Definitely the worst gas station in Weld county went to ice water for my large cup an small water jug and the lady said it would be $1.79 and as I was walking towards the dispensers for the ice water I mentioned that I would just get pop in there for a refill on one of my jugs and she mentioned plus taxAfter filling both jugs up with ice, I used one of their cups because my large cup did not fit her underneath where you could get liquids dispensed because it didn’t and this gentleman came out of the back yelling at me and my child And said we had to pay $1.79 per each cup that was filledLong short after, he kept yelling at me, mind you, as I was talking to him in a regular tone he threatened to call the cops and I told him go ahead and he lied to the dispatcher and said I was stealing sodaHe even went as low as to try and yell at me, while he was speaking to a dispatcher, and said, for me, not to yell at him when he was doing all the yelling the whole time so I called the officers myself and waited there until they came as this was wrong on his part, because every gas station within Weld County you can go to them and typically get ice cold water for your jugs, filled with ice and water for absolutely freeUpon the officers coming there, he lied to them and said we got drinks, and when I showed the officers my empty containers because I poured out what he already told me that I was stealing, even though mind you the woman that worked there heard me say this, and somehow lied to the officers and said there was some type of miscommunication or that she didn’t hear me when she clearly did I demanded a refund for the money that we spent for the refills and they were refusing until the officers went inside and then they gave a full refund and asked that we no longer come to their establishment which is fine. It’s their loss mind you as the public when we go in there to pay for a service. We are paying both of your checks for your income. I would strongly recommend never going to the store to anyone from the general public has this Middle Eastern Men, or whatever dissent he is from is extremely rude and found out that he is supposedly either the owner or manager there. He is very disrespectful and will probably change his ways going forward but again I strongly urge no one go to this establishment and boycott them. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau as well to file a complaint nowhere by those soda machines does it even say you have to charge somebody for ice water or that if you fill up your jug with ice and water, they will charge you per cup even though mind you I only used one cup to try and fill up , my jug with ice and then went to try and fill it up with pop since I was paying for a refill they should not have been a problem. They not only wasted their time my time, but they wasted taxpayers time by calling police officers trying to report a false crime.I would give this place no stars at all but it doesn’t give me that option. Their customer service is horrible. Their friendliness is the lowest I’ve ever seen around town and for a manager/owner to come out that way towards paying customers is extremely wrong and I hope the general public looks at it from my shoes as well and sees to boycott this place because if they did this to me when I do not go to that side of town at all, who’s to say they don’t already do this to the many residents that live in that general areaUPDATE: not theft only a false accusation from an ignorant owner / manager no sighs detail that about cups just a poorly ran store an compared to all convenience, stores this store is a complete rip offOfficers even agreed an is why refund was ordered by them to owner /manager7/11 ,Kum& go , circle K an all convenience, stores in the area never charge for cups of ice water quit robbing the community daily an charge 1.79 plus tax for water an ice in a cup that anybody and everybody can get free anywhere else you are definitely taking advantage of the community in your neighborhood and people should definitely boycott your place

This gas station is not allowing their customers to use their bathroom for years before even the pandemic, I don’t know why the city is allowing this gas station to operate that way. I talked the manager he said he is still dealing with pandemic so he won’t open it. I told him you arbor right he answered shut up and leave. Well I am going to the city and I will make a complain and follow up even if I have to get with the city council about this gas station bathroom deal

Restrooms closed. I stopped to fill the tank and use the bathroom after dropping my child at college. No restroom for customers and looks like it has been this way for many years. Pre-pandemic even based on other reviews here. Should be posted on the pumps before you give them your money.

Did realize a 12 pack of pop is 12 bucks charging a dollar a pop no wonder this place is always empty only when people have to go there I guess don't change it surprised there still in business. I can go in and show my receipt or I can post it here it doesn't matter it won't fix anything still got charged for it

Went to the store today to grab some drinks , I did not see any sign that their bathrooms were broken or out of order. Not sure what's going on in your business but if you have restrooms for paying customers you should have a sign up so we don't have to ask. Very rude service and specially in this dark times !

Clean service station , efficient and courteous staff, good selection of products. The cashier was helpful and she answered my questions even though she was a little preoccupied with cleaning up. Access from the street is not convenient at all, I had to drive around in circles before locating the single entrance point.

completely surprised that a convenience won't let you use their bathroom. i stopped to fill up with gas (45.00) and needed to use the bathroom. this was at 9pm on a tuesday night (7/15) trash cans were blocking the way to the bathroom. the old lady working said that they close the bathrooms at 7:30 pm so they can clean them and then keep them closed. what's the point!!!! very disappointed in this store policy.

Close to home but rather not stop there. There's an older employee with glasses that either she's in a really good mood or in a real bad mood. I got to see both sides and no thank-you I would rather take the next gas station down the street.

Very Clean and convenient.......Nice Staff working there .....Tucked Away, less traffic, a little safer for parents with children to get in and out... Plus Sherry's is Next to a community Landry mat facility that also is very clean......COOL

Nice enough place to stop, could be cleaner but it was satisfactory. Poor customer service not very friendly staff they definitely need to work on their customer service skills and definitely check the expiration date on any product bought at this particular store

If i could give them no stars i would! Horrible place restrooms are always broken according to them.. don't waist your time they over charge for everything.. the Indian guy is super rude... trust me don’t go there... the Mexican stores behind this place is way cheaper.

This store has honestly been going down hill and it's just really pertaining to the price gouging going on here. The owner is a penny pinching goblin. You are honestly best to take your money down to 7/11 or even kum and go. And forget being on EBT and getting items there. I mean I get wanting to make money but just absured to be this greedy.

Seriously, I guess it's "Sherry", please just finally upgrade your' coffee bar already... We all want more flavors, better cappuccinos, marshmallows & whipped cream. Plus, we'll all start coming there, which is closer to a lot of folks, just to give you our money instead, for some beans & water (technically, coffee is actually a 'fruit', but nevermind that, we just require it🤪).

Aweful this caucasian lady wanted to charge me extra cheese for nachos when it was not extra cheese per the manager. But luckfully the manager told her she was in the wrong for trying 2 charge us extra cheese.
