I searched all over the area trying to find a groomer that would work around my schedule and be willing to work with a large work dog Dakota is a Woolly Alaskan Malamute and she has a lot of undercoat we spent four months on the oil field and so she was really needing some TLC. I found a call at PetSmart she not only worked with my schedule but Dakota is absolutely beautiful. She's had bad experiences in the past but she walked out of there and came to me strutting her stuff. She looks so good thanks Nicole you're amazing!!!

Petsmart in Greeley is a nice place to shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I take my Mini Schnauzer to Reinia in grooming and she is fantastic. My dog loves her.

Wayyyy overpriced, try to upsell vet services. Beware, BIG money grab at Banfield. All about the do nothing shareholders. Remember when vets were affordable? Remember when pet insurance wasn't a thing? I do, very well. Apparently many now can't afford a dog. 🙄

I had an appointment for my dog to get groomed. He had his rabies vaccination done at petsmart about a month prior. They would not accept him into the appointment without a paper copy if his rabies vaccination. They wouldn't even accept his new updated rabies tag. Maybe consider using the same system so you can pull up all the information.

The staff so far have been so nice and helpful here. They don't hover, which is awesome. Whenever I had a question or needed help they are right there. The only down side I find, as a reptile owner, almost every time I go in all the feeder dubia roaches seem to be dead or dying. That could be the shipment's fault but it was disappointing since my lizard will only eat those roaches. So I go there for fish supplies, cat and dog supplies too. Food for my lizard though, I go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE. We filled out all the forms online and clearly told them our dogs breed, weight, and added a picture. We drive 30 min to our appt and they turn us away because “he’s too big” and they said they needed a manager to groom him. Terrible service.

Update: Filed a complaint with the corporate office. They were less than pleased with the customer service we received from the manager at this location :)Original: The manager lied claiming they don't price match dog food and refused to price match even though there is nothing in the store policy that backs up her claims. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Grooming in GreeleyI had an amazing experience with Renae and Neisha at PetSmart grooming in Greeley on 01/22/21! I was dog sitting my mom’s Australian shepherd and was able to convince her to let me get Kea groomed. Kea is 13 years, long haired Australian shepherd, and she has never been to a grooming appointment before (ever). It’s been basic brushing every two-ish weeks and an occasional bath at a dog self-wash station but that’s it. I took her in and her entire belly, butt, neck, chest, and legs were completely matted. Renae told me she would probably need her whole belly shaved and that I had to agree to that for them to even accept her because leaving matted fur after a bath could cause health problems for the dog. My mother specifically said no trimming or cutting so I mortifyingly agreed and returned home to consider my inevitable death upon my mother’s return to a shaved dog. The appointment took 4.5 hours but when I went to pick her up I was speechless. It was like taking home a different dog! They had managed to brush out all the matted fur so she didn’t need any shaving and they did a beautiful and practical sanitary trim of long hair around her butt. She was so sleek and smooth and soft! Before I dropped her off her coat was very oily, rough, and she smelled bad. They also said they did her nails and trimmed her feet with no problem. My mom said she’s never been able to get her nails trimmed because she would growl and was really bad about getting brushed. Renae told me she was very good for everything and they didn’t have any problems at all with her behavior. Kea knew how pretty she looked and spent the rest of the weekend prancing around and showing off. The transformation was truly incredible and I am so grateful to the wonderful dedicated staff! When we were leaving the store, entering customers even said she was a professional show dog in response to a kids question (she’s not, but has never been remotely close to looking like one before)! My must feel so much better to have the matted fur brushed out and much of her undercoat brushed out!First few pictures are before pictures, the rest are all after pictures!

I go to every petsmart all over the place and always price match my dogs food with purinaforprofessionals. I'm a licensed Veterinary technician and have never had an issue price matching anything. Until greeley, they denied the price match. The manager was extremely rude about it. I went to another petsmart to get my dogs food and the price match was excepted like always. I was told by that petsmart that the reason for denial at greeley is because their store employees can't get the same discount. News flash. You are retail associates not Veterinary professionals, there is no reasonthey shouldget the discount. I will not be going back to this location and i am going to call corporat to file a complaint against the store.

I went to price an item and found the perfect treat for my furr-baby. He absolutely loves it. He is still a pup and teething, and this biscuit gives him a lot of chewing time. The are nit expensive and come in 2 sizes.

I went in here today to look at cats and to hopefully adopt one. But I was told that it's by appointment only. Unless I'm mistaken, I saw nowhere online or anything that an appointment is needed. And. Apparently the adoption person that handles all of it, called out from work today :(

The pet store in Greeley is go and get. My dog treats started looking at fish stuff now that i'm a Fish owner. Their fish department needs to get improved. It seems like it needs more fishes. The water looks dirty. Some look clean but someone really dirty. They need to upscale third fish department. Service, sometimes they only have 1 person at the register. And there's about 4,35, people in line. That's one thing they need to work on That seems like other places at other petsmart how about issue with register.

I'm extremely disappointed in their insurance plan for dogs. It's hard to get pet visits that you pay for with your insurance Also, they keep raising the prices on the insurance andPet services Such as surgeries Medicines,And visits!!!!!! But hey at least they're friendly

Wanted to give a shout out to the grooming team at this store! It was our first time taking our little Papillon to this store to get groomed and they did an amazing job with grooming him. Before we left him Esther, the groomer that had checked him in, not only had a positive and upbeat attitude, but was also extremely helpful with the whole grooming process -- super early in the morning. She was also very attentive to his stress level and ensured that he was comfortable with his surroundings before we left which we greatly appreciated. Awesome service!

My grandson’s African Dwarf Frog passed away and I needed to replace her AND make sure it didn’t happen again. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable, gave us tips on how to take care of the frog better and even looked for a take home pamphlet. She took time with us and answered all our questions. ❤️

Had to take 2 kitties in for Distemper shots. It's a stressful situation for all. But we were in and out within 20 min! I brought them in to the counter the tech was waiting and cheerfully took them back one at a time while I waited out in the waiting room. The staff made the whole process quick and easy. I was doing the checkout while they were coming out. And we were on our way! My 2 boys had treats and stayed relatively content as we headed home. One was panting and stressed. When we made it home he made it too his kitty bed for a long nap. But I was overall impressed with the entire experience. Thank you for the great service again!

So horrible I wish you could give no stars with a review. My ole lady got a cat from the humane society about a week and a half ago and the cat needed to be bathed trimmed and a de-shed brushing. Well my lady gets the cat back looking exactly the same as it did when she dropped her off and charged her $52.00 so we will never being going back ever again. Stylist name is Renee K. Don't recommend going to this PetSmart I don't even know how there review rating is still 4 stars but it's terrible avoid until all employees get replaced and is managed correctly again.
