It was a pleasure to take my dogs to this groomer. I've never used grooming services before because I'm a very protective dog parent. This service was recommended to me by a family member and I'm glad I took the recommendation. Friendly, professional and fun, my dogs were in a happy mood even though they hate baths at home, and they look adorable. I appreciate all the little extras and attention to detail. So glad we found Shelly and her dog grooming shop in Greeley. We live in Windsor and would drive hours just to get our dogs groomed with Shelly. Fortunately she’s only 20 minutes from our house and maybe 35 minutes from Fort Collins. She does everything you need and no hidden extra costs. Our two dogs look and smell great. Shell was amazing with our cat. He had never been groomed before and it was a good experience for him. He loved the attention! After returning home we noticed a substantial decrease in shedding. Yesterday as I was taking my parents senior dog, "Ginger" to get her nails done. I realized the place we normally go was closed. So I quickly started searching so I could keep my promise to her. With in minutes Shell sent me a message asking me what could she do for us, and within minutes we were there. She took such good care of her. We will definitely be going back on a regular basis. I was very impressed and pleased by how well they took care of Benjamin, beings this was his first time being groomed. I was honestly surprised he even got in the table for them. I picked up my Goldendoodle pup on Monday! Shelly, and her family, did an excellent job raising him for his first 8 weeks. From before he was born, to his pick up date, Shelly kept me informed and up-to-date on his progress with multiple calls, texts and photos. Shelly, also, had him looking as cute as could be when I arrived. He was freshly bathed, groomed and went home smelling like Pumpkin Spice. We just got our cat back - he’s about 10/11 years old, a little chunkier, and is a very lazy house cat. He doesn’t do a great job of cleaning himself so we now have to take him to a groomer and I’m so glad we did! Especially at Shell’s. Our cat is so so so soft and smells amazing! His nails are trimmed with no issue and when getting him back he is just as happy and normal as he was when he went in! Great quality work, friendly service, and very sensitive and nice to the animals. We will 100% be going back because we will definitely need more cleanings with our lazy baby!

I just want to give a shout out to Shelly Covelli and Shell’s Pet Grooming! Shelly was recommend her for trimming dog nails and let me tell you, she is the FIRST person to successfully trim my Freddy’s nails!! He put up a fight but she stayed calm and loved on him even though he wanted to eat her face (I’m not kidding). His front nails were weapons but not any more. We’re making her shop a regular outing so Freddy can get more and more comfortable with it. THANK YOU, Shelly!

Shelly has always done a great job with both of my dogs. She is professional and my dogs are comfortable with her. I can drop my dogs off with her and go run some errands and she will let me know when they are ready to be picked up. I am comfortable leaving them there with her because I know she will take care of them. My boxer is dog aggressive and cannot be around very many other dogs, I expressed my concerns about that with Shelly and she assured me that the dogs are always kept separate and are always safe. I have never had any issues and I am always very impressed when I pick them up. She even includes photos of the animals after the groom is done, it is such a nice extra touch. I will continue to bring my animals to Shelly for grooming, we have been very pleased!

I took my Berger Picard Riley to Shells Pet Grooming yesterday. Riley had been through a very hard time and his coat was a mess. I didn’t know how to take care of his coat and called Shells for advice. The groomer really went the extra mile calling people who show Berger Picards to insure she didn’t ruin his coat and look. Riley came out beautifully take a look!

I am so thankful I found such an amazing groomer! Shelly and dale are incredible. My dogs came back. Smelling amazing and so so soft. She is so patient and sweet with my dogs. Dale is the only one who I will let handleMy Aussie as he has anxiety and dale is so sweet and patient with him. This is the only groomers I will take the dogs too. Their work is incredible. The shop is so so clean and never smells bad. Also I love the fact they have a self service area too.

Shelly & Dale are both absolutely amazing. They’ve groomed my 3 personal dogs every time I need to get them in & they even groom all of my board & train dogs from my business. They’ve always done a perfect job, each dog has left extremely soft, happy, & clean. I recommend everyone asking me about a good groomer in the area to them. Also side note, my personal dogs are all working dogs in protection & tracking, they’re hard to handle for people they don’t know & that don’t know them. But Dale and Shelly have always handled them in such a great manner!

Shell and her team are very caring and compassionate. My Harvey is a 16 year old poodle bichon mix. He has arthritis, is deaf, and does not see very well. Shell, on our first appointment, immediately made me feel at ease with her professional expertise and gentle and caring manner toward my fur baby.
