This is honestly the worst pharmacy that I've ever dealt with. I really wish I would've looked up the reviews first. Everyone is correct about how rude the staff is. None of them seemed like they wanted to help me or that they wanted to be there. Even after I tried to sympathize with them, both on the phone and in person, they were still rude! Go get a different job people! No one asked you to choose this profession. And if you stay, for the love of everything, learn how to treat people with respect and kindness!!!

Helpful staff. Didn’t carry a medication I was prescribed, they did whatever they could to get me the medication in a timely fashion. Had a insurance issue, staff went out of the normal business practice to get me the prescription at a affordable price anyways. Professional care and patient protocols for correct complacency of laws and confidentiality. Recommend.

Had to come here for a certain perscription my pharmacy does not carry, and oh man will not return WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAFF IS SO RUDE! Tried to talk about what was going I got cut off they did not want to hear what I needed to say .If your job is dealing with others they you should be nice and respectful if not find a new job! Definitely not a way to be treated if you have other options do not go here.I was not disrespectful or rude to them at all but I should have known from the moment I called.Again not recommend! Might I add she was also rude to the doctors office that called them in regards to me.Just sad people are like this.

Not only does this pharmacy take days past the due date to fill prescriptions, the techs are always extremely rude. I brought up customer service concerns when I went in to pick up a prescription and the lady helping me wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. When I left I told her I hope she has a nice day and she didn't even respond. Yikes. Looks like all of these other reviews are pretty accurate. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the pharmacy on 35th.

I had a stat prescription ordered from my doctor and it took the pharmacy over two days to fill it. When I went in to get it the guy was more than rude. Terrible customer service. Not to mention when leaving the lady behind me said, “This place is the worst I feel your pain hunny.” What an awful reputation to have yet they manage to h hold it. And it is appalling to me that when I need an emergency STAT prescription it takes two days. Will never use this pharmacy again. Walgreens manages to get the prescription and fill it in an hour don’t waste your time trying king scoopers.

The pharmacist working whichever one is on staff is always very nice. The techs on the other hand are always so rude and have so much attitude. I try to be nice and understanding but it makes me want to get my medication from somewhere else. Jill is always so nice though.

First off, they didn’t have my medication in stock so they sent me away for a full 24 hours. The ladies behind the counter were inattentive and unhelpful. I made them promise to contact me when the prescription was filled to which they pretended to take down my information, telling me “they’d contact me in 30 minutes when it is done.” This was my first time using king Soopers pharmacy, which I expressed to the lady that was helping me in order to help her be more understand to me-failed. I wont be using this pharmacy again. I recommend the Walgreens pharmacy located in the same strip mall.

I can not believe the rudeness of some of the pharmacists here. Asking how much longer of a wait it will be for antibiotics for my two sick children (I waited two hours before I went in), the pharmacist in question, her name is Carol, was horrible! She acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I've dealt with her 3 times and every single time she's exactly the same attitude. Horribly rude and takes forever.Note: Rachel there was awesome.

Takes at least a week for me to get my prescription filled. Tried calling the pharmacy to see when my prescription would be done and they kept putting me on hold. Each time my hold time would reach 30 minutes it would hang up so I would have to call back. When I called back they were rude putting my on hold and then another 30 minutes would go by. Are you that busy where someone has to be on hold for over an hour?!

Whatever his name is at the pharmacy with the glasses he is so RUDE. And somehow they never get my prescriptions from the doctor.. or maybe he just doenst care to look for it.. so disappointed.

I’ve had such a hard time with my doctor to get my medication and the pharmacy manager (Michael) was so helpful calling around the different king soopers until he found one that had it in stock. When I went to his location to pick up a different prescription he was on the phone helping other people with their questions and concerns. Overall he has made my experience an amazing experience

I had dropped off prescription for antibiotics and they said they couldn't fill it because it was dated for the next day. Fine I called the next day and they didn't even have it in there system. Carol was very rude and told me "I wasn't here last night so I cant help you" I know you were not there but fix the problem. She said "I guess I can try to get it filled within the hour" well it has been hours since that call and it has not been filled.

Took over a week to fill a prescription. I had to leave for 10 days on a business trip, they finally filled it the day I left. They were so rude about having to refill the prescription because I couldn't make it back to Greeley within their 9 day pick up window. I'd rather spend the money at Walgreens for their good customer service. King Soopers 11th Ave worst pharmacy in Greeley.

Always nothing but problems getting my prescription filled at this location. I have had multiple scripts sent in from multiple doctors and they can never find them. Resulting in me having to call back and forth to the doctor and back multiple times for multiple hours before anything is ever filled.

If you want to actually receive your medication I would recommend any other pharmacy. Ive spent the last 3 days trying to get one prescription delivered but the first day I was told it would arrive between 12pm-5pm but it actually arrived at 10am and because I wasnt awake they never delivered it; I was told they would redeliver in the next morning at 10am but when that time rolled around the delivery person was told by the pharmacy they would be unable to deliver the prescription today and they told the delivery person to tell me to call the pharmacy. After which they said they wouldnt release the meds for delivery because the first day I ordered the meds the worker updated the system to say "filled" for my prescription so it was never released in the morning for delivery. At this point I ask if it can be delivered on the third day to which I was told yes and that it would be arriving at 10am (I was told this by the Pharmacy on day 2) well the time rolls around again and low an behold they refuse to release the meds again for the same reason of it showing as "filled" even though it never was. Its honestly baffling how people still have jobs this long.....its been the same people working there for years this is unacceptable. Are they keeping the meds for themselves? I dont know but im never giving them my business again.

I primarily use this store just for the pharmacy which is one of the better ones in town. I'll usually pick up a couple of things while I'm here and can do so quickly. the pharmacy a few years back had some problems and was hard to deal with but has improved greatly. I almost never have to wait very long if at all now and the staff actually knows me! as in they great me by name which is, I think, pretty impressive for a retail staff. just avoid the service counter. it's always packed and takes forever.

This is the worst place for scripts not once have I been able to walk in after a script was sent over an pick up I have always had to wait hours even days. I waited an entire day for an antibiotic for my 6 year old with ear infection. Then when I talked to the store manager they told me well sorry theres nothing I can do. It takes days to get scripts. An not the mention how rude the stuff is. I will not use this place every again.

First off i always have trouble getting my scripts and with the staff they are super rude and very judgemental . i waited 4 days for them to fix a rx for me. And the pharmacist that work there think they know it all they tried and tell my docter what and what not i should have who are they a pharmacist thats it NOT A DOCTER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

This pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever been to! The employees for the pharmacy are rude as can be and they not only screwed up my rx once but twice and its somehow my fault they screwed up. They also seem very judgemental as well. I will be taking my rx elsewhere next month.

Long customer service lines, been like this for years, the 9 dollars an hour you pay your employees is not alot of money, hire a few people, no one likes to stand in line for 30m because your being way to cheap.
