Been going to Walgreens for 7 years. They will send you an email telling you a prescription is ready. You get there. Wait 2 hours in line to get. Told to come back in an hour. We had to quit using them. Couldn't handle the time involved. We have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 months and we'd love them if there's a line. They still rush you through it. I have never waited. Hardly anytime. Anyplace you go is going to be busy but these people treat you like a human being. I have nothing but very good to say for them. Anyone who doesn't should try Walgreens. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work

This King Soopers pharmacy was great! The pharmacy techs were very friendly and patient, even they were busy. The Pharmacist who helped me was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with switching from another King's pharmacy, and she also was very nice to me when I showed up at literally the last minute to pick up my Rx. This level of patience and courtesy goes a long way for a very positive first impression. Highly recommended.

The ABSOLUTE WORST. They failed to fill a prescription on 5/10 for 5/11. It never showed up in the app. We called on and they still said no prescriptions under my name. I go to my appointment and got a prescription for the next month in process, will not be done until tomorrow PM. We call King Soopers again and they initially say no prescriptions and then suddenly they find it but now say they can't release my prescription for today (for 3 pills) because of the prescription for the next month. Have had nothing but problems.

This pharmacy is probably THE most helpful pharmacy I have EVER had to deal with. They have been attentive to the importance of knowing what they are sending me out with. Making sure that the medicine and the dosing is correct. They even send me alerts for my scripts that auto refill. They are ALL friendly and jovial. It really appears they like their job and working together. 100% better than ANY Walgreens....but that's a whole other review. Plus there is a really handsome tech there that I'm working up the nerve to ask to coffee. ;-)

This pharmacy has always been reliable and pleasant. Nick and Ashton really went above and beyond for me today. It was simple for them to do but really made a huge impact on my life and I really appreciate that. Haven’t had great experiences with Abi but Ashton and nick definitely made up for it. This pharmacy reminds me of the ones back in the sixties and seventies--the staff treat you with courtesy and a high degree of professionalism that is often lacking at other chains. Considering the fact that they are privy to some of the most private and sensitive information about you and your body, it would be easy to feel vulnerable or embarrassed. That has never been the case at KS. They're efficient without rushing you. The pharmacists are knowledgeable but never condescending. They have even on occasion come out to the vitamin aisle and helped me navigate the inscrutable array of options available, explaining where I can save money or when to pay more for higher quality. They have earned my trust and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs help in procuring and managing their pharmaceutical supples and regimen.

This is the worst pharmacy in Greeley. I’ve never had a good experience here. The lines are always long, there’s never enough workers, and the workers that are there don’t open up second registers to move the line along. Thankfully, my insurance company is dropping them from my network and going with other pharmacies.

Guess they finally caught the flow over from 10th Street. 2nd time I'm in line tonight. For 30 minutes. Guess it's time to go back to walgreens. It's been bad for a couple of months no matter the time of day. Sad. This was my go-to

Love the interior of this location (never saw how it looked before the remodel). I do live closer to the store off of 11th avenue (which has some of the same amenities), the only advantage I could say about this one is that it is the only 24-hour King Soopers in Greeley, and it also has "The Little Clinic" near the pharmacy (unfortunately, it is also the only one without a fuel center). Just like the other two locations, best customer service hands-down.

Nice place. Clean, helpful staff. For me it's a convenient location as well. Fruits and vegetables are typically in good condition, prices are pretty good, especially if you have a King Sooper Card. Good selection as well. No complaints.

It's a good pharmacy but they seem to have bad management or staffing issues. Past couple times the line has been crazy and today they told me it'd be a 25 minute wait and I came a little over an hour later and am still waiting here now.
