My personal experience at the Greeley location has always been phenomenal; the staff and manager are always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.Ollie has been there every single time I've gone in and was able to calm Me down once when I walked in frustrated with their app as well as their website; she was able to override the items that were actually in stock with the 10% online discount and extremely pleasant in doing so. Ollie is always outgoing when I've walked in to pick up additional items. She's always very cheerful and pleasant to interact with.Last night I walked in for My online order because of a similar app/website issue and Barb and Rachel were also very pleasant in assisting with overriding items that were listed as "not available" for an online order and as frustrating as it is to have to go into the store for curbside pickup and having to explain to the store staff/manager I've just had to get used to it. ‍On that note this review is based on the store staff not the app nor their Petco website they both have their cat food/supply inventory totally off.It is My hope that this matter will be addressed and resolved soon; it's been an ongoing issue for 5+ years and with today's technology one would think that it would have already been resolved. Come on Petco IT personnel; take care of this already!Items that were "not available"; supposedly.‍

Tried to book an appointment, on a new adopt..This clinic has seen another animal previously of mine and was a wonderful clinic.. However this time Receptionist was rather rude and would not accommodate me on booking for my newly adopted dog..?? Apparently doesn't want my business , even though I told her I had a concern..??Not good customer service! And not concerned about my Animals well being.

I took my highly anxious dog here for grooming. Manny (Manuel) the grooming manager was FANTASTIC. My dog loved him and he did such a great job. I highly recommend this grooming facility. I used to go to Petsmart and was displeased with the cut and the service there a few times. Petco has been nothing but fantastic. Manny will be my go-to.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! I came here back and October to get my yorkie groomed and the groomers made my dog bald. Which at the time I decided it was ok that her hair would grow out and she just fully grew her hair back in December!!! Fast forward to today I went to get her groomed and I specifically explained to the groomer how I wanted her groomed( 1 inch down on her fur, trim her face a bit, and cut her nails) I just went and pick up my dog and she’s completely bald!!! I’m very disappointed because I decided to go back and thought with me vividly explaining to the groomer what I wanted and even mentioned my past experiences and yet I still get the same results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR GROOMING. My dog has no fur to stay warm in the winter!!!!! The first 2 pics are after the groom, last 2 before the groom.

Manny is an excellent groomer. He took care of our 2 aussie's. It was their first time, and they were totally at ease and looked awesome! I would highly recommend Manny!

I scheduled my dog a bath , nail trimming, and a teeth brushing and it took 2 hours just to bathe him. They never clipped his nails also never cleaned his ears. And his breathe and teeth was never done. I suggest to never bring your pets here. Find someone else

I think this is definitely a better store than petsmart however they need to update their online store times. I drove all the way across town to get my ferrets food after work when I got there it was 8:06pm which the site says it closed Thurday at 9pm. But on their hand drawn times on the store window it says 8pm. The lady was just locked the doors as I was walking up and she did not make any eye contact just started vacuuming. Keep your times updated online so people don't waste their time.

I'm a I'm a fish owner. And they tend to have their Fish Tank. Clean the only thing that I do not really like that. It is way too crowded. Every time you go to either buy fishes or look at fishes. To see what's out there seems like you're always running or bumping into people. It's too crowded there when there are more people. They need to expand their fish department. That's my opinio

Rebekah is by far the sweetest person to help care for my shy pup. My 3 year old long hair shepherd mix absolutely adores her visits and always comes home looking great. She is the only person I trust with my girl anymore 🙌We have also had 3 phenomenal visits with Dr. Vega and her staff is always respectful and caring of our animals.

Your CEO cares only about money. He got "fancy" with the business model and now we're paying for it. A year ago, 3oz cans of Wellness cat food were at $1.09. Then you took advantage of the pandemic, and you decided to get into pet healthcare, and now we're all paying for it.Sorry, PetPal, you rather suck. Badly.

The vet clinic Vetco is ran by a very unprofessional and judgmental doctor. She would not treat my little tiny 7lb Min Pin. Dr. Vega did not even try to help accommodate us or help us in any way. I feel like she was busy that day so she was very quick to dismiss us as customers and say he was too vicious. HE WEIGHS 8lbs. Her vet tech was great! I wrote another bad review on the Vetco website and the owner reached out via the review to tell me to reach out. Probably to make sure it LOOKS like they did their due diligence. I have reached out 3 times now with zero response. I will continue to write bad reviews until someone gets ahold of me. Thanks!

I was not able to order my Great Danes food online as it was not available. I went in hoping to find some that maybe wasn’t showing online. Unfortunately the only bag of my dogs food was a $12 5lb bag. I usually get the 45lb bag. As I have two fully grown Danes, that 5lb bag didn’t do much. Petsmart doesn’t carry their brand so we had to get the small one. This happens time and time again where we are scrambling to find them their food. We’ve even had to go to Loveland petco to get their food. It’s very frustrating, especially considering how much we spend on that food.

The employees are pretty friendly and I usually find what I need for my birds. However, it saddens me to see the Conures, parakeets, and other birds they get in for the ridiculous price. I went in the other day and the green cheek that is there, only had a ladder to stand on. No toys or anything for stimulation. And its tail looked all frayed and soiled with poop. The 2 cockatiels also looked bored and tired, possibly sick because they didn’t look very perky. I wish Petco and Petsmart would stop selling these poor birds for profit to people who don’t always know about the proper care of birds.

I like Petco when they have items on sale and when the price on the shelf actually matches the price that rings up at the register. On several occasions this was not the case and there’s no explanation for why they don’t match up. You can bet that the price is ALWAYS higher when it rings up. This is annoying enough to take away 2 stars. It’s a shame too, because they have a large selection of dog food, treats and toys.

They've always had the stuff we need, and the employees are very friendly. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we almost always end up waiting in line for a while because there is usually only 1 person on the registers.

I am pleasantly surprised with this Petco. The store is always clean, the staff supportive, knowledgeable and insightful and the food selection is above normal. Joining their rewards program can save you a couple bucks as well!
