I have used Steamway multiple time for carpet cleaning. They also recently installed carpet in our basement and stairs. As always, they did an amazing job. The cleaners were able to get most of the dog stains out of the carpet. I would have never imagined it was possible. I thought I would have to replace it. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone I have been in contact with on the phone or in my home has been very professional and kind. I highly recommend Steamway.

Stacy did an amazing job! We did a full remodel of two bathrooms and our kitchen plus we did new flooring and paint throughout. We had no idea how overwhelming everything could be. Stacy was with me every step of the way and made sure she understood what it was we were looking for to keep things running smoothly and ease a lot of the stress that comes with a remodel. We are so happy with the end results and will definitely refer family and/or friends to her.

Would never go anywhere else! Design Specialist, Stacy, put together beautiful color schemes for my carpet, paint, tile, pleated blinds...everything! Installer, Cody, was such a pleasant, professional and courteous young man. Steamway's quality is EXCEPTIONAL!!

The staff at Steamway are wonderful to work with. Highly professional, prompt and experienced. We ordered window coverings (Hunter Douglas) for the entire house and they were installed by the experts at Steamway. We then ordered carpeting and were very pleased with the installers. Stacy (the designer in the showroom) was a joy to work with and helped us in every step of the way. Highly recommend this store.

We have been using Steamway since 2000 and have never had any complaints or problems. The technicians do an excellent job and are always so professional and courteous. Our carpet not only looks brand new again but is very soft and smells wonderful. Our small dog isn’t the fan of cold winters so we were dealing with pet stains and smell.SteamWay representatives were super friendly and professional! Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm sorry to say but these people don't know how to stick to there own schedule. What happened was they scheduled me for carpet installation on a Monday 8/19 then say they don't have enough man power for that day can they move it up to Friday. I said sure we could do it this Friday 8/16 at what time would you be showing up at. He said between 8:30 and 9 that morning. I said ok I'll see you this Friday morning. Well today being Friday the 16th it's 9:30 am no show. So I call the guy 3 times and finally left a message for him to call me back but no call back. So at 10 am I call again twice and finally get the guy on the phone only to sound half asleep or drunk at first because he didn't know who I was and also didn't answer the phone as a Business. After a couple of minutes of talking he finally recognizes me and says he wasn't suppose to see me until next Friday on the 23rd. Also he mentioned the other half of carpet needing done well be on Monday the 26st. I explained that we agree to getting the first part done today 8/16 and the other half on the 26st. He told me that it was scheduled for 8/23 and 8/26. I'm sorry to say this because it sounds to me he just wanted a four day weekend off instead of sticking to what he had told me. I just found out they did have enough man power and for this guy to tell me different well probably not have a job. As for the rest of this company I can't speak for but it sounds like you folks do a good job. You just need to get rid of the bad apples in this company like this guy.
