Great location and lag expanse of land to accommodate the cattle and give them room to move around and lie down. The manager is pretty knowledgeable about the business and has great plants to improve and meet customer demands. Was an interesting tour and I learnt alot. Just would need some structural improvements although I know some are in progress.

I’m glad someone is willing to be in this business I can’t imagine trying to find help.The smell.Not sure how profitable it is these days.Place looks like quality operation compared to other feed lots.

They close whenever they decide they want to. 3:30pm, 4:00pm,4:30pm ...I showed up at 3:50pm one day and they wouldn't let me dump corn.
