asked “why” and the staff was snotty and rude stating “she had too many other things to do”. What was also odd about this was that she wasn’t working alone! The manager was able to walk out and explain the same sob story, good management would have picked up the slack and offered to stay while her staff needed an extra hand. It’s called customer service, not self service. What kind of manager lets customers leave without $300+ worth of items because they don’t know what their job entails? Instead she ran away as fast as possible to her cozy room at the front of the store. Lazy, poor staff. So I guess the management and employees just make up their own rules now for how they want to offer services at the Greeley Target! Managers name was Brenley. Lost us as customers for everything! Word of mouth goes a long way with our family and friends as well!

The staff in the pharmacy is over the top! They have been short handed and yet they don't let this stop their excellent customer service. They really take the time to get to know you.

Cara in Customer Service was extremely helpful in getting me a $5 Target card that I should have received based on my qualifying purchases. Unfortunately, the employee at self-checkout told me that she couldn't get me a $5 card. So I asked Cara and she knew exactly what to do. Thank you, Cara! - Susan Cross

If you don't need help from the 4 or more employees talking at the customer service deck no problem, if you need help and one of the employees actually attempts to help you it's usually met with a half hearted effort .

I was very satisfied with my last experience with this pharmacy. They helped my mom get a prescription for a few drugs that she desperately needed while she waited for her mail order to come in. They worked hard to get it done.😊

This is my second time purchasing a frozen pizza from this location. Both times I have gotten pizzas like this. It concerns me a bit considering they look like they have been cooked and packaged. Is there a reason for this? Is it something I should be concerned about or is it normal?

Only Target in town, so you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. That being said, they usually have everything you need, it's usually pretty well staffed and it's usually fairly clean.

Love this store. I used their app to do a mobile pickup because I didn’t want to fight the holiday crowd. I checked in with the app when I left the house to let them know I was coming. When I pulled in and checked in on the app I was there and the parking spot, they were already outside and had my items to me within seconds. Love this. I am a loyal Target customer.

The management at the Greeley Target at Centerplace is very rude and uncaring. I was charged for a skateboard that was not in my purchases and when asked for money back the manger rudely accused me of stealing the skateboard when his person covering customer service said she had seen us in line and we had not left the building and he only refunded $27.40 of the $34.99 purchase that was rang up by the cashier. I realize holidays are stressful and people are in a rush but when you go straight from the cash register to customer service you shouldn’t be accused if you don’t have the item that was rang up and there was no skateboard on my person and management doesn’t need to tear you like a criminal!!!!

Social agenda permeates this store now. We don’t enjoy shopping here anymore. Also, the already very small toddler boy section now has the transgender clothes in it. There are little boys in the world who just want to find clothes for themselves. While the girls section is three times as large. Please do better.

Store was clean. The good points stop there. Customer service did not answer the phone till it rang for over 3 minutes. Literally. I watched the timer on my phone. Self checkout line was 7 people deep, but that seemed a better option than waiting in the 4 person deep line for the one cashier to ring you up.Nope. Finally got to a self checkout register and tried to make my purchases. Apparently you can't buy beer in self checkout unlike every other retailer. When I asked the associate where it says that, she let out an audible sigh, rolled her eyes, and pointed to a tiny sign. The sign was not even directed towards the line. You can only see it while standing at the checkout!So then, I got to go stand in a now six person deep line for the ONE available cashier. By this point the line for self checkout was now well into the clothing department and so long that I saw two people drop their items on the floor and walk out the store.I was in the store for 45 minutes. 20 minutes in line at the pharmacy, 5 minutes grabbing 4 items from the store, and 20 minutes in line to buy said 4 items.Don't go here. It will quite possibly ruin your attitude for the rest of the day.

1st time there. Not greeted. Nobody asked if I needed any help finding what I was looking for. I needed a vacuum cleaner belt. They had an impressive selection of vacuums, but absolutely NO parts! Not a single one. No bags, belts, or filters, including for ANY of the vacuums they had displayed for sale. REALLY!! That is super lame. Their overall selection of any of their merchandise was also lame, except toys and kids' clothing. Not at all impressed. Definitely NOT recommended.

They are terrible here. Your order will be missing tons of items and they will not tell you anything. They will come up and say it is your entire order. You find out later at home they didn't give you everything. When you ask for a refund for the stuff you never received they give you a gift card. Honestly they bait and switched me, on the refund screen it stated I would get a refund back to my debit card, I said yes, then the next screen said enjoy your gift card. That is super dirty and I won't give money to this horrible place ever again.

Love this Target!! They are quick to price match if needed and the employees have always been helpful. There’s only been one instance where an employee took like 30 minutes to price match because he didn’t believe me. Overall I give this Target 5 stars
