I don't go to Kohl's on every day of the week. However, it seems busy every time I go! The only downside to this is the wait times in line, so if you're cool with waiting, this store is nice, but otherwise, the lines can be atrocious. Clothing and jewelry never miss, so it's worth it with the occasional find!

While I was at the store in Greeley about to check out with my wife and daughter, I observed Scott (who appeared to be a manager) discussing with a young female employee that he wasn't going to hire an applicant because "She comes of like a jezebel and I don't want that here." This was at the front register and at full volume. We went to the self-checkout to avoid him. He then approached us and proceeded to explain to my wife how to us the very simple interface. This was fine, but then he asked if she has a Kohl's card. When she advised that she does he responded with, "Well, damn. Do you want to apply for another?" I advised him that we did not need his assistance any longer. He asked me, "What,'s your problem?" I told him that my problem is that he is referring to a woman as a "jezebel" and being condescending to my wife by asking if she needs a second card. He responded that he said those things because he's a "Christian." I advised that no one cares and his behavior is inappropriate. He advised me that I can leave if I didn't like it. I told him that I would discuss it with his corporate office and I asked for his name. He advised me that his name is Sally May; clearly a super-genius I already had his name from his name tag. I informed him that I'm a retail Store Manager and my employees understand that his behavior is completely unacceptable. Before we had left another employee approached him and said, "That didn't sound good." He responded with "Nope!" and walked away. Kohl's should be ashamed to have an employee like this working for them and his comments very well may indicate illegal hiring procedures. At the very least, discussing applicants with subordinates and in front of customers is highly unethical. We'll be cancelling our card and not be returning.

Ashley in customer service is a true professional and greatly appreciated. It’s hard to find dedicated employees these days as everyone seems to be too consumed with their cell phones! She knows her/Kohl’s business.

Went here to do an Amazon return a few days ago. Lady at the return desk is cold as ice. Very short and rude. Not friendly at all. Maybe it's time to retire or work in the back. Seen another review saying it would be addressed but this is weeks later and she is still an ice queen.

Good shipping experience. Exceptionally helpful staff and lots of choices in men's pants. Mellow atmosphere and it wasn't too busy. A bit expensive bit the deals that day where awesome. Almost 30% off my entire cart.

I loved my experience! Shopping for two Birthdays. One for my 87yr old Mom's gifts and my 7yr old Grandson's gifts. I was able to find the perfect items for each and there were clearance items with a sale price on top of the clearance prices. The young lady that checked me out when done was so patient, kind, and helpful. What a great shopping trip!!Experienced another stellar performance by each service person that I spoke with. Patient, knowledgeable,and empathetic. The Team working on Sunday were exceptionally skilled at making shoppers feel important and cared for.😊

The Sephora in the store says that they have fragrances for sale, but they do not have any for sample and that is a pain.

I went to this store today looking to purchase several pairs of Dockers slacks. As I was walking to the department area I passed 3 separate groups of employees who were standing around talking about personal stuff. None of the groups acknowledged me or ask if they could help me! After reaching the mens area I was appalled at the condition of the displays. Nothing was in order or categorized by style or size. The picture shows why I won’t be returning to this location. This isn’t a bad case of poor management, but rather no management!

I went to pick up a pair of shoes that I found online, which said they were at Kohl's, for my granddaughter. When I got there, they didn't have them and the young sales clerk was not helpful or knowledgeable at all.

I am frustrated with the deceptive sales practices! I made sure to read the fine print on my coupon, I added all the deals and coupons up to figure out what my total should be before heading to checkout. The lady who checked me out told me she applied the coupon but everything was much more than I anticipated. I was hesitant to pay but felt awkward so I just paid and left.When I went home I looked online to figure out what’s up and noticed these items say coupon is not eligible, but in the store I read the entire coupon to see if the brand was excluded but it didn’t say it was. Why don’t they include that in the coupon? Because they know they can trick people by omitting that. Well I was deceived even while paying very close attention. If I had noticed at the register I would’ve saved my kohl’s cash and said “no thanks” and walked straight out. Now I have to debate with myself wether I should take the L and lose my $10 Kohl’s cash and return the items. I think I’ll take the L because I don’t want to use any kohls cash anyways because that would require giving this company more money.This company is one of the many scheming billion dollar corporations that think they can trick us into giving them even more of our money.

I love the store but really wish they would make their employees at least come to work smelling good. There is this one super short brunette there that always smells like onions and B.O. The first time I walked passed her I didn't think anything of it but its been several times and I just think its so unprofessional and really lowers the quality of the store. You don't even have to be right next to her. The smells travels a good distance from her. I really hope something is done about it because it really is disgusting.

Great customer service. My cashier was so pleasant and wanted to help find the converse that was on sales. The person in shoes also tried to find the tennis shoes as well. They all rang up at the regular price so I didn't get them. Disappointed. But the cashier and man from the shoe department did there best to help.

Another disappointing trip to Kohl's today. In the men's section clothes were scattered about, unfolded and in complete disarray. The dressing room was a mess with clothes left in the changing room and stacked on the floor. The most frustrating was seeing an outfit on a manikin that I liked but unable to find it on the shelves. At least the check out line moved along quickly. The clerks were efficient and friendly.

GREELEY 12/19 - It was a GREAT visit to KOHLS. This time of year can be stressful for both the customer and the Service Members - Not The Case!ALL of the Service Members I came in contact with were cheery and most helpful. Especially the person working the Amazon Return center. Unfortunately it was her last day. The Amazon Return Center can be found in the Bedding Department at the center rear of the store this year. Merry Christmas and thank you for the great service!

This time I didn't find nothing I liked. Is it because they are remodeling? They use to have a variety of things, just like Macy's, now they have nothing. Is store getting more things after remodeling? The cashier's are friendly, they have people skills. Place is clean, including bathrooms
