This is an absolutely wonderful Toyota dealership. I will never go anywhere else for my maintenance. Todd in service is absolutely outstanding! He helped me schedule my maintenance and service quickly and efficiently! Brandon (parts manager) was beyond helpful with finding exactly what I was looking for! He went as far as to show me an example that they had in the shop that morning! Lucy at the front desk is so personable and easy to talk to. Overall my experience with these three individuals well exceeded my expectations. I will be back to see all three of them as I continue to build my dream 4runner! Thank you all for being so kind, efficient, and helpful!!

Have been going to McDonald Toyota Greeley for 3-4 for years for routine maintenance and what not and everything has been great. I recently upgraded my pickup and got a new Tacoma. I worked with Gin and everything from start to finish was great. Put my money down and was given a time frame of when the truck would arrive and it arrived sooner than later. Thanks Gin for the hard work and just being a good dude!

Greg Spencer got exactly what I wanted and made the sales process easy, they gave me a free loaner while my new car was customized. Greg, Sinjhen (Gin) Campbell, and others made me comfortable buying a car because of their friendly demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge.Todd and the parts team with Miguel and everyone in service were friendly and helpful when coordinating the tint, wheels, & tires. My window tint is perfect, the pro-installer will personalize your darkness levels. I took my vehicle to fix some issues do to a very poor and incompetent job from a local repair shop here in Greeley.Alem Sanchez was amazing! Greg Spencer was the sales guy and Travis Ratliff was the Finance Manager. Once I got to the dealership they were helpful and friendly. We were in the Travis' office for less than 15 minutes. Greg helped make the insurance process fast and easy. Most of the work was done ahead of meeting and once I arrived I was driving off the lot in a new 2024 Tacoma in less than an hour. Adam (I believe to be the GSM?) was polite and professional and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Very happy with the purchase and definitely give these guys a shot when buying a new Toyota...

The people in the service department are beyond amazing. Gaige and his team completely fixed a major issue in my Highlander that other mechanics were refusing to fix because of the mileage. Not only that but they fixed things in both of our vehicles that were done by another mechanic. I am so glad to have found them, they were truly amazing to us! We will be coming here from now on.

Customer service for oil changes has been good but if you need repairs on your vehicle I would advise to go somewhere else.Repairs were made and it introduced a loud hum in my fan and a constant rattling noise my dash as soon as I picked it up. It was obvious it was caused during the repair and they refused to take responsibility and gave me every excuse like I was the dumb person. For example “you probably just didn’t hear it before”. It’s an impossible sound to miss.

There was a specific car that wasn't available in my state, but was available here. I reached out to McDonald Toyota and worked with Gio, Tom, and Travis on all of the details from purchasing, financing, and delivery. Most of my interactions were with Gio - he was able to answer most of my questions, but if he didn't know something he would find out for me, which I highly respect.The entire experience was smooth, no hassle, and stress free, which is how a car buying experience should ALWAYS be. The car was priced as listed, no extra frills, no pressure to purchase or finance anything, and all the options were stated up front. The experience was so easy, I thought it was a scam. In reality, their customer focus is truly customer based. He told me the history of the car, and provided all the pics and videos for me to assess.Regarding delivery, I had to set that up myself through a third party. But Gio was there every step of the way to make sure the car was cleaned, fueled, picked up correctly by the trucker driver, and delivered to me in a reasonable time. Even though they were busy, the entire process felt like I was the only customer.Making this purchase was a one-off circumstance for me, but if I lived in CO, I would definitely come back to McDonald. Do yourself a favor and ask for Gio - he'll definitely help you get the car you need.

Absolutely would not recommend. Traded my broken car in for a used one. Told me everything was fine with the new car. Of course was lied to. When test driving the vehicle there were some weird smells and sounds we asked about and was told it passed inspection and nothing to worry about. There is about a thousand and one things wrong with this vehicle. All the times I’ve asked for help mind you while I was under warranty, they said they couldn’t do anything. Very frustrated. Now having to fix this car or sell it. Would not go here

The parts department five stars!!! Brandon and the crew back in the parts department will take care of all your Toyota and Lexus needs. Easy people to work with. They go above and beyond to deliver the best product and best prices. They even took care of me for my service I needed to get done for an alignment. I had gotten my alignment done after I lifted my 23 Tacoma. I bought some new wheels and tires and wanted to make sure everything was still squared and true. My toe was out on the left side and service wanted to change me for a full alignment again even though it was only six days out. Brandon in PARTS DEPARTMENT said he would take care of it. Which he did. Service is great as well not putting them down. They did a great job as well. But parts took it one step further!!! I don’t what McDonald Toyota is doing but they need to keep those parts guys happy!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Edit 4/4: Matt, while you may think this has been resolved in accordance with our “mutual agreements,” you are wrong. You cannot damage someone’s car and then expect that person to waive those rights after the fact. Make sense? Do better.—My recent experience for service here has been nothing short of appalling and has completely altered my long-standing perception of this dealership. I strongly recommend others reconsider taking their car here — listen to the many other reviews and stay away.During a routine visit, and after confirming with the service advisor that my car would only receive an oil change, they washed my car — resulting in significant paint damage and a broken license plate.Because I’ve never gotten a carwash with an oil change or any other service here over many years across many vehicles, and because the advisor said they would only perform the oil change, I had no reason to believe that my car would receive a carwash and get damaged.They’re more than aware that the car wash causes damage (evident by their attempt to secure the license plate to my vehicle with tape before the wash), and now they’re being slimy about it and not fixing the paint damage.After several attempts over about two months to amicably resolve this, their service manager Matt’s response to the incident further erodes any trust I had. He claims that I agreed to not hold them to damages before service, which is categorically incorrect as the damage had already been done by the time I was even presented with paperwork to sign. This directly contradicts his claims of “integrity and honesty as core principles” as he’s mentioned in response to other reviews. As a long-time customer, I'm shocked by this sudden decline in ethical standards.A dealership that not only breaks customer trust but also fails to make it right is not deserving of your business.The cherry on top is that they’ll also call you and subscribe you to so many emails — like to purchase your car and offer you CARFAX or service contracts or home/auto insurance (because apparently they also sell that?)…

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Dewy, was chill and found the right car for me. When another VIN became available sooner, he let me know and I went in to pick it up. The finance guy was pretty low pressure with add ons, but I did end up getting the windshield protection package. My only complaint is that it took a little too long for me to get the title complete notice. I ended up getting it the last day my temp tags were valid. I don’t know if this was because of the dealership, the lienholder, or the state of Colorado.

I posted my initial review 2 years ago. 2 years later, I feel the same way.Luis, sales representative, is the best!!! He has always treated my husband and I with professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and follows through all my questions and concerns.Gauge, in the service department, is the best! He is polite, responsive, profesional and friendly. Last maintenance done in my vehicle I received a video where the technician showed me the inspection he was performing in my vehicle. Needed a Lyft to and from dealership to my home, the Lyft was scheduled on time, hassle free.Overall, it’s always a great experience.

Bought my first car here and all the staff is amazing! Especially Erin! She was so patient and amazing through out this whole process! McDonald is lucky to have her as an employee. She went above and beyond and stayed late so I could get the title for my other car! Definitely recommend McDonald Toyota Greeley! I am so grateful for everyone at Mcdonald Toyota In Greeley! My sales person was Greg Spencer, my service person is Todd Brooks along with Mickaylin Lewerke. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. The waiting area for service is clean and comfortable as are the restrooms. They also offer numerous types of refreshments while you wait.Thank you all for everything you do!

I wouldn't recommend going here to have your car serviced. I needed something as simple as an oil change, and scheduling was a nightmare and they over charge for the service! I have a sedan and when I get quality oil the service usually costs around $90 and without doing anything different they charged just under $150. This up charge was hard to look past when we called for availability they said they DID have time for an oil change over the phone and when we showed up 20 minutes later they said they were short staffed and couldn't service my car. My husband brought my car back the next week and they had him waiting there for hours when he had an appointment. Definitely save your time and money and go elsewhere! I've never had this issue before. And before someone from this location responds and says they can't find me in their system to make it sound like this isn't an accurate review, the service was in my husbands name when we brought my car.

Just purchased a "certified" used Toyota. Less than 500 miles on it since I purchased it and one of the tires is bad and it's out of alignment. Told me that alignments are part of regular maintenance and charged me for it and tried to sell me a tire also. Getting the tire from elsewhere as I plan on never using them for anything ever again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely perfect if I can give them a 10 I would! That was the easiest car-buying process I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. It was so quick, easy, and fun!We found the Truck online and called to see if it was available, Abigail M told us it was, and we went in to get the process started. Abigail M was AMAZING, kind, helpful, and friendly. Mr. Chad in financing got us taken care of very quickly and painlessly as well. They go above and beyond whole process was fun and exciting and we never felt pressured or persuaded at all. The price was unbeatable, the Truck is perfect, and the whole process has us wanting to come back for any future car buying needs. McDonald's dealership is the experience here is like walking into a home where you are treated like family.

Nice dealership with an awesome salesman.I live in Deadwood, South Dakota, a little over 330 miles away from McDonald Toyota. I have been shopping for a Ford F150 Lariat for a few weeks, locally, with no luck. I expanded my search to 500 miles from home on Carfax and a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat that was equipped with all of the options I was looking for, including price, was available at McDonald Toyota. I was fortunate to get Gio Espinoza as my salesman. He answered all my questions, sent additional photos of the truck, made an offer for my trade-in, and negotiated a agreeable deal that I thought was fair. All this was done by text. When my wife, our two dogs (dealership is dog friendly) and I arrived at dealership, the truck was prepped, and ready for us to test drive. The truck was just as Gio described, in excellent condition. I don't know why, but the paperwork and finalizing a deal always seems to take forever when buying a car, this experience being no different, nevertheless Gio and Tom Burback , the finance manager, made it a smooth and a pleasant experience.I would recommend McDonald Toyota and Gio Espinoza, and if you're from out of state like me, its well worth the drive.

I can’t thank my salesman Alex and finance guy Chad enough for the amazing experience I had at McDonald Toyota. After multiple frustrations dealing with multiple other dealers for different manufacturers, working with McDonald felt like coming home.Alex was enthusiastic, eager, communicative, and transparent about the process of selecting a vehicle in this current crazy environment. They do not charge ADM, and Alex was very up front about wait times on incoming units. More than that, he underpromised and overdelivered, and communicated every update with me. His follow through and communication regarding the purchase of accessory wheels and tires was exceptional - my 4Runner was prepped just the way I wanted it as soon as it got off the delivery truck and was absolutely perfect when I first laid eyes on it.Chad in finance was very easy and pleasant to work with. There was no hint at all of trying to be taken advantage of or upsold on anything I didn’t want or need. He patiently and knowledgeably walked me through the paperwork process. The finance portion of a vehicle sale has been a huge source of stress in the past, but that is absolutely not the case here at McDonald with Chad.My experience so far with the service department has been great as well. I think it’s very cool that the technician in the shop will record a video of your vehicle as they do the inspection, pointing out the things that they check and giving comments and advice on condition.The staff at McDonald was and is an absolute dream to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota or a used vehicle. Out of all the places I’ve purchased a vehicle, I had the best dealership experience by far with them. I couldn’t be happier with both McDonald and my new 4Runner!
