I am a provider and prescribe medications regularly. I am deeply unsatisfied by the care my patients receive at this pharmacy. I am often told by my patients that my faxes are not received and when I call they mysteriously find them after several days of delayed treatment. On a patient in particular recently I faxed the same medication order twice and the pharmacy told the patient that they couldn't find it and said they would not contact me to get the correct prescription information. I then called today (surprise, during their lunch hour) and left a message with all the prescription information. The patient called a few hours later to see if they got my message and he was told that it would take them a week to review messages. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT OK and I promptly sent my prescription to a different pharmacy. I used to trust this pharmacy and even used them for myself, but no longer. I will encourage my patients to find other options than this King Soopers location.

I was a pharmacy technician for 3 years and know the systems pretty well. I am very patient when it come to pharmacies and waiting but these technicians are not friendly and very rude. I have had nothing but issues getting prescriptions filled or even put into process. I understand wait times but multiple times I'm told 30 min while waiting in the store and come back 45min later just to get told it'll be another hour. Or they don't receive the prescriptions and tell me it takes 4 hours for a fax to come through and to call back. Then my provider calls them in and they tell me that they won't check them for me to make sure it's been received before my provider is closed. I use them because they contract with my insurance but now multiple times I have had them RE fax my prescriptions to CVS and they get them done within the next hour. And I pay out of pocket. The customer service is horrible and they do not care to work to make sure their patients are taken care of. I've been in this field (during the pandemic) and get how busy and stressful it can be but the service they give at this location is unacceptable.

Please don't use this pharmacy. It seems like every time I go, there's an issue. They told me my prescription would be ready on a certain day at a certain time, so I went to pick it up and they tell me they're out of stock, that it won't be ready for THREE more days. I went to the dr 5 DAYS AGO and still no prescription. Baby is having to suffer longer because they don't do their job. Worst pharmacy ever. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

The last 2 times I went in to pick up my prescription it hasn't been ready. They tell me to come back in a day or 2. This time I was told they probably used mine to fill someone else's, because they didn't have enough. No explanation as to why they would tell us both it's ready if they don't have enough.

Worst pharmacy to go to. Every single time I get prescribed anything, the pharmacy NEVER seems to have it ready. The staff always states they dont have the order yet, even though I've confirmed countless times that the doctor has indeed sent the order in. I have also been informed by other doctors that the pharmacy will tell their patients they dont have an order in when they dont have enough in stock. Very Unprofessional. Recommend that you select a different pharmacy until they can get better procedures in place.

Honestly I have always had good experiences here. Have filled scrips for years here. It is a very busy pharmacy perhaps because their prices for out of pocket are the best in town. That’s why I use them. The other day I was filling a scrip and was telling the associate that it was supposed to be filled for 90 not 30 days. The pharmacist, Michael, came over and said no problem he would get it corrected while I shopped and he even went to the trouble to get me a great deal with their prescription discount!

I called the King Scoopers Pharmacy department multiple times to attempt to return their calls back to them. Waited on hold over 20 minutes with the first attempt just to get disconnected and unable to get my call through. Called 3 more times to get through & finally, when the staff does answer they immediately place the call on hold for additional long wait times without any discussion of what the call is about to acknowledge the caller. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is lack luster at best.

Don't waste your time trying to get a prescription here. Everyone I have talked to in the last 8 months of going here has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Orders are never found after being sent in 2 or 3 times. Several times I've been told it will be ready to come in at a certain time, just to show up and be told that maybe tomorrow it will be ready. Have asked to speak to the pharmacist and told he's unavailable or refuses to take calls.

Looks like I'm late to this party! My dentist personally called in a prescription twice. Talked to a person both times. Yet I wait in line twice to be told they have nothing for me. I go back to the clinic and he tells me face to face he has called twice. So I call the pharmacy from the clinic and am told they have nothing there or at any other KS and there is nothing in voicemail. Y'all need to get your act together. I actually told the dental clinic to refer people to any other pharmacy but that one!

Walked up and the staff was talking to each other and laughing and no one even acknowledged me initially. One lady /pharmacist named Samantha finally did, in an annoyed tone. I think she said someone would be with me in a minute but I could hardly hear and she went back to talking and laughing with her staff. This was my first time using this pharmacy, and they acted like it was an inconvenience that there was a customer they needed to help. I had been in a bad car crash and needed the prescription from the ER sent here and I felt like an inconvenience the entire time. Samantha had to sign off on something and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me before turning away. I will not be back.

Not sure why it is rated so low. I have had 2 great experiences there. First my urgent care prescription was called in a couple hours before closing and the app said it would be ready after closing. I went in and explained if I couldn’t get it tonight I would be 24 hours before I could get it and start treatment. They filled in that night and were very pleasant. Second I needed a vaccine for travel and after safeway bungled it up. This King Soopers had it in stock and gave it to me on a walk-in basis allowing me to meet my deadline.

Very slow, waited 15 minutes in drive through lane and no other vehicles were present. When they asked if I needed to speak with the pharmacist, I said no. They wouldn’t give me my medicine until she spoke to me. Five minutes later the pharmacist came to the window and read me the directions. Not helpful! Once I received my prescription it was incomplete. I called back to report the error and the pharmacist blamed the doctor.

I just wanna thank the pharmacist for being amazing at what they do! It’s been super busy there these last couple of days- but somehow they manage to do it! Micheal is great, making sure we understand what medication we are getting and making sure we get the right medication. Thanks for all that you do!

I would give -9 stars if I could. This joke of a pharmacy NEVER has the meds ready when they say they will be, NEVER has the drive thru open and has possibly the rudest staff in town. And there is always about 10 people in line ahead of you, cause the staff all quit when 'Matt' became pharmacy manager. Don't even get me started on that garbage of a person.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies in Greeley! My Doctor sent over an electronic prescription for an antibiotic because I have a sinus infection. I waited 4 hours before I went to pick it up knowing it is a busy pharmacy. When I get to the drive thru, they tell me it will be 30 minutes before it’s done. I have no shopping to do so they tell me to wait in my car in the parking lot! I really don’t think they even start to fill a prescription until you show up and then tell you it will be 30 minutes more! You would think that with an electric system, it would go much faster. I will never get another prescription here again and will go back to using CVS in Target. I chose this pharmacy today because I don’t feel good and didn’t want to go into a store and they have a drive through.

Had wisdom teeth pulled at 7am. Surgical place sent the order, received a call saying my insurance doesn't cover. Understandable, called and said i dont care ill take my medication and pay cash. 4 hrs later with no pain medicine or anything I call to check and get reminded how they have to take lunch at 1 ( i called at 12:10). Only received a reminder that my insurance didnt cover again I mention I will pay cash. "Well you better be here by 12:45 or we will not be serving you". 4 hours with no pain meds after the procedure and a demeanor like I cant afford my own medication 🤔😉. Live 2 mins away that king soopers great, pharmacy trash. Will head over to Walgreens next time 💯.

I can’t even give them one star! I changed to them because I had one positive interaction and I thought to myself hmmm they have their act together now since opening, so I changed pharmacies. The last three times the employees are RUDE!!! They put you on hold. I wanted to see how long they would leave me so I held for 8 mins 47 secs they picked up and put me back on hold 4/x. I called back and Michael answered and asked if I could hold. I told him I have been holding for 8 mins 47 mins, he said okay hold. I was really hoping they had their act together, but no they don’t. Not only are they rude, they never come back to the phone, they leave you on hold, and keep putting you on hold. They never have enough medication to give you. They say we will call when it ready for more, but they don’t call you. If you have meds you take on a regular basis DO NOT RELY ON THEM!!! Walk away and go to Walgreens. At least Walgreens has manners and calls you when more meds are available and they don’t keep you on hold. Walgreens actually answers you and apologizes.

Honestly, I've never had such a consistently bad experience at a pharmacy. My experience with the staff is fine but they seem to be overworked, as medication is never filled on time and it usually take 1-3 days from sending in the perscription to finally filling it. You also must call several times to get your meds filled. I waited a day the first time because I had the luxury and when I called the next day it had never even been filed in the system? Seems like they need more staff to meet the demands.They eit

I feel bad for the people that fill their prescriptions here every time I've had to pick up a rx here there's a problem their out of stock or they don't have authorization from insurance. Last week the line was almost to the entrance. They're closed Sunday hope you don't run out Saturday night you'll have to wait till Monday

Can't imagine why you guys have such a low rating. Maybe it's because your customer service absolutely sucks. Called at 12:15 to confirm a prescription was ready for pick up, explained to the guy I just wanted to be sure before packing 2 small children in the car and driving all the way over. He confirmed, and I said I'd be there before they closed at 1 for lunch. Got there at 12:45 and was confused to see that the drive thru had a closed sign in the window. Called to ask if the drive thru was closed on Sunday's? And got told "no, we just closed about15 minutes early for our lunch break" I even told him, dude, I just called you guys and told you I was packing my 2 little kids up and would be here. No apology, literally told me "I see." lol thanks buddy! I appreciate the kindness and customer service! 👌

I have recently injured my hand/ wrist and my doctor called me in a prescription on Friday. The pharmacy had half the day on Friday and a full day on Saturday to fill this prescription. As this injury goes I needed those pills on Friday. The pain is severe and I will need to take these pills for the next 3 weeks. In hopes to not only help the pain but also avoid the need for surgery. I have been to this pharmacy a few times now with the same result the prescription gets called in, I go the next day, and they tell me it's not ready. As we are waiting in line, everyone in line is talking about how horrible this pharmacy is, how they are rude, never have your prescription ready, always making you come back days later for your prescription. This is like 10 people saying the same thing, not one person said this is a good pharmacy. It's now my turn and the pharmacy tech is extremely rude, I give him my date of birth and he says it's not ready they are swamped I need to come back tomorrow, then he says they don't have the pills. I said I can't keep coming back here, you've had this since yesterday it shouldn't take 3 days to fill this prescription. He clearly doesn't care and says nothing I can do come back tomorrow. So my wife asks to speak with someone else who is the pharmacist. He comes over and speaks very disrespectfully to my wife and says it doesn't matter what happened on the previous day and he doesn't want to hear it. He then says so rudely I'll have it filled for but you better be here before we close the gates cause if your not there is nothing I can do for you. The anger and rudeness was too much. Interesting how in 5-10 minutes they went from not having the pills on hand to being able to fill the prescription So we grabbed the couple of items we needed and came back to the pharmacy. The pharmacist would call on people waiting then tell them in a very rude disrespectful tone you need to just wait there. He was awful to everyone there and not one person was rude to anyone in the pharmacy. I will never bring another prescription here. I don't understand how I can go to the banner urgent care on 35th, have them call in a prescription to the king soopers on 35th, I leave and drive over there immediately after and it's ready. But the king soopers on 10th has my prescription for days and can't seem to manage filling it. It's terrible and king soopers needs to address it as this could be life saving medicine that people need and are being denying due to incompetence. Very rude staff, very poorly ran.

Went here for my prescription that was placed 3 days ago, and got 2 calls saying it was ready. We got to the store an hour and a half before they were closing. Waited in line for a solid hour, then got to the front to meet the most rude lady that I have ever met. She asked my birthday, with no customer service, and in a very rude tone and then said that it was not ready and that they close in 20 minutes and that it was my fault for coming so close to closing time. I left with tears in my eyes because not once have I ever been treated so terribly by someone before. I also had to go on a 5 day trip without my prescription. This place always has horrible customer service and the wait is usually hour and hours long.

I've been using this pharmacy for the past 6 months. I'm finally annoyed enough to switch to another pharmacy. This pharmacy can never fill a prescription in the same day, and the line is long every time I go to pick up. When I call to check on a prescription, I'm always told it's not filled because they are understaffed. I keep hoping they will hire more employees since this is very close to my house, but I'll be going somewhere farther that is more reliable.

I have a bad sinus infection. My DR sent medication yesterday at 5pm. I figured I would pick it up the next day, so I drove down at 12pm still not ready. I was told it would be ready at 3, why so long? My husband went at 3:30 to pick it up and he was told end of the day. SERIOUSLY! OVER 24 HOURS! Not using king soopers pharmacy ever again.

I will be switching where I pick up my prescriptions. My doctor prescribed me a steroid antibiotic ear drop at 10am and the drops weren’t ready to be picked up until 5pm. Then when I show up for the second time at 6pm they say I can’t pick them up like the text says I can because the doctor has to consult with me and he’s in the “consult room”. I’m not going on 8 hours without my medication for an ear infection. It’s not like they had to count out pills for me. I’m beyond frustrated and ask how long that’s going to take because I had to get to a volleyball practice to coach. And they said 10-15 minutes. So I wait. And when I finally get to check out for my $40 ear medication the pharmacist is gonna look at me and say “I’m assuming you missed your practice” while he’s handing me my prescription. No. I’ve been waiting 9 hours for a prescription because I have an ear infection. I have every right to be annoyed and more than frustrated. Again, I will be changing my location to pick up prescriptions.

I will not even give them 1 star. It is not deserved. This pharmacy does nothing to fix their issues. Instead they close the drive thru only to make people stand in line over and over again (not 6ft apart) and in most cases sick!I have already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy, except for 1 that I do not need on a regular basis. When I decided to have it refilled, I gave myself plenty of time to order it knowing it will take a few weeks to even be able to pick it up. Well, we are going on 3 weeks and every time I go in the line is 20 people deep, I have tried 4 times now. I can not call because they do not answer the phone. In fact one time I was there the phones were ringing off the hook, loudly. I asked the person helping me why they do not answer. He said no one here to do that. Fine I said then turn the volume down or set a message that all calls will be returned. Maybe have a "temp" come in just to answer phones, take messages and make sure they all get returned at the end of the day. Standing in long lines that are slow, hearing the phone ring over and over. I need medication just to calm me down to endure the entire situation. But I will have to get that medication elsewhere.So long King Soopers!

I called this morning to check on the status of a prescription for my son. The automated system said it would be ready April 04. With today being the fifth I called to talk to an actual person. The person who answered kept me on hold for ten minutes, I had to hang up and call back. He then proceeded to be very rude saying I need to set up automated alerts so I don’t have to call. Then said that my prescription wasn’t ready, and that’s why I did not receive a call. That there were many many many many (literally said it that many times) people ahead of me but he could flag it for 3 pm today. I said that’s fine, and left it at that. Very poor customer service, and disappointing as I’ve only met nice people at this pharmacy.

Wow. I've been listening as my husband has been on hold with the pharmacy for the last 50 minutes. His first call was dropped, and in the second call he was hung up on. He gets notifications that a prescription is ready, only to show up and find that it isn't ready. They promise him it will be ready by a certain time the next day and it isn't. Now when he tries to call ahead of time to verify that it is ready, he's put on endless hold. Whoever answers the phone here just puts people on hold and they never come back. This pharmacy used to be fine but that is not the case anymore. I understand that a lot of businesses are strapped for help right now, but come ON. This is a place people rely on.

Service has taken a dive. Not sure why. My prescription was not ready. Told me they needed to order and that my script would be there the next day. Went in next day, prescription had not been ordered. Waited three days to get script filled. Told me I could go to Loveland and have it filled right away. Huh? Also told me they could not refill my pet script after 5 days of waiting for it. Guess they don't fill canine scripts any more. No sign up, never informed me. So sad, what has happened to their customer service?
