I paid through door dash for a late night munchie. the restaurant confirmed but the restaurant didn’t make my order even though they had 40 minutes to make it. my dasher waited 20 minutes. I never received my order. if you want a pretzel, get some from walmart or target, that way you get what you want and dont waste time, energy or money!

I feel bad for these kids working at this pretzel maker. It just looks like they absolutely hate their job and can't wait to leave. That being said, if you don't like it, go find something you do like. The customer service is no smiles and they literally have no energy. Why? It's probably because of the free pretzels they get to have lol. Those pretzels are good but I pretty much look like those kids after I eat them. The good thing here is they are pretty fast with the times I've been there and I did manage to get a smile out of one of the workers who worked there. I think the food is average, service is also average and the mall environment is definitely below average.

The most awkward encounter ever. Three kids working there just stood there and stared at us. Not a hi or how ya doing. Then pushed the food out and didn’t say anything. No customer service skills at all. Really weird. Pretzels tasted chewy and were not hot.

Stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes without the worker acknowledging us, 5:05pm on 03-23-23. Another group walked up, employee started taking their order! It took us saying loudly, "Excuse us, we're next" No sorry, Nothing. She did take our order tho. Pretzels we're delicious, customer service was definitely lacking. There were no other people in front of us, I'm really not sure why we weren't helped immediately nor greeted. 2 stars because the Pretzels were good.

Took awhile to order. Got to the front and first they didn't have enough hot dog bites, that's fine I got a smaller order. Then while we were waiting for our order, the gentleman had gloves on and was rolling the pretzels, picked up his phone and then continued to roll the pretzels. Very unsanitary.

I was waiting to order, and the little kids that were working there were fighting over who to take the order. Then when I was going to order the lady said it was going to be a 30 min wait when there was pretzel bites coming out, we then asked what are those ones for?? And they didn't know what to say. They said it wasn't enough to serve. Then we went back to a long line and people waiting for food, and boy employees just sitting around not helping out the girls. One boy was putting dough inside a glove and playing with it. Then two boys in the back were playing and dropped a container of hotdogs, and tried placing it back thinking no one saw. Then I told them about that and I asked for my money back!!! Why would we want to eat there. So unsanitary!!! Worst service ever. The manager BIG BOB should definitely fix this!!!!

Those pretzels are bussin everyone who works there deserves a kiss and a raise for how good those pretzel are made. If they ever tell me to wait, I’ll wait for those damn pretzels and wait happily to know I will be enjoying those pretzels. Everyone is so nice and have a beautiful smile. They got the best lemonade no cap. Will always come to this place no matter what! No matter what pretzels I eat, my mind will always come back to you☝🏼

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve never had issues with this location until recently. The young man working today 5/17/22 ignored us while we stood both in front of the food case and in front of the register. He said hello initially and then ignored our existence. Did not take our order just sat by register and messed around on his phone. Instead of begging him to take my order and my money we decided to go elsewhere. We were the only ones in line at the time. We walked away and while I was at another shop right after walking away he was taking orders from new people in the line. I cannot understand why he chose to ignore us but served others and I am disappointed.

Emily stated that the store closes at 8 but I couldn't order. I watched her sit in the back and do nothing for 15 minutes. I then asked for her supervisors info all she could tell me is his name is Carlos and he was out for a week. Carlos had no contact info. Gotta love kid workers! Thanks Emily

Sunday afternoon at the mall with the kids we ordered 3 pretzels after waiting 10 minutes for 2 customers a head of us and were told rudely it would be 20 minutes. We didn't wait and We won't be back. I feel bad for this business owner in a rough economy like this they can't be making money.

Didn't have what we ordered, or even option to wait for 1 order, guy had gloves on while being on his phone and went right back to touching the dough...glad they are cooked I guess....too bad we had already ordered and paid or we would have left.

I love this place. The pretzel bites are addicting!! I always get the parmesan or the garlic flavors. WAY better than Auntie Annies. I just wish they had more locations.. Awesome place you should go they have ice blue raspberry watermelon and cherry it is reeley good staff are so so nice giving it to staff if your in the greeley mall you should probably check it out its soo cool thanks prenzlemaker love it there I do not know what I would do if they weren't there.

This place has the slowest service ever! 5 people working and a line through the mall and only one of those workers doing anything. I waited20 mins of my break just for drink and the machine wasn’t working. A sign or something would of been nice!

Was the worst experience if have to listen to a manager while I was waiting talk rude and very loud to an employee. With ethics are a must as well as service!!👎👎👎👎
