This review is for the Framing department. I placed a order for a mat to be cut on Thursday(12/09) and was told the longest it would take would be 2 days. Come Tuesday still haven't heard anything, I call and wait on hold for almost 30 mins just for someone to get on the line to say they have my order and they will get it started today(Tuesday 12/14). Are you kidding me!? Why wasn't it started already, I paid $60 and it hasn't even been done yet? How long does it take to cut a mat?I'm never giving my framing needs to this department ever again! Ridiculous!Update: got the mat and it was completely wrong size both width and length! Called to talk about getting a new one or a refund and got hung up on. Drove to the store and waited for a new mat to be cut and measured again.

The Michael's store in Greeley is an exceptional Michael's. They have a current inventory and the staff is more than helpful in assisting the customer with finding exactly what they need/want. The facility is clean and not cluttered. The staff is not only helpful but they are also courteous.

Perfect arts and crafts store for the hobbyist. Aisles are a little narrow, so bumping into people is commonplace. This is in fact the case in every Michael's I've ever been to. Prices aren't too bad. Selection of everything is abundant. Regular half off sales on frames. The only thing that could make this place better, widen the aisles.

Michael's had exactly what I was looking for, a specialty picture frame. AND it was on sale for almost exactly the amount of my gift card. I splurged and added a lip balm, that is badly needed this time of year.

I have had the most amazing experience doing custom framing at Michaels! Jeff guided me to choose mats and little extra details, like a black extra border before the mat that really makes the print stand out. And he even thought about the material of the mat and colors that would truly go with my original signed Shane Miller print that is also on canvas. And why choose glass versus acrylic etc. So many things I would never have thought of. He does it all out of the love for art since he does not get commissions. He was honest when you wanted feedback and so helpful. The frame we got help to pick out as well is so beautiful. I loved what he said about the 4 wows. One when you first choose your art, one at the computer screen mock up, one at the reveal of the framing, and lastly on your wall!

I went in to drop off a package for UPS to pick up, the employee was nice. I walked around the store since I was already there, very clean location with lots of clearance as sales. I didn't buy anything this time but I got some ideas for my kids birthday and Christmas gifts as I walked around (never to early to think about these things lol)

This store is always well kept and there are plenty of staff around asking if you need anything. We had a gentleman by the name of Don who was our cashier and he was very friendly and was patient with my son while he was counting his money to pay for his items. He had a nice conversation with us while we were waiting. We need more people like Don in this world.

This location always has great customer service and amazing sales!!! If you time it right, you can do a mystery bundle box and end up getting potentially over $100 worth of stuff for $5-$10.

My husband and I had an encounter with ‘Dani’ who stated she was the ‘supervisor’. I brought it up to her attention that I would like to know why my husband and I were being followed by one of the employees while shopping (Mind you we were there about 30 minutes prior to speaking with her). She stated that she had sent the employee to keep an eye on us because a lot of “sketchy people” have been walking out the store with unpaid items. Long story short , she had racially profiled my husband & I. She goes on by having a smirk on her face as I was trying to get her to understand what she was doing was not okay.

Generally have good sales, be sure to compare sales prices with other local stores. Many times the sales price is the regular price at competitor stores, and they almost always have the same type of items on sale.They have a great selection on almost all items. Not to mention Really cute home decor, fun kids activities, all the craft items you could need.
