It does not take a rocket scientist to look at an order and eliminate the ingredients that were supposed to have been allergy flagged. It’s incredibly disheartening to get all the way home and finding a very deliberate mix of gluten and gluten free for an allergy. Of course a restaurant will never be able to guarantee safety, but this was a clear and deliberate decision to include this amount of gluten noodles. Beyond unimpressed and can’t believe the waste of money.

Food was lovely, though that wasn't a surprise because it is incredibly consistent across all locations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and very welcoming. The only reason I cannot give atmosphere five stars is because the ice machine appears to have been possessed. It will randomly spit ice out at you at random times, and it will get you wet, and if you are wearing open toed shoes it may hurt your toes 🤣Vegetarian options: Nearly all of the menu options, excluding some of the sides, can be ordered with either an impossible meat, or tofu, or no protein at all.Dietary restrictions: The staff seem very comfortable with removing or changing one or two ingredients out of certain dishes, so I imagine if you had a dietary restriction they would be happy to accommodate in whatever way they are able to.

This noodle and company location consistently provides amazing service. I usually order them through door dash and I always recieve my food in a timely manner. Today, I was surprised by a small chicken noodle soup instead of the side that I ordered. Thank you for providing top notch service!! 💗

Noodles were slightly oily but flavors were nice. Meatballs were tasty though a tad salty. Pricing is fair. Great employees who had the order ready as promised.

Ordered a large bowl when food came out it was half the size of the lg bowl so not cool and noodles didn't fully taste cooked and not worth it for what you pay for so if you don't mind spending alot of money to get a half portion then go for it but I recommend some of the food here they do have healthy optionsWheelchair accessibility: Access to get in is great

I absolutely love this noodles more than the center place one. However I went there twice this week and both times didn’t receive what I ordered. The first time was a deal with a Mac, drink and a rice crispy. Didn’t get the rice crispy. This time on the app you’re able to get a free entree with a purchase the 2nd time using. The worker I ordered with was unable to speak up and I couldn’t hear anything she was saying to me. I used my discount so I won’t be able to use it again and didn’t get the 2nd meal.

Place was small, evening time, yet not a soul was in the resteraunt. The food was good not exactly great but seemed like something that could be.whipped up at home tbh. The resteraunt building inside and out was up to par structure and cleanliness wise. Workers were really nice and helped us with our questions on specific order requests. Place was very upkepts inside and out. Just don't seem like a hot spot more like an acquired taste spot.

Honestly, this is the first time I've ever left a bad review for Noodles and Company. It's always been a fave of mine, being a Celiac - I'm allergic to gluten/wheat so I like getting their gf noodles and have never had an issue in several years. However, Weds (June 14, 2023) at lunch time, (around 1:30pm) my husband and I went there and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to my husband when he asked for gluten free, she SNAPPED at him "NOTHING is guaranteed gluten free" (interesting all the other stores don't have issues but she did) and made us the most disgusting bowls I've ever had ANYWHERE. The spinach was wet, mushy, and looked and tasted dirty like mold, the chicken was dryer than I have ever had, anywhere...it was so disgusting, I couldn't eat a 4th bite. This was the absolute WORSE experience we ever had with Noodles and Company and I don't judge the other stores since they always seem to be polite and provide us with good service and food. But that girl needs to be fired from any and all food service. I cannot believe the lack of care for an allergy that Noodles and Company goes out of their way to provide for us Celiacs, but she couldn't be bothered.Later that afternoon, I had my swelling and sharp pains in my side where my Duedenitis that WAS in remission had re-inflamed and the only thing that causes that is GLUTEN. I also suffered bleeding after her poisoning me with my allergy. Its not a joke. Its a REAL allergy. She poisoned me because she couldn't be bothered.Considering legal advice now. It was absolutely 💯 her fault. We will never go back to that restaurant again. After years of being noodles and company customers, we won't be poisoned and treated rude that way, again.

Overall the vibe was, we're too busy for in person orders and mostly focused on fulfilling doordash. 10/10 would not recommend. Listen, for the price of the food, and what you get, that's a no for me dawg. Like, what I ordered vs what I got was like a regular tiktok ad scam. Had always wanted to try this place, and pretty disappointed, and won't bother again. Anyway, small portioned gas-station like food for the cost of a dine-in. Nah.

The curbside doesn’t actually exist I have ordered curbside in the past and we wait 30 minute and we go in and say we don’t do curbside. If you order the adult small it’s the same size as the kids a courter of the regular. Crispy hard food okay

Absolutely the worst Noodles & Company in Colorado. The smell as you walk in the building was nauseating. Overall cleanliness is disgusting. Bathrooms were unclean and so were several empty tables. Hygiene of the cashier was embarrassing. My noodles were extremely undercooked and so were the zucchini noodles someone else in my party had ordered. Service was not prompt or efficient. This is all disappointing because I am a huge fan of the wide variety of gluten free options and always feel very safe eating in a Noodles and Company. As to why I feel it was important to write a review because it was a disappointing experience and much improvement is needed at this location. I will pick something else if I'm ever in this part of Colorado again.

Every item in my delivery order was wrong, even though my order instructions were written on the container lids. One entree was supposed to have steak and extra cheese added, as well as mushrooms and spinach removed. There was no steak or extra cheese, but plenty of mushrooms and spinach. The other entree was supposed to have mushrooms removed, but I seem to have received extra mushrooms. Credit where credit was due, the base flavor was good, however, sifting out the stuff I can't eat took long enough that the food was no longer fresh nor hot when I was able to dig in. Big letdown.

Food tastes like it had been cooked hours before, stored separately in a warmer, mixed together and microwaved for ten seconds. Shredded pork was completely dried out and crispy. Usually Noodles and Co is reliable and it's been a while since I've been to this location, but that was the least satisfying food I've had anywhere in a very long time.

The delivery driver left the food on the front porch where it sat and got cold after we waited for over an hour. Granted I understand the quarantine...but who leaves food on the patio without even ringing the doorbell or notifying the customer?Food was good after we re-heated it.

Fast and friendly staff. Always willing to answer your questions, and they're always apologetic if you have to wait it all for your order. All in all it's a good crew, and the food is great!

Noodles & Company is our go-to place on the weekends while out and about. The reason we like the place is because the food choices variety, the food quality is very consistent, and the prices are very reasonable. So if you are in the budget and you have a big family like me this is a great place to go to make everyone happy. The place will offer you salads, vegan and vegetarian options, and slew of comfort cheesy melty food choices that will satisfy every appetite in your household. Yummy place to be easy comfort food. Highly recommend

For the price was way too high. I had spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs so hard had to cut them with a knife. Order side order of cheesey bread and got 3 small pieces of bread for 3.75. 1.25 each. The cheese you could lift off in one piece. The small mac and cheese ok. Korean noodles ok. Alfredo noodles also ok. Very disappointed. Was my first time but I won't becoming back

Service was terrible! We walked in and seriously had to wait like 5 minutes for the employees that were walking around to acknowledge us. Then, one guy to our order, I had to tell him THREE times what I wanted! Then another girl came and he had her take over. Turns out he hadn't actually taken my order at ALL!! She asked me everything all over again. They were out of silverware, napkins...we kept having to get up to ask them for stuff since it wasn't where it should have been

This place is a disaster. 3 out of the past 5 times ive ordered from here they messed it up. Noodles under cooked, wrong veggies, no cheese, no chicken. That was just one dish. The best they would do was refund it. Dont go here. Ever.

The noodle dish was pretty good, but the salad was terrible. The person working the register didn't hear us order a grilled chicken caesar salad and started making the side version. Clarified what we wanted and got money out to pay for the difference. They said no it's fine then slapped a few pieces of cold pulled chicken on the salad to "make it right." The people were nice to us and I appreciate that, but the experience ended up being a let down anyway

I usually get food to go, but while waiting for food I'm sitting there feeling like the place needs to be updated. Tables feel sticky, and it doesnt feel like a place I want to sit and eat my food. The food is typical of a Noodles Restaurant, service good and the wait not too long.

We showed up at 6:45 on a Friday night and waited 5 minuets in line with only one person in front of us. While 1 staff lady was responsible for taking walk in orders, phone orders, Order up orders, and cleaning off tables. After we placed our order ( that was only 1 buttered noodle) we waited another 20+ minutes before we received our order. While we were waiting we witnessed several messed up orders, and complaints. No sense of urgency from the staff other than the girl up front. We eat at noodles all the time and this was the worst experience we have ever had.

I was disappointed in the outdated menu and product availability. The staff didn't seem to enjoy being here. To top it off the food quality has declined. Overall Noodles has become among my least favorite company.

Ordered a Ceasar salad online for in store pick up. Order was 12 mins behind stated ready time listed online. The salad dressing was pretty good in flavor however, the amount of chicken you get is absolutely ridiculous, and the price for the amount of lettuce and meat you get is very over priced.Would come back to try a pasta but never again a salad.

A fine establishment with great food and great service. However when a police officer walked in a cook in the back with arm tattoos started doing gang whistles and brought a 5 Star experience down to 1. There is no excuse for such behavior and any self respecting restaurant owner would fire him with no recourse and be far more scrutinizing in their hiring choices in the future. Noodles has a great reputation but one foolish employee can drag that reputation through the mud.
