It was OK, BUT WAS NOT HAPPY ANOUT THE GROOMING! TOE NAILS NOT CUT, LOT OF HAIR IS STILL ON HIM DON'T LOOK LIKE HE WAS BRUSHED. NOW I HAVE TO THINK DID THEY CLEAR HIS EARS, BRUSH HIS TEETH, I PAID OVER $80.00 AND GAVE A $5.00 TIP. ANYWAY I WILL NOT BE BACK IT WAS JUST A VERY POOR JOB!THANK YOU

Henrietta was knowledgeable and very good to my dogs. She took time to explain the process of grooming and asked what I was looking for. At the end of our visit, she took time to also recommend an ear solution to use and found the least expensive one. She also helped by giving me information for future visits. She was great!

Very hectic. The groomer was nice. The haircut was a little too short, but well done except they skiffed his back near his tail. He has a shaved line from mid back to his tail. The lady who checked me out at the grooming desk was extremely rude and didn't have time for ANY questions. Best to go to private groomers for sure.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The workers are incredible! They are ALWAYS excited to see my frenchie, Basil and always are able to fit her in day of. They remember her and she clearly feels comfortable and happy going with them! Basil went in to get groomed on her birthday and they all literally signed a birthday card and gave her a birthday doggie bag! It was so special and thoughtful! Really rare to find people so caring in a large corporate business setting like them! Thank you for making our girl feel so loved and beautiful!

The lady that groomed Remy, said that she, Remy, growled at her and bit her twice. Remy is a very well trained German shepherd dog is very obedient and has yet since I have known her or own her bit anyone for any reason. She is not an aggressive GSD. The groomer also warned me that if we ever brought Remy back and she growled or bit at anyone she would never be allowed there again. I understand that if my dog was aggressive but she is not. After I left the store I put Remy in the front seat of my truck. I walked around the truck and got in the driver side and reached for Remy. Remy flinched when I went to pet her head, she has never flinched when I've went to pet her head or anywhere on her body. I would like to know what the groomer did to my dog to make her growl or bite at her. Dogs will usually only bite or growl at someone if they feel threatened or if they were hit by that person which is one in the same. The groomer was very snotty with me about my dog. Remy was babe and brushed, when I got her home she is still throwing her coat horribly. I have had to brush her and still got a bunch of fur out of her undercoat. I am not pleased whatsoever with the grooming or the service.

Crystal did a great job with Millie! I had trouble with her last haircut but Crystal was diligent in asking what was not right before I left and she double-checked to make sure I was satisfied when I picked her up. Thank you, Crystal!

The groomer listen to me when I explained my dog dose not like the blow dryer, instead they gave him extra towels and a good rub down to dry him off. I've had groomers in the past get bit by my dog because they insisted on using the dryer and he can't get away. They also worked around my dogs fear of men and had a women work with him.

Made appointment for my Dog, he gets scared and nips but never did attempt to bite anyone (only growled) after not even a minute of having my dog behind closed doors the worker brought him back and said she couldn't do it and sent us on our way. I made a new appointment with the Petco in Cheyenne Wyoming because they had already groomed Yoda once before and the Petco in Cheyenne even called to confirm appointment and let me drive over an hour from Greeley Colorado just to be denied service because the Greeley Colorado Petco listed Yoda as a threat. No apologies or nothing. Will not step foot back in a Petco ever.
