I ordered carpets a couple weeks ago from this store. Mike, Alex, and Manny were super easy to work with and Mike provided top notch customer service when working with me on my quotes. Kluge Brothers called sooner than expected to do the installation. Sergio was amazing and did a perfect job with both the room and stairs/hallway. I would highly recommend both Lowe's in Greeley for carpet and Kluge Brothers for installation.

I called to ask about the warranty and serial number on a grill I bought that has never worked that well. I just spent over an hour trying to cook chicken. The grill only gets to 250 degrees after 2 hours. I spoke with some chick in the garden section and her solution was to buy a new grill. The serial numbers on their grill are fake and get you nowhere. I asked to speak with a manager and got hung up on. I am glad to know Lowe’s in Greeley, CO doesn’t stand behind their products they sell. I spend thousands of dollars a year and this is the kind of customer service I get. I hope Lowe’s tries to make things right. I have already spent money on trying to fix the garbage I spent lots of money on!

My dad (80yr old) ordered a dishwasher and paid for haul away and installation. CRST Home solutions was a major disappointment! The tech claimed the new dishwasher would not fit and called his boss to confirm. Said boss would be out to install. Guy called my dad the day he was scheduled and told him he needed to find someone else. My BIL took out old washer and installed new one without issue. Fit perfectly. Will not use Lowes again.

We come here….a lot! I wish they had more staff. Instead of hiring more people, they added more self check out registers and left two check out registers and they never have someone there working. I do not work there, I do not get paid by Lowe’s, sometimes I don’t want to deal with the self check out.Please work on that for people who prefer to have an employee check me out.Outside of that, we do enjoy this store.

To be clear, this review is not specific to the Greeley, CO. store but to Lowe's in general. We bought a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's in Greeley, CO. on Jan. 18, 2024. Worked great...for almost three months! In the past 10 days things have begun to deteriorate to the point where none of the functions (ice making, cooling, freezing) are working. A Samsung issue not Lowes. However, when I went to the store this morning to ask about a replacement here's what I found out about the Lowes appliance policy: There is a 48 hr. return period. That is extended to 30 days if you have made the purchase with a Lowes credit card (which we did). They will have NOTHING to do with you after that 30 day period UNLESS you have purchased the extended warranty. We plan to move within the year. I was thinking that a brand new refrigerator JUST MIGHT LAST MORE THAN THREE months! I also made the mistake of thinking that Lowes would stand behind the products that they sell. As they say, "Buyer Beware". Not sure why anyone would make an appliance purchase from Lowes knowing this information. You can be sure that we won't ever again.Robb AudetteGreeley, CO.

I like this store. I don't like to post negative reviews, but twice now, I have been in to get a piece of glass cut. Both times they had to call over and over to get someone there. I waited over 15 minutes the first time, and the second time, nobody ever came, so I left.Typically you have to flag someone down to get help. They typically walk by looking at their handheld store inventory phone deal as if they are on a mission. So that's my biggest complaint. Ace hardware in Greeley, well, both of them are TOP NOTCH. The minute you walk in, the folks at the register welcome you in and ask how they can assist. The difference between Corporate and private owned.

I live right behind Home Depot, but prefer to make the short trip to Lowe's as their customer service is great! Especially the cashier Ana!

I bought washer dryer from them had to have it delivered. They charged me for all the hook up stuff said if they didn't need to use it the would refund. When the got there they said they had to use all new stuff. Then they didn't have a long enough dryer duct sent my wife to lowes to get a different one then they left and didn't leave the clamps they charged us for so had to go back to lowes to get them. And when they called about how the delievry and set up went and i told them these things the said, " well glad you got it taken care of".

I live a stones throw from Home Depot, but I go out of my way to go to Lowe's. it's a much more pleasant experience. Great selection and everything is easy to find. The availability of products and locations matches the app. I also appreciate the availability of Veteran Parking. Not many places make that available.

No cashiers, just self checkout, and lines of people waiting. Helpful service inside the store, but no help whatsoever with checking out, so we just left our cart there with $300 of stuff in it.

Lowe's Home Improvement Store has truly earned its five-star rating in my book! The store offers an impressive range of high-quality products for all of your home improvement needs. Terrible service. When you buy appliances they are delivered from a warehouse by a contracted company. Well if this contracted company gets a wrong phone number, someone transposed 2 numbers, then of course you are unreachable and the contract company takes your order off the delivery list.So preparing your home for a new refrigerator that never shows and you are unaware of phone number being wrong. Terrible service.

I would strongly recommend against using Lowe's for appliances (or at least this location). I have had the most miserable experience with them. I purchased an LG laundry Center from them on 8/26, and scheduled delivery for 9/3. I received a confirmation call on 9/2 with my delivery window for the next day. They never showed up. When I called the store after the delivery window had passed they told me they were out of stock of the item I had ordered. I spent a good chunk of my Saturday waiting for them to come deliver the unit only to find out it was out of stock and I hadn't been notified. They did offer me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciate (though it has yet to hit my account so I am skeptical that this will actually happen). Then when the unit was finally delivered (9/18), the delivery people informed me that the electrical cord for the dryer wasn't long enough, so I needed to special order a longer cord. I'm frustrated that I wasn't made aware that this could be an issue. When I called to order a longer cable I was told that this shouldn't have been an issue unless the wiring in my house is weird, but I doubt that I am the first person to convert a side by side area to a stackable which would necessitate a longer cord. Finally, when I ran my first load of laundry today (9/26), I come back to find water leaking everywhere. When I called the appliances department to ask for help, the employee I spoke with didn't seem surprised that it may have been installed incorrectly. On further inspection it looks like the installation guys didn't install the drain hose (as shown in the photo) and just left it connected to the back of the unit so it drained all over my floor.I am beyond disappointed with this experience and will not be using Lowe's again in the future.

Will never walk in this store again. I do not want to check my own stuff out but what really pisses me off is when thing ring up more that what is labeled on the shelf. Normally only 10 to 40 cents but it's the point. That is done on purpose to screw the customer.

Yusef at the pro desk is phenomenal. He had just clocked out and heading home when I needed help to get some space heaters purchased through a phone sale to get heat on a clients home when it was below freezing outside. Yusef was kind and professional and explained the benefits of being a pro account holder. I’ll 100% go out of my way to visit this Lowe’s just because of my experience with Yusef.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a TV Fireplace stand from here and it arrived damaged, missing the remote and one of their staff installed the LCD panel upside down. After calling the store several times and speaking with multiple managers, 1 named "Mike" all I got was the run around. I had to go into the store and demand help. Then after they FINALLY picked the item up, they kept the assembly fee and delivery charge! Amazing! I'll never shop here again!

Went in yesterday to buy a sink. Asked for help but the guy was too busy to “make a sale” so he took me to the front and said someone was going to be up there to help me in a couple minutes as he radioed for this lady to come meet us near self check out. My wife and I waited and she never came so we left. Not a very good experience

The garden center is great. I usually shop local greenhouses but I happened to have a whim while driving by. Bill helped me shop and was the definition of great customer service. He helped me pick two perfect indoor house plants that are non toxic for my kids and critters should they snag a leaf. Hrs why I'm leaving a 5star. There selection was quite nice too.

Very fast!I placed a curbside order. I didn't expect it to be ready for hours. Nope! It was ready in less than 30 minutes.The order was brought promptly to my car after I checked in. The employee offered to help load the items into my car.They had most everything I was looking for and gave recommendations on the one item they didn't have.

Went to buy a new washer. A brand new employee helped me. I asked DJ to help her and he said he would help if she needed it. They never called to confirm a time, I had to call and ask. They didnt have the right phone number on file, even though I gave it to her 4 different times. Fast forward to my delivery day and . . . They delivered it to my old address. I called and the manager was rude and said there was nothing they could do about it today. The vendor they use for delivery is garbage. Joy was SO rude and when I asked if they could just drop it off, she replied "I'm not on the truck, I can't do anything." Obviously the new employee didn't know she needed help. Cameron atleast tried to be helpful. No one seems to care I took the day off for nothing and now have to spend my day waiting again.

Argued with me that I didnt buy my inslated ducting from them and refused to take it back so I could buy the correct kind saying they dont carry or even have it in their store! Well that funny because look what I found!!!!!!!! ILL STICK WITH HOME DEPOT. At least with them when there is a disagreement they figure it out instead of telling you you dont know whare you got it from....June 2022 found alot of stuff to be opened and taped back up.

I like that I can always find what I need. Whether doing my projects or needing work materials, this place has it. I used to work here, and everyone is friendly and mindful of your time. I sometimes admit an associate can't be found, but I always advise customers to use Lowe's app since that's what most associates do to find an item you're looking for. The app is very up-to-date on how many things they carry since every night; they have to audit a lot.

Store staff can't be bothered to help you at all. It was just incredible ... the guy in lumber (who was parked on a stool) couldn't be bothered to get up and show me where the trim I wanted was and then said their saw couldn't cut it. The guy in plumbing said he couldn't answer my question but pointed to someone who could... only she did not really know the answer either.Going to Home Depot where they answered the phone, have my material, and said they'd cut it!

What an absolute nightmare of an experience. I only needed to buy tomato cages and couldn’t find someone in the garden area to help. I saw some online listed at $3.48. I couldn’t find the ones I saw online, but I did find some marked at $3.98, so I grabbed 5 of them. Went to the checkout and they rang up $7.98. I showed the cashier the $3.48 ones online and I explained that those were the ones I wanted. The only answer I got was “they’re outside.” Zero context about where they were outside. I asked for someone to go outside with me to show me where they were. There were about 5 associates standing around at the time. Nobody helped. I went outside again to try and find them on my own again. I found them, but they were an absolute nightmare to try and get, because they were all wired together. Another reason why having an associate with me to try and get them would’ve been helpful. I got 8 of them and went to the register. They were still the wrong tomato cages. They were unmarked outside, so how was I supposed to know how much each of them costs? Finally, a young girl who works at Lowe’s helped me. But the kicker is that she wasn’t even on the clock. She worked there, but she wasn’t scheduled to work at the time. She was very nice and found me the right tomato cages. However, why is it that the girl who is not even scheduled to work is the one helping me? Do better Lowe’s. This was a terrible experience. I don’t come here often and I probably won’t be back for a very long time. You might at well not even have associates there to help if they’re not going to help.
