This is the most aggressively average store in town, and it's very depressing to see.Before they moved, this store had amazing selections of whole grains and natural spices, lots of wares, rare extracts, and whole isles dedicated to niche but helpful ingredients that you really can't find anywhere else in greeleyNot to mention, the staff was glowing, educated, and well trained on the frequently changing layoutThere was never a point where I felt alienated, lost, or discouraged to come here based on the actual location itself or its logistics, which are all now problems this location suffers fromit really feels like this store has lost a lot of the soul that made it a special experience to come in, almost to the point where going to even commercial stores in town feels like a viable option for a less uncomfortable experienceIf you aren't looking your most put together, the staff give you cold glances and have a strangley passive-agressive tone, I dont even think I've seen a single person there with a smile, fullstop.their variety has dropped harder than the bass at a Tomorrowland concert, and they don't even stock their unprocessed grains and spices anymore outside of a very anemic little half-isle wayyyyyyyyy over in the cornerI've also seen things like visibly expired products on shelves, such as dairy based goodsThey kept thier area dedicated to extracts but I noticed alot of the current stock is mixed in with snake oil products that have some actively harmful ingredients, which, does not feel like it's in line with the stores marketingHigh prices I expect, it's always been that way, that's just the cost of getting quality organic products these days, I can't fault them there especially in this economyBut this place really went from vegetarian health super food disneyworld to exactly what you think of when you hear the term "angry vegan convinience store" in overall toneThere is no magic to it anymoreNot to mention strange details like the super locked down restrooms and the (i counted them) 12 cameras all locked on the checkout stands, or the fact that the price tags are so small my glasses need glasses to kinda maybe sorta not really read them 2 inches from my face.This is not criticism coming from a place of malice, but disappointment from a customer of almost 8 yearsI really want to see this place succeed, but I feel like I can't give them my full business if the default for their experience quality is uncomfortable at best and day ruining at worst

I had no idea that this store was here. For someone who has memories associated with this "downtown" area for 60+ years, I thought the interiors of the store was beautiful, but you should sue whoever talked you into signing this lease. The area has been overtaken by crime,gangs and a sprinkling of immigrant shops. No one goes downtown anymore unless they are going to the courthouse. They fast talk you corporate people who do not know the area. I owned a pet shop not far from you. It was in a1908 house. I'd look out west to compete with the other health store. I don't think you will have enough traffic to support this beautiful store. Yes some college students are near but you need to be out hwy 34 by bed bath and beyond. Good Luck!

Being a health conscious vegetarian that uses a lot of natural items while living in a meatcentric agricultural area this place is a life saver! They usually have what I need and can't find at the standard grocery stores in town. They have a nice selection of products available and can usually order something for you if you are looking for something they don't stock. Having the store here saves me a trip to Fort Collins.

Super awesome store! They have so much variety. There's dairy-free yogurt with no added sugar, goat milk yogurt, almond, and more. I love how you find the majority of items without added sugar. There are much better options for cereals as well. I was able to find some for my kids with only 9 grams of added sugar. (organic cane sugar). They loved it! This was my first time going and I will most definitely be going back. Overall it's a very clean store with everything in place. Finding products is very easy. The associates are friendly and patient. It's worth checking out for healthier foods, snacks, produce, or drinks.

Really clean and the staff is very nice. They were great with helping me locate items in the store. They are to expensive for us to shop. The sale pricing is for members only. That was kind of confusing. My bacon was sale priced 2.99. But ended up being 7.89. So you better be member to shop there. Plus remember to bring your own bags or purchase them there.

So glad to have a quality store with real options for those of us with dietary restrictions. I'm a celiac and I pretty much just shop only at this store now because I don't really need to go to any other store. Some things are slightly more, but in my opinion worth it. They offer a wide variety of options. Candies medicines, supplements, foods, foods, vegetables, dairy, vegan and gluten-free fare.

Sunday, August 28 @ approx 9:00 am - cashier could not be bothered to do anything but the minimum.Greeting: (probably not required but was not offered) so, we said, "hello!" No response.Ring up of items:She rang up the 6 items and shoved them over to our bag, said the price out loud and asked if we wanted our receipt.Bagging of groceries: (again, probably not required) She did not offer or even move to bag our items. I went ahead and grabbed them to put them in the bag. In the process, I messed up the flyers on the counter and apologized for doing so. She said, "that happens a lot" I, in an attempt to end the interaction on a positive note, said: "Well they should give you something to put them in and organize them a bit. Then I smiled. She looked at me and took a sip of her water, saying nothing.The store was clean and well stocked. We shop here frequently and truly enjoy the experience most times. This, however was really below the standard of the company and this store in particular.

This is our go to place for distilled water. Their reverse osmosis distiller is easy to use and fills fast. I don't trust drinking Greeley water from tap.If you are a member, you can get the cost per gallon lower.

Nice store. Very nice staff. The lady we spoke to knew exactly where the two items were that we requested. The prices do make you grimace, so the experience is not completely painfree.

Going here is an experience. It it always clean, smells good, the produce section is beautiful, and the store is both well-stocked and well-organized. You’d be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for upon visiting. Better prices and quality of goods than Sprouts, in my opinion. Again, the store is immaculately organized and has so many wonderful items.

We shop Natural Grocers for their natural products and organic vegetables. They are close by, so they're convenient to us. As with any store, some of their employees are not so nice. Wish the management would give the staff a lesson on being cheerful and curtious to their customers, it makes shopping a much better experience. So, unless we're in a hurry, we'll be shopping at "Sprouts".

Not a store ill be back to, overpriced "special diet foods" vegan/gluten free foods mostly. The only things I found that I would eat was far more expensive then anywhere else (50-100% more). Most these foods can be found at the regular grocery store for cheaper with a different just as mass manufactured brand as the these unheard of brands, but there are people that need to feel like their better then everyone and their $h1t don't stink or have special religious diets and this is a great store for you, and the rest of us don't mind your no longer crowding the regular persons store.

I stop in to get my yummy and healthy Fossil Fuel donuts (in the refrigerator section) then I wander around. Lots of unusual but good products. Healthy! Next time you're in check out those donuts in aisle one! Staff could be more helpful as others have said.

Wouldn't let me return or even exchange a probiotic I used one time that made me sick.... I came back in the store within 12hours of purchasing the item.... looks like I'll start shopping at sprouts across town again. I live 3 blocks from your location and I will never shop here again.

I love the experience when I go grocery shopping here. The facility is very clean and the people are wholesome. The variety is great! Knowing about the products is something I enjoy hearing from the employees.

My favorite grocery store by far! I love supporting a Colorado based business, they care about the quality of the products they sell and their customers. They are the only grocery store that has 100% organic produce and the highest quality by far. The employees are very knowledgeable and so friendly and personable. It is like visiting with family and I appreciate them so much!

This health-focused grocery store has a great produce selection and promotes local brands. While most items are on the expensive end of food products, the quality always matches the price. This place has an extensive quantity of vitamins and natural soaps and cosmetics. The customer service here is beyond excellent with very knowledgeable staff!

I get so giddy everytime I make the trip into town and sometimes I go just so I can visit and find the finely curated foods and grocery at natural grocers. The ladies are incredibly helpful and are always happy to see my goat pictures. Can't say enough great things.
