I went into T.J.Maxx on Sunday 4/28/24 trying to buy some shoes for work & I forgot my T.J.Maxx credit card. I asked the cashier if she could put the shoes on hold for me for the next day (4/29/24) so I could use my T.J.Maxx CC. I had explained to both the cashier & the manager I got off at 5 from work, so I could come them. The cashier asked her manager & the manager said “ok you have until 5 tomorrow to come get them” (feeling like she didn’t even take the time to hear me out). My mom had to go buy the shoes the next day, since she told me she would only have them on hold until 5. Very disappointed with how much customer service has changed from years ago when I worked there in 2016. Lisa was the manager & Linda was the assistant manager whom at the time made it very clear we could do a one day hold, only to come back to town years later & that policy has changed.P.S I was so excited about my shoes I sent a pic to all my friends.

I would rate this experience as zero stars if I can. It was the worst experience ever. The cashier assisting me with the return requested my ID, despite me having my card, receipt, and tags for a $20 item. Additionally, at checkout, although there were only three people ahead of me, it took around 15 minutes before I could proceed checkout because the cashier, a girl with long black hair, spent ten minutes chatting with a customer instead of attending to others. The store needs to retrain their cashiers on how to work efficiently.

Went shopping with my Mom today and the store was definitely one of the most put together retail places we've been to in a while. What sealed the deal was our amazing checkout experience, we were struggling with the rewards card and items we ended up not wanting and our cashier took absolute amazing care of us. Big shout out to Brittany, we will be returning just for her!

I was treated like I was gonna steal from them. After spending over 100$ the manager was friendly like she judged me by my appearance and was a bit over compensating for our first interactions. Otherwise it was a nice clean store with good prices.

This is always a great place to go and find everything you need for a cheaper price and it’s a lot cleaner than most discount stores. Overall, it was a good experience.

ONE employee stood out...we didn't catch her name...long, blonde hair.She was on a stool, meticulously going through items with a label maker or 3, and she got up to take us directly to an obscure corner, pointing out the item we were looking for...she went above and beyond!

We definitely do not visit here often because I feel like the prices aren't any better than Target which is down the road. I have never really impressed with their selection of anything. They have very few of basically everything. We visited tonight and the girls section of clothing was pretty pitiful only about 10 shirts per size at most.

I absolutely LOVE this place! TJ Maxx is my all-time favorite department store! I always find the absolute best deals. I buy every gift, for every person, & every time - 90% of all presents come from a TJ Maxx.I always find such great deals and at unbelievable & absolutely UNBEATABLE PRICES!!!I just wish they had Men's shoes... But most importantly, I just wish they'd got more Men's jewelry, like they used to get (All the way up until 2 years ago)! An astonishing large selection with everything... now, lucky to find 1 full price $30 watch! I miss how it was before the pandemic, when it went from 4+ dozen at any given time, down to 0! It's crazy!! Craziness I'm telling ya!!!

This Store, was Somewhat Awesome!! It had some "Yellow Tape", for Renovations/Construction, Still. But the Store, looked literally brand-New! New Items, New Shelving Displays.... This store, kinda looked like what Marshall's/Ross Stores, Would Carry. Brand-Named items, at a Lower Cost!😉 I Would Definitely Shop, at this Store, Many More Times!!😉⭐⭐⭐

Lots of great gifts for everyone this Christmas. Mark em' all of your list in one spot! Took my kids and scored some really awesome clothes, a Columbia jacket and some super cute winter boots. Do check out their make-uo brushes, they had some really nice sets!

This is an average size store filled with the right amount of merchandise. The isles aren't cluttered with merchandise and you can easily navigate around the store. Wonderful selection of clothes, shoes, housewares you name it in a variety of sizes. I had no trouble at all finding a summer dress here on a Sunday. The dressing rooms are nice and clean. They have a glamorous feel to them. Good lighting but they are not using skinny mirrors. I guess that could be a good thing? There was a short wait at check out. All in all I had a good experience and I liked the store.

I love this place!! It really has everything you need. From shoes to clothes, to makeup and dog supplies. You really can’t go wrong here. Plus I take my puppy here so she can get socialize with others people. The sales lady love her. Very friendly and easy to get around. Just love the sales and all the wonderful products for less.

I hate how much I liked shopping here.. Honestly it was great and I appreciate how clean the store is compared to other places. The only con is they don’t carry size 11 womens shoes.. #BigFeet

I am so in love with the store! It is well kept, there are a lot of products to choose from and many different brands. I went in there looking for a certain item and wasn't sure I was going to find it but as soon as I checked the area where that item would be it was well stocked. They even have discounted makeup which is name brand, perfumes and of course clothing. I will for sure be a returning customer!

I had a great experience here. I went for sunglasses and the lady behind the jewelry counter, Molly, had me try some on that had just arrived. She was very helpful, kind, and encouraging. I left with 2 pair of sunglasses and some earrings. The store was clean and well organized.
