Can typically find good deals. This one has better mens shoe selection than Fort Collins' Ross. However, similar to just about every other Ross store, they never have enough registers open, and you have to wait in WAY too long of lines. If it was properly staffed, it'd get a higher rating.

After Covid hit, stock at Ross went incredible down. Probably companies stop producing so less over-stock or "old designs" so less merchandise to sell at ross. But somehow. from all the Ross in North Colorado, they are the one that have the most stock. Like by far.

I have to say that most Ross stores look like thrift stores. Clothes, toy items, are strewn everywhere. People, for goodness sake, pick up after yourselves, this is not your house!

Our Ross in Greeley Colorado is the Best!! The employees are so friendly. The store is amazingly clean! It's very organized! The prices are wonderful! I go everyday or every other day. I can not say enough good things sbout this store! Thank you Ross for having the best service in town! ❤️

Found a couple of hand towels that were the same brand, both marked down but a $1 difference. Asked if I could get them both for the lower price, I was told no! Really!!They only had one cashier, there were 10 people in line and no help for her. Very poor customer service!

The store is alright, decent items. The MOD needs help . Some young guy who stands there talking to another coworker. Literally standing in-between two other registers, chilling, sitting down on the counter...watching the line stack up...with one register open. We were third in line and waited 15 minutes!! I almost took a picture of them standing there gossiping looking at the line.

This place was horrible! bump the cheap prices when you have to shop for your apparel on the floor. The cashier didn't even give me enough time to put my card in my wallet or gather my things she called next with me still trying to get my things in order! Never again!This store was dirty and very disorganized. I would not go back and neither would I recommend anyone else to go their either.

Review is based on a current employee.The short old man with all white hair that is in the Lost & Prevention uniform always gives an uncomfortable feeling with the way he looks at certain people. It has happened more than once during our shopping (different dates) that he stares at my young teenage daughter & my preteen daughter. Mind you they are minding their business. His eyes wonders way too much at all the wrong places of my daughters. I’m certain that is not part of his work description. I finally brought it up with a store manager in hopes that there is a change.

I like to shop there for the prices. If you find something you like, you need to grab it. Chance of it being there again are pretty slim.

Nice store, but checkout lady Dora was in such a hurry to move us along that she did not pack the ceramic bowls properly, did not wait for my card to clear before calling the next people over, and forgot to give me my receipt until I asked for it. I'd understand somewhat if there was a long line, but they had 3 cashiers and only 2 people in line. Felt rushed and not welcomed.

It's a Ross, in Greeley. Sometimes I can find a hidden gem that I am looking for that meets my need or want, but not always. As is the case with most Ross stores in towns like this, it is often a mess. Items strewn all over the place, many items or sizes out of place from where they belong. My wife likens it to a treasure hunt for bargains, which is pretty accurate - especially because you don't always find the treasure on a treasure hunt, but sometimes you do. I go here to look for something I need or want at a good price, and once in a while, I find it under an open pack of underwear in a back corner of the store.

This used to be my favorite Ross but the customer service is trash! There’s a new manager who literally threw away a Kate Spade mini pouch that came with my earrings I purchased because she said that’s the new “policy” She could’ve easily let me have it like every other Ross does…The worse! 👎🏽UPDATE 12/28/21-The customer service at this store has improved ALOT maybe the new hiring manager RYAN has something to do with it. He’s definitely a great addition to this store super nice and friendly and it’s for sure a different vibe shopping since he’s been there. They now get my 5 stars

1st time visiting a ROSS store. I wasn't impressed at all...store unorganized. Couldn't find anything that match, prices are reasonable ....long wait time in line to cashout

I felt like I was at thrift store. Items were thrown all over not organized. They have a great variety. Prices are awesome, Modern designs, Staff was scares, but I still enjoyed looking through the variety of inventory. I bought some great items. So if you can look past the mess, and dig through it all, you will find great styles and values to grow your wardrobe and home.

The wife and I went here on Monday and the store was way too packed, I felt like I was in a hoarder house! On top of that, management was incredibly rude to customers and staff. We witnessed one employee close to tears. The general manager seems to be incompetent and takes that out on his staff. Despite their constant advertising that they’re hiring and they have a “generous discount” I wouldn’t want anyone I know to have to put up with that level of abuse. Corporate should really look into how this manager treats people, especially after reading the other reviews.

Ross is the place to go when it comes to clothes! You can get your kids name brand clothes without going broke! They have a great selection but be prepared that they might have something you like, but not in your size. It's just dependent on what they get in. I have always had a good experience here.

This is a great place for discount clothing. They're stock changes and he get a variety of things at different times how's the year. Some things are Staples like cosmetics and candles that are always in stock but even then it changes to different types of each category. But love their low low prices compared to the regular retailers.

What a joke. You only have 2 cashiers and 7 people in line with carts full and there is 3 employees picking up returns. Your manager decides to send 1 cashier to lunch but doesn't backfill her spot. Wondering why she didn't get another cashier, or if there is nobody qualified, maybe she should have jumped in to help. After already waiting for 15 minutes, I just set all my items on the floor and left. I chose to go to your store instead of Target. Next time I'll just go to Target.

Love Ross! They don't always have everything but what they do have, it is great pricing. I wish we had one where I live (Sterling, CO) so that I/we could go more often but when I'm able to I like to go. The employees have always been nice and friendly everytime I've went.

Typically, I love Ross. My last visit here was terrible. The items were a mess and unorganized. The line was painfully long, despite this, no extra employee were called to the front to help out with the checkout process. There were several people working so I'm not sure why ther customers were not the priority. This location definitely needs some work.

This store is almost always unorganized, clothes on the floor, where they don't belong, messy. The line today was the longest I've seen. At least 20 customers ahead of me. That being said, they do have good deals and the line moved faster than it does when there is less people🤔
